The bottom of the plate ring 1 is provided with component force protrusions 11 at positions corresponding to the two elliptical holes 3. The component force bulge 11 is a special component force structure, so that the force sensor can avoid the stress interference of the adjustable joint iron when working, and the pull pressure value of the action rod of the turnout switch machine can be accurately measured.

The force-measuring sensing element 5 is fixed in the plate ring 1 to detect the stress condition of the plate ring 1, the force-measuring sensing element 5 is connected and conducted with the signal processing circuit 6, and a measuring signal of the force-measuring sensing element 5 is converted into a standard electric signal through the signal processing circuit 6; the signal processing circuit 6 is fixed in the circuit protection shell 7, the circuit protection shell 7 protects the signal processing circuit 6 and the force measuring sensing element 5 from impurities such as dust and water, the normal work of the force sensor is ensured, and the circuit protection shell 7 is fixedly arranged on the plate ring 1; the cable 10 is fixed on the circuit protection shell 7 through the metal waterproof connector 9, and the metal waterproof connector 9 and the circuit protection shell 7 can prevent impurities such as dust, liquid and the like from entering the signal processing circuit 6 and the force measuring sensing element 5. The force sensor plate ring 1 is of a main body structure, and a force measuring sensing element 5 and a signal processing circuit 6 are fixed on the plate ring 1. The force sensor is connected to the outer locking end of the action rod of the turnout switch machine close to the track through an unadjustable mounting position hole, namely a through hole 8; and then the elliptical hole 3 with the adjustable installation position on the sensor is connected between the non-adjustable joint iron and the adjustable joint iron of the action rod of the turnout switch machine, and the elliptical hole 3 with the adjustable installation position can adjust the installation position of the force sensor according to the installation positions of the adjustable joint iron and the non-adjustable joint iron of the action rod of the turnout switch machine, so that the force sensor is consistent with the installation positions of the adjustable joint iron and the non-adjustable joint iron, and different installation working condition requirements are met. Tooth 2 carries out the interlock in advance with the tooth 2 of the non-adjustable joint iron of switch goat and adjustable joint iron fixed, and during real-time online direct detection, the interlock of tooth 2 can strengthen the bonding strength of adjustable joint iron, force sensor and non-adjustable joint iron, avoids sliding, and the condition such as lax and drop takes place. The force measuring sensing element 5 detects the force value of the action rod in real time and generates an electric signal, the electric signal is transmitted to the signal processing circuit 6 and converted into a universal standard electric signal, and the universal standard electric signal is transmitted to the rear-end signal receiving equipment through the cable 10.

the side wall of the circuit protection shell is provided with a metal waterproof connector, and the metal waterproof connector is connected to a cable;
a through hole is formed in one side, opposite to the circuit protection shell, of the plate ring, and the force sensor is connected to the outer locking end of the action rod of the turnout switch machine through the through hole in the mounting position;
and the other side of the plate ring, which is opposite to the circuit protection shell, is provided with an elliptical hole, and the plate ring is connected between the non-adjustable joint iron and the adjustable joint iron of the rutting machine action rod through the elliptical hole.
2. The force sensor for measuring the pulling pressure of the actuating rod of a switch machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are two said oblong holes.

7. The force sensor for measuring the pulling pressure of the actuating rod of a switch machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said plate ring is provided with force deformation grooves on both sides relative to the circuit protection casing.
