Abstract
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,具体为一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,所述装置主体为一个矩行装置,所述装置主体上设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏旁设有设备开关,所述装置主体底面设有弧形的注射器固定槽,所述弧形的注射器固定槽后端设有传感器,所述注射器固定槽上还设有两个带开口的固定卡环,所述注射器固定槽内设有丝杠槽,所述注射器固定槽的前端设有针头固定区域。本发明可基于皮下注射这一项目对注射速度、用量进行精确控制和智能化管理。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,具体为一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置。
背景技术
在现有的临床医学背景下,存在一些特殊的、新型的皮下药物制剂,比如治疗乳腺癌的靶向药物:赫赛汀皮下注射制剂,或靶向药联合(FDC)皮下注射制剂等。在单次注射时,注射期间既要保持药管的稳定,还要维持药液的稳定推进,因需要注射的时间较长,人为注射速度不易控制,可能会引起患者更多的不适、疼痛,甚至造成皮肤硬结、药液吸收不均等各类不良反应。而且对护理操作者而言,过长的注射时间可能会带来操作上的不便,甚至引起手部肌肉酸胀、劳损等不适现象。现有技术中,只有胰岛素皮下注射装置,暂时还没有此类特殊制剂的皮下制剂时间控制装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,包括装置主体,所述装置主体上设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏旁设有设备开关,所述装置主体底面设有弧形的注射器固定槽,所述注射器固定槽后端设有传感器,所述注射器固定槽上还设有两个带开口的固定卡环,所述注射器固定槽内设有丝杠槽,所述注射器固定槽的前端设有针头固定区域。
进一步的,所述固定卡环为弹簧钢质地,所述针头固定区域为开口式圆片,所述针头固定区域两侧设有电气夹,所述装置主体在固定区域上部铰接有针头保护套。
进一步的,所述丝杠槽内设有丝杠电机,所述丝杠电机的输出轴上设有丝杠,所述丝杠上设有滑台,所述滑台上设有圆形的挤压板。
进一步的,所述装置主体内部还设有单片机、锂电池、无线模块、音频模块,所述锂电池分别输出连接单片机、传感器、无线模块、音频模块、触摸屏、电气夹和丝杠电机,并进行供电。
进一步的,所述设备开关输出连接单片机,所述单片机输入连接传感器,所述单片机输出连接丝杠电机,所述单片机还输出连接触摸屏、音频模块和电气夹,所述单片机交互连接无线模块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置能有效控制皮下注射的时间,使注射速度始终保持匀速、一致,维持药液的稳定推进,避免药液吸收不均。本设计可控制注射剂药管的稳定,避免因操作不稳带来的疼痛、硬结等各类不良反应;对患者而言,使得注射更加安全、舒适;对护理人员而言能更便捷、省力地进行此类操作。

一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,装置主体1为一个矩行装置,装置主体1上设有触摸屏12,触摸屏12旁设有设备开关11,装置主体1底面设有弧形的注射器固定槽2,注射器固定槽2后端设有传感器21,注射器固定槽2上还设有两个带开口的固定卡环24,注射器固定槽2内设有丝杠槽22,注射器固定槽2的前端设有针头固定区域25。
固定卡环24为弹簧钢质地,针头固定区域25为开口式圆片,针头固定区域25两侧设有电气夹14,装置主体1在固定区域25上部铰接有针头保护套13。
丝杠槽22内设有丝杠电机104,丝杠电机104的输出轴上设有丝杠,丝杠上设有滑台,滑台上设有圆形的挤压板23。
装置主体1内部还设有单片机100、锂电池101、无线模块102、音频模块103,锂电池101分别输出连接单片机100、传感器21、无线模块102、音频模块103、触摸屏11、电气夹14和丝杠电机104,并进行供电。
设备开关11输出连接单片机100,单片机100输入连接传感器21,单片机100输出连接丝杠电机104,单片机100还输出连接触摸屏11、音频模块103和电气夹14,单片机100交互连接无线模块102。
本发明的工作流程:选取配置好的特殊药物皮下制剂,将其定量利用推杆式注射器盛放,根据医嘱通过无线模块102传输至单片机100的缓存中,经触摸屏11显示药物总量,操作可调节药物注射速度(触摸屏11可显示注射速度、注射液体液体总量和剩余量)。调节完成后,进行常规注射部位消毒,利用固定卡环24固定注射器,然后进行皮下注射。手持针管下方,注射液通过丝杠电机104带动挤压板23匀速、稳定的注射入体内。在注射过程中,主体通过滑动轨道和传感器21可识别、监测药液注射情况,如药液注射完成或者碰到注射液内有空气、注射针管堵塞等异常情况时,通过单片机100处理后,触摸屏11显示上述提醒信息(屏幕变红色),并通过音频模块103报警。操作者可通过提醒信息、报警声及时处理。当药物正常注射完成后,电气夹14伸出、聚拢,向外拔出注射针头,然后点击触摸屏11上的注射完成并确认,将针头保护套13,盖住针头,预防针刺伤。当整理用物,需取下针头进行锐器处理时,点击显示屏11的取下针头程序,单片机11处理后,电气夹14可松开拔出的针头,落入锐器盒。
进一步的,需要说明的是,本设计下的单片机100采用STM32开发板;所述丝杠电机104采用GA12-N20减速马达;采用的是2.2寸TFT彩色SPI串口液晶屏显示模块;所述传感器21为VL53L1X激光测距模块;采用的音频模块103为WM8960 Audio Board;采用的无线模块102为PW02蓝牙模块。
以上选型均为现有技术,本领域的一般工作人员均可理解该部分现有技术的应用;本设计不涉及上述电气元件的进一步改进和使用方法的改进,这里不再赘述。

1.一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,其特征在于:包括装置主体(1),所述装置主体(1)上设有触摸屏(12),所述触摸屏(12)旁设有设备开关(11),所述装置主体(1)底面设有弧形的注射器固定槽(2),所述注射器固定槽(2)后端设有传感器(21),所述注射器固定槽(2)上还设有两个带开口的固定卡环(24),所述注射器固定槽(2)内设有丝杠槽(22),所述注射器固定槽(2)的前端设有针头固定区域(25)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,其特征在于:所述固定卡环(24)为弹簧钢质地,所述针头固定区域(25)为开口式圆片,所述针头固定区域(25)两侧设有电气夹(14),所述装置主体(1)在固定区域(25)上部铰接有针头保护套(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,其特征在于:所述丝杠槽(22)内设有丝杠电机(104),所述丝杠电机(104)的输出轴上设有丝杠,所述丝杠上设有滑台,所述滑台上设有圆形的挤压板(23)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,其特征在于:所述装置主体(1)内部还设有单片机(100)、锂电池(101)、无线模块(102)、音频模块(103),所述锂电池(101)分别输出连接单片机(100)、传感器(21)、无线模块(102)、音频模块(103)、触摸屏(11)、电气夹(14)和丝杠电机(104),并进行供电。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种手持式皮下注射用速度控制装置,其特征在于:所述设备开关(11)输出连接单片机(100),所述单片机(100)输入连接传感器(21),所述单片机(100)输出连接丝杠电机(104),所述单片机(100)还输出连接触摸屏(11)、音频模块(103)和电气夹(14),所述单片机(100)交互连接无线模块(102)。
