The positioning holes with proper quantity are set according to the shape and size of each part and the position of each part to fix each part, so that the inconvenience of installation or disassembly caused by too many positioning holes or the problem that each part cannot be effectively fixed caused by too few positioning holes are avoided.

As a preferred embodiment, the intelligent switch further comprises a bottom case 8, and the bottom case 8 covers the aluminum sheet bracket 6 and is fixed on the metal panel 1. 1. An intelligent control system based on millimeter wave radar, characterized in that, the intelligent control system based on millimeter wave radar includes: the system comprises at least one millimeter wave radar sensor, an intelligent switch, a controller, a wireless communication module and a control system, wherein the intelligent switch is connected with the millimeter wave radar sensor through the controller, and the wireless communication module is respectively connected with the controller, the intelligent switch and the control system;
the millimeter wave radar sensor comprises a first antenna, and is used for transmitting and receiving millimeter waves through the first antenna to detect a human body and transmitting a signal generated after receiving the millimeter waves to the controller;
the controller comprises a signal processing circuit, the signal processing circuit processes the signal to obtain a human body detection result, and the human body detection result is sent to the intelligent switch and the wireless communication module;
the intelligent switch comprises a main control circuit board, the main control circuit board is respectively connected with a wireless communication module and a controller, and the main control circuit board receives the human body detection result sent by the controller or the control instruction sent by the wireless communication module and controls the intelligent switch to act according to the human body detection result or the control instruction;
the control system comprises at least one of an intelligent home system and an intelligent office system, receives the human body detection result sent by the wireless communication module, and executes a corresponding instruction according to the human body detection result or sends a control instruction to the intelligent switch through the wireless communication module.

The millimeter-wave radar-based smart control system according to claim 1, wherein the first antenna comprises a transmitting antenna and a receiving antenna, and the millimeter-wave radar sensor transmits and receives millimeter waves through the transmitting antenna and the receiving antenna, respectively.
3. The millimeter-wave radar-based intelligent control system according to claim 2, wherein the millimeter-wave radar sensor further comprises a mixed signal processing circuit, the mixed signal processing circuit is respectively connected with the receiving antenna and the main control circuit board, and the mixed signal processing circuit performs preliminary processing on signals generated by the receiving antenna receiving millimeter waves and transmits the processed signals to the controller.

The millimeter-wave radar-based intelligent control system according to claim 3, wherein the controller comprises a digital processing module and a signal processing module, the signal processing module is respectively connected with the digital processing module and the mixed signal processing circuit, and the digital processing module is connected with the main control circuit board.
5. The millimeter-wave radar-based intelligent control system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent switch further comprises a touch module, and the main control circuit board is connected to the touch module and receives a control command input by a user through the touch module.
6. The millimeter-wave radar-based intelligent control system of claim 1, wherein the millimeter-wave radar sensor further comprises a distribution network key through which the millimeter-wave radar sensor receives distribution network instructions.
7. The millimeter-wave radar-based intelligent control system according to claim 6, wherein the millimeter-wave radar sensor further comprises an indicator light, and the millimeter-wave radar sensor displays the condition of the distribution network through the indicator light.
8. The millimeter-wave radar-based intelligent control system according to claim 5, wherein the touch module comprises a glass lens and a flexible circuit board, the glass lens is covered on the flexible circuit board, and the flexible circuit board generates a touch instruction according to an operation of a user touching the glass lens.
9. The millimeter-wave radar-based intelligent control system according to claim 8, wherein the intelligent switch further comprises a metal panel and an antenna support, the metal panel is a slotted hollow structure, a slot hole matched with the antenna support is formed in the center of the metal panel, the antenna support is fixed in the slot hole in the center of the metal panel, the flexible printed circuit board is fixed on the antenna support, the glass lens covers the flexible printed circuit board and is fixed on the metal panel, the main control printed circuit board is fixed on a surface of the metal panel, which is not in contact with the glass lens, and the flexible printed circuit board is electrically connected with the main control printed circuit board.
10. The millimeter-wave radar-based intelligent control system according to claim 9, wherein the intelligent switch further comprises an aluminum sheet bracket, and the aluminum sheet bracket covers the main control circuit board and is fixed on the metal panel.
