It should be noted that most public transportation information management systems do not have the right to access specific identification card information (such as name, address, etc.) of a close contact person, and therefore, based on the identification card identification information list, if the close contact person needs to be located and tracked, the identification card identification information in the second riding record needs to be extracted as the identification card identification information of the close contact person, and the identification card identification information of the close contact person is sent to a location and tracking terminal as a search keyword to search a corresponding identification card database. It can be understood that, when the close contact needs to be located and tracked, the identification card identification information list of the close contact is extracted and sent to the location and tracking terminal, and the location and tracking terminal may be a client terminal with an identification information access right. And the positioning and tracking end inquires an identity card database based on the identity card identification information and determines information such as names, addresses and the like corresponding to the identity card identification information. Therefore, the positioning and tracking of the close contact person can be realized.
In one embodiment, the second riding record of the close contact person is also directly sent to the positioning and tracking end, the positioning and tracking end determines the station where the close contact person rides the public transport according to the station information of the second riding record, the riding station of the close contact person is determined, and then the positioning and tracking process of the close contact person is optimized.
The riding authentication information of the passengers, the corresponding identification card identification information, the time information, the train number information and the station information are bound and stored in the historical database as the historical riding records, then when the tracing target is determined, the historical database is inquired based on the identification card identification information of the tracing target, the first riding record of the tracing target is determined, the historical database is inquired based on the first riding record, the second riding record of the close contact person of the tracing target is determined, and the identification card identification information of the close contact person is sent to the positioning tracking end based on the second riding record so as to position and track the close contact person. By adopting the technical means, the information of the related passengers can be checked and traced quickly, and the information management of the passengers is optimized. When major epidemic situations and other special public safety events occur, the efficiency of information investigation and tracing is improved.
Example two:
on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a public transportation passenger information management device according to a second embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the passenger information management device for public transportation provided in this embodiment specifically includes: the device comprises an acquisition module 21, a binding module 22, a first determination module 23, a second determination module 24 and a sending module 25.
The collecting module 21 is used for collecting riding authentication information and identification card identification information of passengers in the public transportation running process, wherein the riding authentication information is riding code information or public transportation IC card information, and the identification card identification information is an identification card number or identification card IC card information;
the binding module 22 is configured to bind the riding authentication information, the corresponding identification card identification information, the time information, the train number information, and the station information as a historical riding record and store the historical riding record in a historical database;
the first determining module 23 is configured to, when a tracing target is determined, query the historical database based on the identification information of the identity card of the tracing target, and determine a first riding record of the tracing target;
the second determining module 24 is configured to query the historical database based on the first riding record, and determine a second riding record of the close contact of the tracing target;
the sending module 25 is configured to determine the identification card identification information of the close contact person based on the second riding record, and send the identification card identification information of the close contact person to a positioning and tracking terminal to perform positioning and tracking on the close contact person.
The riding authentication information of the passengers, the corresponding identification card identification information, the time information, the train number information and the station information are bound and stored in the historical database as the historical riding records, then when the tracing target is determined, the historical database is inquired based on the identification card identification information of the tracing target, the first riding record of the tracing target is determined, the historical database is inquired based on the first riding record, the second riding record of the close contact person of the tracing target is determined, and the identification card identification information of the close contact person is sent to the positioning tracking end based on the second riding record so as to position and track the close contact person. By adopting the technical means, the information of the related passengers can be checked and traced quickly, and the information management of the passengers is optimized. When major epidemic situations and other special public safety events occur, the efficiency of information investigation and tracing is improved.
The passenger information management device for public transportation provided by the second embodiment of the present application can be used for executing the passenger information management method for public transportation provided by the first embodiment of the present application, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
Example three:
an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, and with reference to fig. 5, the electronic device includes: the device comprises a processor, a memory, a communication module, an input device and an output device. The number of processors in the electronic device may be one or more, and the number of memories in the electronic device may be one or more. The processor, memory, communication module, input device, and output device of the electronic device may be connected by a bus or other means.
The memory is used as a computer readable storage medium and can be used for storing software programs, computer executable programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the passenger information management method for public transportation (for example, a collection module, a binding module, a first determination module, a second determination module and a sending module in the passenger information management device for public transportation) according to any embodiment of the application. The memory can mainly comprise a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area can store an operating system and an application program required by at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory may further include memory located remotely from the processor, and these remote memories may be connected to the device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The communication module is used for data transmission.
The processor executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory, so that the passenger information management method for public transportation is realized.
The input device may be used to receive input numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs relating to user settings and function controls of the apparatus. The output device may include a display device such as a display screen.
The electronic device provided above can be used to execute the passenger information management method for public transportation provided above, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
Example four:
an embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform a method for managing passenger information in public transportation, where the method for managing passenger information in public transportation includes: in the public transportation operation process, acquiring riding authentication information and identification card identification information of passengers, wherein the riding authentication information is riding code information or public transportation IC card information, and the identification card identification information is an identification card number or identification card IC card information; binding the riding authentication information, the corresponding identification card identification information, the time information, the train number information and the station information as historical riding records and storing the historical riding records in a historical database; when a tracing target is determined, querying the historical database based on the identification card identification information of the tracing target, and determining a first riding record of the tracing target; querying the historical database based on the first ride record, and determining a second ride record of the close contact of the traceable target; and determining the identification card identification information of the close contact person based on the second riding record, and sending the identification card identification information of the close contact person to a positioning and tracking end to position and track the close contact person.
