A cable test wiring device of a cable box and a wiring method thereof are disclosed, the device comprises a load switch base body, a wiring box and an operation rotary rod, wherein the load switch base body is arranged on a load switch unit and comprises a base and a socket extending outwards from the base; the wiring box comprises a shell, a contact, a wiring conductor and a wiring bolt, wherein one end of the shell is provided with an opening which can be inserted into a socket of the load switch base body, the wiring conductor is fixedly arranged in the shell of the wiring box, one end of the wiring conductor is connected with the contact, the other end of the wiring conductor is connected with the wiring bolt, and the shell is sleeved in the socket and is connected with the socket through the opening when in use; the front end of the operation rotary rod is provided with a nut which is matched with a wiring bolt of the junction box, the rear end of the operation rotary rod is provided with a handle, the middle part of the insulating rod is provided with a stress sensor, and the outer side of the insulating rod is provided with a signal liquid crystal screen for reflecting the stress condition; the preparation work before the cable test is simplified, and the safety and the accuracy of the cable test are improved.

The cable test wiring device comprises a load switch base body 1, a junction box 2 and an operation rotary rod 3, wherein the structure of the load switch base body 1 is shown in figures 1 and 2, the structure of the junction box 2 is shown in figures 3 and 4, the structure of an operation rod 3 is shown in figure 5, and the state of the junction box 2 inserted on the load switch base body 1 is shown in figure 6. To facilitate an understanding of the internal structure of the wiring device, fig. 2 and 4 are shown in partial section.
The load switch base body 1 is directly attached to the load switch unit 100.
The load switch base body 1 is provided with a base 11 and a socket 12, the base 11 is provided with a cable through hole 13 penetrating the base 11 and a socket mounting groove 14 communicated with the cable through hole 13, the socket 12 is made of transparent acrylic materials and is fixedly mounted on the base 11 through the socket mounting groove 14, and the socket 12 is provided with a guide groove 15. The load switch base 1 is fixedly mounted on the load switch unit 100 through a base 11, and a stationary contact 101 of the load switch unit 100 extends toward the socket 12.
