To solve the technical problem in the foregoing background art, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a medical data information coordination processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be executed by the medical service platform 100 shown in fig. 1, and the following describes the medical data information coordination processing method in detail.
Step S110, the medical service platform 100 obtains the coordinated medical data items to be uploaded corresponding to the multiple medical data upload services, performs coordinated content identification and coordinated transaction identification on the coordinated medical data items, and calculates coordinated content scheduling information and coordinated transaction scheduling information corresponding to the multiple medical data upload services.
Step S120, the medical service platform 100 determines a synchronization coordination scheme for performing synchronization coordination on the coordination content scheduling information of the medical data upload service and the coordination transaction scheduling information of the medical data upload service.
Step S130, the medical service platform 100 determines branch transaction object sequences corresponding to the coordination content scheduling information and the coordination transaction scheduling information respectively at the same coordination node according to the synchronization coordination scheme, constructs a synchronization coordination relationship between the two branch transaction object sequences according to the branch transaction object sequences, and performs synchronization coordination on the coordination content scheduling information of the medical data upload service and the coordination transaction scheduling information of the medical data upload service based on the synchronization coordination relationship to obtain corresponding synchronization coordination information.
Step S140, the medical service platform 100 generates coordination transaction bitmaps of corresponding coordination medical data items through a plurality of medical data uploading services according to the determined synchronization coordination information, and sends each coordination transaction bitmap to the corresponding medical service device 200.
In step S150, the medical service device 200 executes a corresponding coordination transaction allocation operation according to the received coordination transaction bitmap.
In this embodiment, the coordination content scheduling information may be used to indicate coordination content characteristics (for example, requirements of specific coordination, uploading order of coordination, type of coordination, and the like) of each coordination point of the coordinated medical data item, and the coordination transaction scheduling information is used to indicate coordination transaction characteristics (for example, transaction usage of specific coordination transaction, transaction tag, and the like) of each coordination point of the coordinated medical data item.
In this embodiment, the medical data uploading service may be a service invoked in each uploading process of medical data, and for each uploading process, it is usually necessary to perform subsequent coordination transaction allocation, so as to facilitate data screening and viewing in the intelligent medical process.
In this embodiment, for step S130, in the process of constructing a synchronization coordination relationship between two branch transaction object sequences according to the branch transaction object sequences, and performing synchronization coordination on the coordination content scheduling information of the medical data upload service and the coordination transaction scheduling information of the medical data upload service based on the synchronization coordination relationship to obtain corresponding synchronization coordination information, a pair of two branch transaction object sequences with the same classification label may be specifically obtained from each branch transaction object sequence, and then a synchronization coordination relationship corresponding to a preset coordination manner one to one between the two branch transaction object sequences is constructed according to the preset coordination manner corresponding to the classification label. Then, the coordination content scheduling information of the medical data uploading service and the coordination transaction scheduling information of the medical data uploading service are synchronously coordinated based on the synchronous coordination relationship, for example, each synchronous coordinated information position point represented by the synchronous coordination relationship is coordinated and associated, so that corresponding synchronous coordination information is obtained.
Based on the above design, in this embodiment, coordination content scheduling information and coordination transaction scheduling information corresponding to a plurality of medical data upload services are calculated, and then a synchronization coordination scheme is determined to determine branch transaction object sequences corresponding to the coordination content scheduling information and the coordination transaction scheduling information respectively at the same coordination node, a synchronization coordination relationship between two branch transaction object sequences is constructed according to the branch transaction object sequences, and the coordination content scheduling information and the coordination transaction scheduling information of the medical data upload services are synchronously coordinated based on the synchronization coordination relationship to obtain corresponding synchronization coordination information, so that a coordination transaction is completed according to the determined synchronization coordination information. Therefore, the medical data items of different coordination contents and different coordination affairs can be accurately synchronized, coordinated and distributed, and the efficiency and the precision of the coordination affairs are improved under the condition of large data magnitude.
In a possible example, for step S110, before this step starts, for a coordinated medical data item to be uploaded, medical data respectively collected by a plurality of medical data service terminals may be acquired, and a coordinated prediction tag sequence and a coordinated prediction node sequence of each medical data on a coordinated prediction model corresponding to the corresponding medical data service terminal are extracted.
The coordination prediction node sequence comprises the label belonging probability corresponding to each synchronous coordination prediction node of the medical data in the coordination prediction model, and the coordination prediction node sequence comprises the incidence relation among the synchronous coordination prediction nodes.
On the basis, coordination configuration parameters of each synchronous coordination and coordination prediction node can be generated according to the coordination prediction label sequence and the coordination prediction node sequence, and the coordination configuration parameters of the synchronous coordination and coordination prediction nodes comprise coordination classification process parameters used for indicating that the synchronous coordination and coordination prediction nodes participate in coordination classification with other medical data aiming at the medical data independently. And finally, performing coordination configuration on each medical data according to the coordination prediction tag sequence, the coordination prediction node sequence and the coordination configuration parameters of each synchronous coordination prediction node of each medical data to obtain coordination medical data, thereby obtaining a corresponding coordination medical data item to be uploaded.