Storage medium-any of various types of memory devices or storage devices. The term "storage medium" may include two or more storage media residing in different locations, e.g., in different computer systems connected by a network. Of course, the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application and containing computer-executable instructions is not limited to the above-mentioned passenger information management method for public transportation, and may also perform related operations in the passenger information management method for public transportation provided in any embodiments of the present application.
The passenger information management device, the storage medium, and the electronic device for public transportation provided in the above embodiments may execute the passenger information management method for public transportation provided in any embodiment of the present application, and refer to the passenger information management method for public transportation provided in any embodiment of the present application without detailed technical details described in the above embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A passenger information management method for public transport is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the public transportation operation process, acquiring riding authentication information and identification card identification information of passengers, wherein the riding authentication information is riding code information or public transportation IC card information, and the identification card identification information is an identification card number or identification card IC card information;
binding the riding authentication information, the corresponding identification card identification information, the time information, the train number information and the station information as historical riding records and storing the historical riding records in a historical database;
when a tracing target is determined, querying the historical database based on the identification card identification information or the riding authentication information of the tracing target, and determining a first riding record of the tracing target;
querying the historical database based on the first ride record, and determining a second ride record of the close contact of the traceable target;
and determining the identification card identification information of the close contact person based on the second riding record, and sending the identification card identification information of the close contact person to a positioning and tracking end to position and track the close contact person.
2. A method for managing passenger information in a public transport according to claim 1, wherein the step of binding the ride authentication information, the corresponding identification card identification information, the time information, the train number information, and the station information as a historical ride record to be stored in a historical database comprises:
pre-binding a plurality of riding authentication information and identity authentication identification information acquired at a set period according to an acquisition time sequence, and determining a corresponding pre-binding relationship;
inquiring corresponding historical riding records in the historical database based on the collected riding authentication information, and determining the historical binding relationship of the corresponding riding authentication information;
and correcting the corresponding pre-binding relation based on the historical binding relation.
3. A method for managing occupant information in a public transport according to claim 2, wherein modifying the corresponding pre-binding relationship based on the historical binding relationship comprises:
and comparing the pre-binding relationship with the historical binding relationship, and if the pre-binding relationship is different from the historical binding relationship, extracting corresponding identification information of the identity card from the historical binding relationship to correct the pre-binding relationship.
4. A method for managing vehicle occupant information in a public transportation according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining a first vehicle taking record of the trace back target by querying the historical database based on the identification card information or the vehicle taking authentication information of the trace back target comprises:
querying the historical database based on the identification card identification information or the riding authentication information of the tracing target, determining that the corresponding historical riding record of the historical database contains the identification card identification information or the riding authentication information of the tracing target, and taking the corresponding historical riding record as a first riding record of the tracing target.
5. A method for managing occupant information in a mass transit vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein querying said historical database based on said first ride record to determine a second ride record for a close contact of said trace-back objective comprises:
using the time information and the train number information in the first riding record as query keywords to query the historical database;
and determining that the time information is in a time range corresponding to the first riding record, the historical riding record with the same riding times information as the first riding record is used as a second riding record of the close contact person of the tracing target, and the time range is determined according to the time information of the first riding record.
6. A method for managing public transportation occupant information according to claim 1, wherein determining the identification card identification information of the close contact person based on the second riding record, and sending the identification card identification information of the close contact person to a location tracking terminal for location tracking of the close contact person comprises:
and extracting the identification card identification information in the second riding record to serve as the identification card identification information of the close contact person, and sending the identification card identification information of the close contact person to a positioning tracking end to serve as a search keyword so as to search a corresponding identification card database.
7. A method for managing ride passenger information for public transport according to claim 1, wherein collecting ride authentication information and identification card identification information of a ride passenger comprises:
the riding authentication information of the passengers is collected through the code scanning device or the card reading device, and the identification card identification information of the passengers is collected through the image recognition device or the card reading device.
8. A passenger information management apparatus for public transportation, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring riding authentication information and identification card identification information of passengers in the running process of public transport, the riding authentication information is riding code information or public transport IC card information, and the identification card identification information is an identity card number or identity card IC card information;
the binding module is used for binding the riding authentication information, the corresponding identification card identification information, the time information, the train number information and the station information as historical riding records and storing the historical riding records in a historical database;
the first determining module is used for querying the historical database based on the identification card identification information of the tracing target when the tracing target is determined, and determining a first riding record of the tracing target;
the second determining module is used for inquiring the historical database based on the first riding record and determining a second riding record of the close contact person of the tracing target;

the memory for storing one or more programs;
when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors are caused to implement the passenger information management method for public transportation according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing a method for managing occupant information for public transportation according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed by a computer processor.
