step two: the manual hoist 4 is hung, the top end of the manual hoist 4 is hung on the fixed rod 1a, the manual hoist 4 with different tensile forces can be replaced according to the size of the stump, and therefore the stump which is withered can be conveniently pulled out;
step three: arranging a first radial abutting clamping device 5 and a second radial abutting clamping device 6, wherein the first radial abutting clamping device 5 and the second radial abutting clamping device 6 are symmetrically and fixedly arranged, the combined body of the first radial abutting clamping device and the second radial abutting clamping device coaxially penetrates through the stump, and therefore the fixing ring 5a is surrounded on a vertical outer ring;
step four: manually rotating the rocking handle 5e, so that the screw rod 5c coaxially rotates on the rotating seat 5d, the screw rod 5c is coaxially screwed with the internally threaded hole 5b2, and the abutting block 5b is slidably arranged in the sliding groove 5a1, so that the abutting block 5b moves in the radial direction relative to the fixing ring 5a to abut on the circumferential surface of the stump;
step five: when the abutting surface of the abutting block 5b is a certain distance away from the stump, the rack 8b penetrates through the sliding seat 8c, the rocking handle 5e is rotated again, so that the gear 8a rotates to drive the rack 8b to ascend until the abutting block 5b completely abuts against the stump, the top end of the rack 8b is fixedly connected with the suspension part of the manual hoist 4 through a second pull rope 8d, and the bottom of the abutting end of the abutting block 5b is obliquely provided with an inclined surface 5b1, so that when the abutting block 5b abuts against the stump, the abutting force direction is inclined upwards, so that when the fixed ring 5a vertically ascends, the abutting block 5b is in an engaged state and is engaged with the circumferential surface of the stump, and the stump is convenient to pull out; and the second radial abutting clamping device 6 has the same structure as the first radial abutting clamping device 5 and is in mirror symmetry with the top surface of the fixed ring 5a, so that the abutting block abutting force on the second radial abutting clamping device 6 is inclined downwards, and the abutting ends of the first radial abutting clamping device 5 and the second radial abutting clamping device 6 are interacted to be dead with the stump, thereby preventing the first radial abutting clamping device 5 and the second radial abutting clamping device 6 from being vertically separated in the drawing process;
step six: the top end of the second radial abutting clamping device 6 is fixedly connected with the suspension part of the manual hoist 4 through a first pull rope 7, and the looseness of the first pull rope 7 is larger than that of the second pull rope 8 d;
step seven: starting the manual hoist 4 to enable the suspension part to ascend, wherein the looseness of the first pull rope 7 is larger than that of the second pull rope 8d, so that the suspension part of the manual hoist 4 firstly tensions the second pull rope 8d to drive the rack 8b to ascend at the sliding seat 8c, and then the rack is driven to rotate the gear 8a, the abutting part of the first radial abutting clamping device 5 is enabled to continuously slide and tightly abut on the stump, and the first radial abutting clamping device 5 and the second radial abutting clamping device 6 are prevented from being separated from the stump;
step eight: the manual hoist 4 is continuously started so that it pulls out the stump.
