The invention relates to a plug-in type circuit breaker shell structure and a circuit breaker, wherein the circuit breaker shell is of a cuboid structure and comprises a front end face and a rear end face which are oppositely arranged, a left side face and a right side face which are oppositely arranged, and an upper surface and a lower surface which are oppositely arranged, wherein a wire inlet is formed in the rear end face, an operation part mounting port and a wire outlet are formed in the front end face, a wire blocking partition plate is further arranged in the center of the front end face, and the operation part mounting port and the wire outlet are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the wire blocking partition plate. Compared with the prior art, the invention better separates the conducting wires of the operating part and the wiring terminal, avoids the interference of the conducting wires to the operating part, overcomes the defect of incomplete movement of the opening and closing switch, and improves the convenience of user operation.

However, the above structures all have the following disadvantages: the height and width of the plug-in circuit breaker are only about 4x2cm, and the front end face of the circuit breaker needs to be provided with an operation part and a wire outlet to connect a wire outlet terminal, and the installation space of the cabinet is narrow, so that the wire of the wire outlet terminal can be pressed against the operation part (a button and a handle), and the operation of a user is inconvenient. The interference of the wire to the operation part is also easy to cause the risk of incomplete switching-on (virtual switching-on) and the risk of incomplete switching-off when the product has short circuit/overload fault, thus causing great potential safety hazard for users.
