Abstract
The invention discloses a method for cleaning a culture tank based on liquid glue. According to the use characteristics of the culture tank, after the liquid glue is coated on the inner wall of the culture tank, the accumulation of attachments such as moss can be inhibited, and meanwhile, the labor cost and the cleaning frequency for cleaning the culture tank can be reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention provides a cultivation tank cleaning method based on liquid glue, and belongs to the technical field of cultivation tank cleaning.
Background
With the change of aquaculture modes of the country, more and more cage culture and pond culture start to be transformed, and container culture and industrial captive bucket culture start to be promoted continuously. Compared with the traditional pond culture, the culture tank and other equipment of the captive culture system need to be cleaned regularly to maintain the cleanness of the culture environment. Generally, attachments are products of the epiphytic algae and some fishes, the cleaning is difficult, and the situations of treating symptoms and not treating the root causes are often existed. Excessively frequent cleaning work also causes loss of growth of the fishes and affects health of the cultured fishes. Therefore, a mode for cleaning the culture tank, which can save labor force, reduce cleaning times and achieve thorough cleaning, is urgently needed by related technicians. At present common cleaning equipment is instruments such as brush, short handle brush, because breed jar surface and mostly be coarse structure, attachments such as alga are difficult clean up, even if the used glass material of aquarium, attachments such as alga after long-time the use clearance degree of difficulty is also very big.
Therefore, how to provide a method which is more beneficial to cleaning the culture tank and reduces the labor cost in the cleaning process becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: how to provide a method which is more beneficial to cleaning a culture tank, reduces the labor cost in the cleaning process and simultaneously achieves the aim of reducing the cleaning frequency.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a method for cleaning a culture tank based on liquid glue, which comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning a culture tank: according to the characteristics of the culture tank, a proper culture tank cleaning mode is selected, and the inner wall of the culture tank is cleaned.
2) Sterilizing the culture tank: and selecting a proper disinfectant to disinfect the inner wall of the culture tank according to the characteristics of the culture tank and the species of the cultured animals.
3) Coating liquid glue on the culture tank: and selecting a proper brush or roller brush according to the size of the culture tank, and brushing the liquid glue on the inner wall of the culture tank.
4) Maintenance of the culture tank: after 30 days of cultivation, daily observation and maintenance are needed to ensure the effect of the liquid glue.
5) Replacing the liquid glue film: after the liquid glue film of the culture tank is used for 90 days, in order to ensure that the effect of inhibiting moss is obvious, the liquid glue film needs to be replaced by a new one.
In step 1), the cleaning manner includes, but is not limited to, cleaning the inner wall of the culture tank by using tools such as a brush, a bristle brush, a cleaning robot and the like.
In the step 1), the standard for judging the cleanness of the inner wall of the culture tank is that attachments cannot be seen by naked eyes, and the whole color of the culture tank is the initial color.
In the step 2), the disinfectant is potassium permanganate or chlorine dioxide.
In the step 3), the breeding tank is an area for breeding animals, and the basic specification of the breeding tank comprises a cylindrical upper part with the diameter of 1-10 m and the height of 1-3 m and a conical lower part with the same diameter and the height of 0.5-1 m.
In the step 3), the liquid glue is non-toxic and harmless, and the common type is polyvinyl alcohol liquid glue or white latex liquid glue, and the liquid glue has the characteristics of strong adhesion, capability of forming a colloid solid block, strong flexibility and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cleaning film for the breeding tank based on the liquid glue can effectively clean and maintain the breeding tank, reduces the labor cost in the cleaning process of the breeding tank, reduces the cleaning frequency of the breeding tank, and meanwhile, the cleaning film for the breeding tank formed by the liquid glue has the advantages of thorough cleaning, long duration and the like.

The invention relates to a method for cleaning a culture tank based on liquid glue, which comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning a culture tank: according to the characteristics of the culture tank, a proper culture tank cleaning mode is selected, and the inner wall of the culture tank is cleaned.
In the aspect of cleaning tools, according to the material of the culture tank, tools such as a soft brush, a scrubbing brush and a cleaning robot can be selected to clean the inner wall of the culture tank, and the cleaning tools are cleaned for multiple times to ensure that no attachment residue is caused.
In the aspect of clean judgment standard, obvious attachments cannot be seen by naked eyes on the inner wall of the culture tank; waste such as metabolites of the cultured animals cannot exist at the bottom of the culture tank; in terms of color, the original color of the culture tank is restored.
