8. An assembling method of the ETC snap-shot lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
1) assembling a lens on the light source component;
2) the light source component and the decorative plate are bolted on the lamp body;
3) stretching the sealing rubber strip, then plugging the stretched sealing rubber strip into a rubber strip groove of the lamp body section, and naturally rebounding the general rubber strip and tightly pressing the general rubber strip with the toughened glass;
4) the end cover is provided with a waterproof lock head to lock the input cable;
5) after two sections of the lamp body are sleeved with the end cover rubber pads, bolts are used for installing the end covers; assembling a lamp; 4 lamps are completed in sequence at the same time;
6) the lamp post is respectively provided with a left lamp (2), a right lamp (3), a lower lamp (4) and an upper lamp (5), the bottom of the lamp post is placed at a constant voltage source, the left lamp, the right lamp and the upper lamp are arranged on the lamp post, input cables of the lamps are pulled out to a lower lamp opening for wiring, the input cables of the four lamps are respectively connected to the LED connectors, the LED connectors are connected to the constant voltage source again, and the lower lamp is arranged at last to complete installation.
9. A use method of the ETC buckle snapshot lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the following settings are considered during use:
1) the vehicle illumination device is used for illuminating vehicles on a 4m wide lane, the upper lamp and the lower lamp are suitable for supplementing light to a vehicle side camera, the installation height of the center of the lower lamp is 400mm, the installation height of the upper lamp is 1200mm, the upper lamp and the lower lamp are responsible for overall illumination in the vertical direction of the vehicle, and the light-emitting angle of the upper lamp and the lower lamp in the vertical direction needs to be larger than 130 degrees;
2) the light source plate deflects 18 degrees in the horizontal direction along the direction of the lane, so that the light emitting and the light following illumination of the lamp are ensured;
3) the left lamp and the right lamp are respectively suitable for light supplement illumination of a rear license plate and a front license plate which are 6-8m away, the installation height of the center of the left lamp and the right lamp is 800mm, the light-emitting angle of the lens is within 15 degrees, the center light-emitting needs to be downwardly deviated by 5-7 degrees, the left lamp light source plate needs to be deflected to the rear license plate direction by 18 degrees in the horizontal direction, the right lamp light source plate needs to be deflected to the front license plate direction by 18 degrees in the horizontal direction, and light emission is guaranteed to fully supplement the light illumination of the license plates.
