Further, in an embodiment of the present application, a digital conference monitoring management application software that can be used on an intelligent terminal device such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer is also provided, and the application software may include, but is not limited to, modules such as an offer preset, a conference interaction, an offline effect, a content effect, and a personal information client experience.
The application software can monitor and manage the access condition of each display module, including but not limited to content name, visitor details (login times and stay time), and rank each display module according to the access time. The application software can monitor and manage the access conditions of each interactive module, including but not limited to interactive names, visitor details (login times, stay time and interactive results), and rank each interactive module according to the interactive results.
The application software may also provide a report of the effect of the entire application at the client, which may include, but is not limited to, user opening rate and average user dwell time. The user opening rate is the ratio of the number of users actually using the intelligent participant terminal to the number of people signing in on site; the average user residence time is the ratio of the total residence time of all the users to the number of the users. Among the two indexes, the use effect can be objectively evaluated according to the accumulated industry experience value.
By the application software, online interactive behavior analysis can be conveniently carried out, and hottest content, exhibition stand data acquisition degree equivalent fruit data can be obtained by collecting and analyzing interactive behaviors such as questionnaires and votes and collecting and analyzing data access behaviors such as information, reading data and collecting and analyzing viewing agenda.
By the application software, offline behavior analysis can be conveniently carried out, and by collecting and analyzing the scene behavior tracks such as conference participation condition, stay time and the like, and collecting and analyzing the data such as exhibition stand visiting track, stay time, branch meeting place card punching, exhibition stand fund reserving and the like, the equivalent fruit data of the hottest exhibition stand and the hottest conference can be obtained, the attention point of a user can be obtained, and the assessment and the conversion of the whole conference are clearer.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present application provides an intelligent conference participating system, the intelligent conference participating system includes: the intelligent conference participating terminal, the signal collector and the conference participating management server; the intelligent participant terminal is worn by a participant and used for providing interactive application experience for the participant through preset intelligent interactive software; the intelligent conference participating terminal is also used for transmitting Bluetooth signals through a preset Bluetooth signal transmitting device; the signal collector is arranged in a preset meeting place and used for collecting the Bluetooth signal transmitted by the intelligent meeting-participating terminal and uploading the Bluetooth signal to the meeting-participating management server; and the conference management server is used for determining the positioning information of the intelligent conference participating terminal according to the Bluetooth signal after receiving the Bluetooth signal uploaded by the signal collector, and providing conference service for the intelligent conference participating terminal based on the positioning information. The intelligent meeting system can better realize intelligent interaction in the scenes of exhibitions and exhibition meetings.
It should be understood that, the order of the processes described in the foregoing embodiments does not mean the order of the processes, and the order of the processes should be determined by their functions and inherent logic, and should not limit the implementation processes of the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 7 shows a schematic block diagram of a terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and only shows a part related to the embodiment of the present application for convenience of description.
As shown in fig. 7, the terminal device 7 of this embodiment includes: a processor 70, a memory 71 and a computer program 72 stored in said memory 71 and executable on said processor 70. The processor 70, when executing the computer program 72, implements any of the above-described functions of the intelligent participant terminal.
Illustratively, the computer program 72 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 71 and executed by the processor 70 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program 72 in the terminal device 7.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that fig. 7 is only an example of the terminal device 7, and does not constitute a limitation to the terminal device 7, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or different components, for example, the terminal device 7 may further include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.
The Processor 70 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 71 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 7, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 7. The memory 71 may also be an external storage device of the terminal device 7, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are provided on the terminal device 7. Further, the memory 71 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal device 7. The memory 71 is used for storing the computer programs and other programs and data required by the terminal device 7. The memory 71 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
Fig. 8 shows a schematic block diagram of a server provided in an embodiment of the present application, and only shows a part related to the embodiment of the present application for convenience of explanation.
As shown in fig. 8, the server 8 of this embodiment includes: a processor 80, a memory 81 and a computer program 82 stored in said memory 81 and executable on said processor 80. The processor 80, when executing the computer program 82, implements the functions of the participation management server described in any one of the above.
Illustratively, the computer program 82 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 81 and executed by the processor 80 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program 82 in the server 8.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 8 is merely an example of a server 8 and does not constitute a limitation of server 8, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or different components, e.g., server 8 may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 80 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 81 may be an internal storage unit of the server 8, such as a hard disk or a memory of the server 8. Further, the memory 81 may also include both an internal storage unit of the server 8 and an external storage device. The memory 81 is used for storing the computer programs and other programs and data required by the server 8. The memory 81 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application. The specific working processes of the units and modules in the system may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing system embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed server/terminal device and system may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described server/terminal device embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules or units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Based on such understanding, all or part of the processes in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and may be executed by a processor to implement the functions of each intelligent participant terminal or each participant management server. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, recording medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution medium, and the like. It should be noted that the computer readable medium may contain content that is subject to appropriate increase or decrease as required by legislation and patent practice in jurisdictions, for example, in some jurisdictions, computer readable media does not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals as is required by legislation and patent practice.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent conferencing system, the intelligent conferencing system comprising: the intelligent conference participating terminal, the signal collector and the conference participating management server;
the intelligent participant terminal is worn by a participant and used for providing interactive application experience for the participant through preset intelligent interactive software;
the intelligent conference participating terminal is also used for transmitting Bluetooth signals through a preset Bluetooth signal transmitting device;
the signal collector is arranged in a preset meeting place and used for collecting the Bluetooth signal transmitted by the intelligent meeting-participating terminal and uploading the Bluetooth signal to the meeting-participating management server;
and the conference management server is used for determining the positioning information of the intelligent conference participating terminal according to the Bluetooth signal after receiving the Bluetooth signal uploaded by the signal collector, and providing conference service for the intelligent conference participating terminal based on the positioning information.
2. The intelligent conference system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent conference terminal is further configured to receive an operation instruction of the participant, and send an information acquisition request to the conference management server according to the operation instruction;
and the participation management server is further used for sending the information corresponding to the information acquisition request to the intelligent participation terminal after receiving the information acquisition request sent by the participation management server.
3. The intelligent conferencing system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent conferencing system further comprises an NFC reader device;
the NFC card reader device is used for interacting with the intelligent conference participating terminal through a bidirectional NFC technology, reading the identification of the intelligent conference participating terminal and uploading the identification of the intelligent conference participating terminal to the conference management server;
and the participation management server is further used for sending the information corresponding to the NFC card reader device to the intelligent participation terminal after receiving the identification of the intelligent participation terminal uploaded by the NFC card reader device.
4. The intelligent conference participating system of claim 1, wherein the conference management server is further configured to receive an operation instruction of a manager, and push a preset push message to the intelligent conference participating terminal.
5. The intelligent conferencing system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent conferencing system further comprises an NFC technology-based access control system;
the intelligent conference participating terminal is further used for interacting with the access control system and controlling the access control system to open the access control.
6. The intelligent conferencing system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent conferencing terminal is further configured to collect behavior tracks and residence times of the participants.
7. The intelligent participant system according to claim 1, wherein the participant management server is further configured to perform behavior analysis on the participants based on interaction data generated by the intelligent participant terminal.
8. The intelligent conferencing system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the intelligent conferencing terminal is further configured to uniquely identify the participant.
9. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the functions of the intelligent conferencing terminal according to any of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
10. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the functions of the conference management server as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