2) Sterilizing the culture tank: and selecting a proper disinfectant to disinfect the inner wall of the culture tank and the bottom of the culture tank according to the characteristics of the culture tank and the species of the cultured animals.
The disinfectant used by different breeding animals can be different, and the disinfectant used by the invention is potassium permanganate or chlorine dioxide. Tap water with the total volume of two thirds is put into the culture tank, potassium permanganate or chlorine dioxide serving as a disinfectant is added, and the long-handle brush is used for stirring the tap water, so that the disinfectant is fully dissolved. And after the cultivation tank is soaked in the disinfectant for 10-15 hours, discharging the disinfectant, injecting running water for repeatedly cleaning for 2-3 times to ensure that no disinfectant remains, and after cleaning is finished, discharging the running water to ensure that the cultivation tank is clean and dry.
3) Coating liquid glue on the culture tank: and selecting a proper brush or roller brush according to the size of the culture tank, and brushing the liquid glue on the inner wall of the culture tank.
The breeding tank is an area for breeding animals, and the basic specification of the breeding tank is composed of a cylindrical upper part with the diameter of 1-10 m and the height of 1-3 m, and the diameter of the same, and a conical lower part with the height of 0.5-1 m, and the diameter of the same. The diameter of the cylindrical upper part of the common culture tank in the indoor laboratory is 1-3 m, the height of the common culture tank is 1-1.5 m, and the height of the conical lower part of the common culture tank is 0.5-1 m; the diameter of the cylindrical upper part of a common culture tank of an outdoor culture base and a common culture farm is 3-10 m, the height of the common culture tank is 2-3 m, and the height of the conical lower part of the common culture tank is 0.5-1 m. When the cultivation tank is coated with the liquid glue, a brush or a roller brush can be selected, and the brush or the roller brush is coated on the ground along the inner wall of the cultivation tank, so that the aim of fully coating the whole cultivation tank with the liquid glue can be fulfilled. The liquid glue used is nontoxic and harmless, the common type is polyvinyl alcohol liquid glue or white latex liquid glue, and the adhesive has the advantages of strong adhesion, strong flexibility and the like.
4) Maintenance of the culture tank: after 30 days of cultivation, daily observation and maintenance are needed to ensure the effect of the liquid glue.
The culture tank is maintained and mainly used for observing the condition of the culture water body and the condition of the liquid glue in the culture tank, so that the liquid glue is still adhered to the inner wall of the culture tank, and the number of attachments is small.
After the liquid glue is coated inside the culture tank, the function of inhibiting moss can be achieved well, and the labor cost and the cleaning frequency of cleaning the culture tank are greatly reduced.
5) Replacing the liquid glue film: after the liquid glue film of the culture tank is used for 90 days, in order to ensure that the effect of inhibiting moss is obvious, the liquid glue film needs to be replaced by a new one.
The using time of the liquid glue film is 70-90 days, and the liquid glue film needs to be replaced regularly in order to make the moss inhibiting effect obvious. When the liquid glue film is replaced, the liquid glue film is pulled down along the culture tank, and the culture tank is disinfected and the liquid glue is coated with paint according to the steps 2 and 3, so that the replacement of the liquid glue film can be completed.
After the liquid glue is coated on the inner wall of the culture tank, the function of inhibiting moss can be achieved well, and the labor cost and the cleaning frequency of cleaning the culture tank are greatly reduced.
Example one
The polyvinyl alcohol glue is coated on a culture tank with the diameter of 4m, the height of 2m and the same diameter of a cylindrical upper part and the height of 0.5 and the same diameter of a conical lower part in a roller brush mode, the use time is 0.5h, and compared with the time for cleaning the culture tank for 1h, the time is saved by 100%; the average number of the breeding tanks coated by each worker is 16 according to the working time of 8 hours per day, 3-4 workers are needed for cleaning 16 breeding tanks in a normal day, and the method can save 300-400% of manpower; the cleaning frequency of the culture tank is once per week, the culture tank coated with the liquid glue has good effect after being used for 30 days, and the moss attaching area is obviously smaller than that of a control test culture tank without being coated with the polyvinyl alcohol liquid glue.
Example two
Coating white latex liquid glue on a culture tank with a cylindrical upper part with the diameter of 1m, the height of 1m and the same diameter and a conical lower part with the height of 0.5 and the same diameter in a brush mode, wherein the use time is 0.2h, and after the culture tank is used for 30 days, the moss attachment area is 40% of that of a control test culture tank; after 60 days of use, the moss attaching area is 20 percent of that of the control experiment culture tank; the invention can better inhibit the growth of moss in the culture tank.