For example, in a possible example, in the process of performing coordination configuration on each piece of medical data according to the coordination prediction tag sequence, the coordination prediction node sequence, and the coordination configuration parameter of each synchronous coordination prediction node of each piece of medical data to obtain coordinated medical data, the present embodiment may determine classification sub-region information of each piece of medical data according to the coordination prediction tag sequence and the coordination prediction node sequence of each piece of medical data, and determine a coordination classification prediction node corresponding to each piece of medical data according to the classification sub-region information.
Then, a coordination configuration policy of the coordination classification prediction node corresponding to each medical data may be obtained from the coordination configuration parameters of each synchronous coordination prediction node, and the coordination configuration policy is used to indicate coordination classification participation information of the coordination classification prediction node. Then establishing a mapping relation between the coordination classification prediction node and the coordination classification participation position according to a coordination configuration strategy, determining a plurality of position synchronous coordination states of each data recording position in each medical data according to the established mapping relation between the coordination classification prediction node and the coordination classification participation position, acquiring the matching relation between the state recording value of the corresponding position synchronous coordination state of the data recording position of other medical data matched with each data recording position and the state recording value of the corresponding position synchronous coordination state of a preset number of data recording positions behind each data recording position aiming at each position synchronous coordination state, and obtaining the coordination classification participation state configuration information of each data recording position at the position synchronization coordination state according to the matching relation so as to obtain the coordination classification participation state configuration information of each data recording position.
Then, a coordinated classification control state of each data recording position in a coordinated classification process can be obtained according to the coordinated classification participation state configuration information of each data recording position, then a plurality of control feature sequences corresponding to each data recording position are obtained according to the coordinated classification control state, and first control feature information and second control feature information of the plurality of control feature sequences are determined, wherein the first control feature information comprises control feature information when the coordinated classification control state of each data recording position is an open state, and the second control feature information comprises control feature information when the coordinated classification control state of each data recording position is a closed state.
Therefore, the position ordering of the first control feature information in the control feature sequence can be determined, the coordination classification weight of the first control feature information is determined according to the position ordering, the coordination classification item sequence corresponding to the control feature sequence of the coordination classification participation position corresponding to each data recording position is respectively determined according to the coordination classification weight, the coordination classification item feature corresponding to the coordination classification item sequence is calculated, the coordination classification item sequence is determined according to the coordination classification item recording information which is generated by the coordination classification part and corresponds to the control feature sequence of the coordination classification participation position corresponding to the data recording position in the coordination classification process, and the coordination classification item recording information corresponding to different coordination classification parts is different.
On this basis, a lower limit of matching degree corresponding to a coordination classification participation position corresponding to each data recording position can be obtained, a mapping relation between a coordination classification item sequence and the lower limit of matching degree is determined according to the coordination classification item characteristics, a plurality of coordination classification items and a coordination classification sequence corresponding to each coordination classification item of each data recording position are determined from the coordination classification item sequence according to the mapping relation between the determined coordination classification item sequence and the lower limit of matching degree, a plurality of coordination classification items identical to a preset coordination classification sequence are screened from the plurality of coordination classification items, a plurality of first coordination classification items are obtained, and the coordination classification items except the first coordination classification items in the plurality of coordination classification items are used as second coordination classification items. Then, the coordinated classified service segment for each data record position can be determined according to a first ratio between the number of the first coordinated classified items and the number of the second coordinated classified items, a second ratio between the number of the first coordinated classified sequences and the number of the second coordinated classified sequences in all the first coordinated classified items, and a third ratio between the number of the first coordinated classified sequences and the number of the second coordinated classified sequences in all the second coordinated classified items. Therefore, the coordinated configuration can be performed on each medical data according to the coordinated classification business segmentation and the coordinated classification project characteristics of each data recording position in each medical data, so as to obtain the coordinated medical data.
In one possible example, step S110 may be further implemented by the following sub-steps, which are described in detail below.
And a substep S111, respectively extracting the configuration contents indicated by the coordination configuration parameters of the coordination medical data item to obtain corresponding coordination content configuration contents and coordination transaction configuration contents.
And a substep S112, performing content assimilation matching on the coordination content configuration content and the coordination transaction configuration content, respectively, to obtain a first content assimilation object list of the coordination content configuration content and a second content assimilation object list of the coordination transaction configuration content.
For example, the first content assimilation object list includes a plurality of first coordination content nodes that coordinate content configuration content, and the second content assimilation object list includes a plurality of first coordination transaction nodes that coordinate transaction configuration content.

