Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. In the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that although functional blocks are partitioned in a schematic diagram of an apparatus and a logical order is shown in a flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than the partitioning of blocks in the apparatus or the order in the flowchart. The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims, and the drawings described above, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a flow chart of a first aid method in an embodiment of the present invention, the first aid method comprising the steps of:
s10, collecting vital sign parameters of the target;
s20, determining an abnormal state according to the vital sign parameters;
s30, outputting distress information to the medical end according to the abnormal state;
s40, acquiring guidance information fed back by the medical end according to the distress information;
and S50, outputting guide information, wherein the guide information is used for indicating the use method of the emergency equipment.
First aid equipment specifically is: the apparatus or instrument applied to living beings, by means of drugs or physically (electric shock, stroke), in order to change the vital parameters of the living being.
In this embodiment, vital sign parameters of a target are obtained through various sensors or special detection devices; the target is an individual user, simply user. The vital sign parameters are used for judging the indication of the condition and the critical degree of the user, and include heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, pain, blood oxygen, changes of pupillary and corneal reflex and the like. In this embodiment, the user is considered to be in a daily life state, so the vital sign parameters include parameters such as heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration, and these parameters have low detection difficulty and good matching degree with the daily life, and can be used as parameters for judging an abnormal state; of course, under the condition of improved technical conditions or special requirements of users, the types of the vital sign parameters can be increased or decreased, and then the measurement is carried out.
In one embodiment, whether the user is in an abnormal state is judged according to the specific numerical value of the vital sign parameter, when the user is in the abnormal state, emergency measures are needed, otherwise, the acquisition of the vital sign parameter is maintained. The definition of the abnormal state is: and under the condition that the magnitude, the variation amplitude and the like of the numerical values of part or all of the vital sign parameters meet the specified judgment threshold, the body of the user is determined to be abnormal, and corresponding emergency measures are required. The judgment threshold value can be set according to actual requirements.
In one embodiment, the transmission of each data is realized through wired communication or wireless communication, wherein the wired communication is mainly realized by connecting corresponding telephone lines or data lines; the wireless communication includes: short-distance data transmission such as Bluetooth and wifi, and remote communication such as 4G and 5G. In this embodiment, the first-aid information is transmitted to the medical end by the wireless communication method.
In one embodiment, the instructional information includes emergency video fed back by the medical end, such as a simple and effective example video of the operator properly performing an emergency on the user. The operator may be the target/user himself or herself, or may be another rescuer.
The embodiment avoids the target missing the rescue time of 'gold 4 minutes' by the indication of the example video, and can greatly improve the survival rate and the neural function prognosis.
The first-aid method can be used as a basis for judging whether the body condition of the target is abnormal or not by collecting the vital sign parameters of the target; when the abnormal state is determined according to the vital sign parameters, outputting distress information to the medical end to request to obtain feedback from the medical end; the medical end feeds back the guidance information according to the distress information, the output guidance information can indicate the use method of the emergency equipment, and the accuracy of the operation of the emergency equipment by an operator can be improved as much as possible through the guidance information so as to protect the life of the target.
In a preferred embodiment, the emergency method is applied to users with cardiac abnormalities, and the emergency device comprises a defibrillation unit for defibrillation. Determining the abnormal state from the vital sign parameters includes: when the corresponding vital sign parameters accord with certain rules, the defibrillation unit is considered to be needed; at this time, the user may pull out the electrode pad and then attach it to a designated position to perform defibrillation.
In a preferred embodiment, the user is typically a human, and the vision and hearing are the most efficient way for humans to receive information. Therefore, the guidance information is outputted in an audio and/or video manner, so that the time for receiving the information can be saved, which is very important for the emergency occasion.
In a preferred embodiment, after step S20, the emergency treatment method further comprises the steps of: and outputting the distress information to the designated contact and/or the random person in the vicinity of the target.
This step is performed in parallel with S30, and may be performed before or after S30.
In practice, a user belongs to a person with a weak physical condition, and therefore needs to be attended by a close person or a nurse, the distress message is sent to the designated contacts, and the contacts can perform rescue actions after receiving the distress message, so that the survival rate of the user can be improved, and the contacts can be pacified. In addition, considering that the contacts are inconvenient to rescue, for example, when the user goes out alone or family members go to work, the survival rate of the user can be improved by the rescue of the random individual by outputting the distress information to the random individual in the vicinity of the target. In the embodiment, random individuals near the terminal can be prompted in a video or audio playing mode; the first aid information can also be sent to a specific electronic instrument, such as a mobile phone with a specific APP installed, or a contact station of a hospital, and the holder of the mobile phone receiving the first aid information, or a doctor can perform the aid on the user. The method is mainly characterized in that a digitalized information transmission way is added to obtain rescue, and in consideration of the development of science and technology in the future, the rescue effect of professionals is better than that of random personal rescue. At this time, the specific emergency information may include positioning information, which is convenient for the holder of the mobile phone or the doctor to find the location of the user.
In a preferred embodiment, after step S20, the emergency treatment method further includes:
collecting interactive information of a target;
and outputting the interactive information to the medical treatment end.
Step S40 is further modified to: and acquiring guidance information fed back by the medical end according to the distress information and the interactive information.
In practice, it is considered that the acquisition of the vital sign parameters may have insufficient accuracy, and thus the judgment of the health state of the target by the medical treatment end may be affected. The medical end can further clarify the health state of the target through the acquired interactive information of the target, and can provide more appropriate guidance information by combining with the solution information through the interactive information, thereby being beneficial to improving the use effect of the emergency equipment.
