In practical application, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, to restore the scissors at the second opening angle to the first opening angle, the first handle 120 and the second handle 220 are pressed together to merge the first cutting portion 110 and the second cutting portion 210, the toggle member 320 is toggled from the rightmost detent groove 240 to the middle detent groove 240, the slider 310 is located below the second limiting portion 122, and finally the first cutting portion 110 and the second cutting portion 210 are naturally released, the scissors are reset under the action of the torsion spring 400, the slider 310 and the second limiting portion 122 limit each other, and the scissors are kept at the first opening angle; similarly, to restore the scissors at the first opening angle to the locked closed state, the first handle 120 and the second handle 220 need to be pressed together to merge the first cutting portion 110 and the second cutting portion 210, the toggle member 320 is toggled from the middle positioning groove 240 to the leftmost positioning groove 240, the slider 310 is located below the first limiting portion 121 at this time, and finally the first cutting portion 110 and the second cutting portion 210 are naturally released, the scissors are reset under the action of the torsion spring 400, and the slider 310 and the first limiting portion 121 limit each other to keep the scissors in the locked state, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the scissors are in the locked state.

1. Horticultural shears, characterised in that they comprise:
the cutter comprises a first cutter body (100), wherein the first cutter body (100) is provided with a first limiting part (121), a second limiting part (122) and a first shearing part (110);
the second cutter body (200), the first cutter body (100) and the second cutter body (200) are rotatably connected, the second cutter body (200) is provided with a second shearing part (210) and a sliding part (310) which can be matched with the first limiting part (121) and the second limiting part (122), and the sliding part (310) can slide relative to the second cutter body (200);
when the sliding piece (310) moves to be matched with the first limiting part (121), the first shearing part (110) and the second shearing part (210) are in a closed locking state;
when the sliding piece (310) moves to be matched with the second limiting part (122), the first shearing part (110) and the second shearing part (210) can be expanded to a first opening angle;
when the sliding piece (310) is respectively disengaged from the first limiting part (121) and the second limiting part (122), the first shearing part (110) and the second shearing part (210) can be opened to a second opening angle, and the second opening angle is larger than the first opening angle.
2. A horticultural shears in accordance with claim 1,
a torsion spring (400) is arranged at the joint of the first cutter body (100) and the second cutter body (200), and the torsion spring (400) can tend to open the first shearing part (110) and the second shearing part (210).

the first cutter body (100) is further provided with a first handle (120), the first handle (120) is connected with the first cutting portion (110), and the first limiting portion (121) and the second limiting portion are located above the sliding piece (310).

the first limiting portion (121) and the second limiting portion (122) form an integrated ladder structure, the ladder structure is arranged on the inner side wall of the first handle (120), a first limiting groove (123) and a second limiting groove (124) which are communicated with each other are formed on the ladder structure and the inner side wall of the first handle (120), and the first limiting groove (123) and the second limiting groove (124) can be matched with the sliding piece.

the handle is characterized by further comprising a poking piece (320), the poking piece (320) is fixedly connected with the sliding piece (310), the poking piece (320) is provided with an elastically deformable free end, one of the free end and the outer side wall of the second handle (220) is provided with a positioning groove (240), and the other one of the free end and the outer side wall of the second handle is provided with a protruding portion matched with the positioning groove (240).