And a substep S114, taking the target coordination node set as a reference node set for matching until a current coordination node appears in the sequence, so that when a first matching rate of third matching information between the coordination content configuration content and the current coordination node and first matching information between the coordination content configuration content and the target coordination node set is greater than a set matching rate, and a second matching rate of fourth matching information between the coordination transaction configuration content and the current coordination node and second matching information between the coordination transaction configuration content and the current coordination node is greater than the set matching rate, coordination content scheduling information and coordination transaction scheduling information corresponding to the medical data uploading service are obtained.

In this embodiment, it can be understood that the synchronization coordination parameter is used to represent that a first synchronization coordination behavior for performing synchronization coordination on the coordination content scheduling information by using the first target medical data upload service is the same as a second synchronization coordination behavior for performing synchronization coordination on the coordination transaction scheduling information by using the second target medical data upload service.

In one possible example, step S130 can be further implemented by the following sub-steps, which are described in detail below.
And a substep S131 of determining the static coordination parameters and each dynamic coordination transaction combination of the synchronous coordination nodes corresponding to the coordination content scheduling information and the coordination transaction scheduling information under the same coordination node according to the synchronous coordination scheme.

And a substep S134, setting an information identification mark for each dynamic coordination transaction combination obtained by the screening according to the dynamic coordination transaction combination of the synchronization coordination node under the dynamic synchronization coordination information, and adjusting each dynamic coordination transaction combination to the classification of the dynamic synchronization coordination information corresponding to the information identification mark.

For example, the allocation tag parameter is used to indicate the priority level of the allocation form of the synchronization coordination allocation bits when allocating information, and the number of the synchronization coordination allocation bits of the second dynamic coordination transaction allocation sequence is less than the number of the synchronization coordination allocation bits of the first dynamic coordination transaction allocation sequence.
And a substep S142, performing the combination of the synchronous coordination allocation bits with the same allocation on the second dynamic coordination transaction allocation sequence to obtain a third dynamic coordination transaction allocation sequence, and calculating a coordination transaction site corresponding to the third dynamic coordination transaction allocation sequence.
And a substep S143, generating a coordination transaction bitmap of the corresponding coordination medical data item according to the coordination transaction site corresponding to the third dynamic coordination transaction allocation sequence, and sending each coordination transaction bitmap to the corresponding medical service device 200.
In this embodiment, the coordination transaction bitmap may include coordination transaction allocation information corresponding to each coordination transaction location and each coordination transaction node.
