Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Terms such as "upper," "above," "lower," "below," and the like, used herein to denote relative spatial positions, are used for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another element or feature as illustrated in the figures. The spatially relative positional terms may be intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "below" or "beneath" other elements or features would then be oriented "above" the other elements or features. Thus, the exemplary term "below" can encompass both an orientation of above and below. The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
Also, it should be understood that, although the terms first, second, etc. may be used herein to describe various elements or structures, these described elements should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish these descriptive objects from one another. For example, the first sterilization duration may be referred to as a second sterilization duration, and similarly the second sterilization duration may also be referred to as a first sterilization duration, without departing from the scope of the present application.
The first embodiment of the invention provides a water kettle 1, as shown in fig. 1, the water kettle 1 comprises a sterilization device 11, a control device 15, a water delivery device 13 and a liquid level sensor 12 for measuring the water depth value in the water kettle 1; here, the sterilization device 11 can perform a sterilization process on the water in the water jug 1, and the sterilization method may include: sterilizing with medicinal agent (such as sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide and bromine bactericide), and sterilizing with ultraviolet; here, the control device 15 may be a hardware device, a software device, or a combination of hardware and software. Here, the liquid level sensor 12 may be: (1) the laser measurement sensor is based on an optical detection principle and detects light reflected by the surface of an object to a receiver; (2) a sensor of the guided wave radar/microwave principle measurement type; (3) an ultrasonic measurement type sensor which calculates a liquid level height by detecting a time difference between transmission and reflection of ultrasonic waves; (4) a tuning fork vibration measurement type sensor, and the like. The depth value is the distance between the water surface and the bottom surface, e.g. the deepest depth of the water surface and the bottom surface, it being understood that the greater the depth value, the greater the amount of water stored in the kettle.
Here, the water delivery device 13 may be connected to a water supply system through a water pipe (e.g., connected to a tap water network, etc.) at one end and connected to an internal storage space of the water kettle 1 at the other end, the water delivery device 13 may absorb water from the water supply system and then input and store the water into the water kettle 1, and the water delivery device 13 may include a water pump, a water valve, etc.
When the control device 15 receives a water delivery starting instruction, the control device 15 controls the liquid level sensor 12 to obtain a starting water depth value H1 and controls the water delivery device 13 to deliver water to the kettle 1, when the control device receives a water delivery stopping instruction, the control device 15 controls the water delivery device 13 to stop delivering water to the kettle 1 and controls the liquid level sensor 12 to obtain a final water depth value H2, the control device 15 generates a first sterilization duration T1 according to a difference value between the final water depth value H2 and the starting water depth value H1, and the control device 15 controls the sterilization device 11 to sterilize water in the kettle 1 according to the first sterilization duration T1. Here, when the ice maker detects that the water delivery condition is fulfilled (e.g. when the water in the kettle 1 is too low, etc.), a water delivery command is sent to the control device 15, so that the control device 15 is able to receive a water delivery start command, and the control device 15, in response to the water delivery start command, delivers water to the kettle 1 until a water delivery stop command is received (e.g. when the ice maker detects that the water in the kettle 1 is already sufficient, a water delivery stop command is sent to the control device 15).
Here, in the long-term work of the inventor, it was found that the content of bacteria in the water remaining in the kettle 1 before the water is supplied to the kettle 1 is generally low, while the content of bacteria in the water supplied to the kettle 1 through the water supply device 13 is generally high, and therefore, when the first sterilization duration T1 is generated, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the amount of water remaining before the water is supplied (which can be characterized by using H1) and the amount of water supplied (which can be characterized by using the difference between H2 and H1), so that the purposes of both the maximum possible sterilization and the energy saving can be achieved.
Here, a program for generating T1 based on the difference between H1 and H2 may be stored in the control device 15, and the ice maker may further communicate with a server via the internet, on which the program is stored, from which the ice maker obtains the latest program, so that the manufacturer may modify the program and download it when the ice maker finds that a new program is stored on the server.
Preferably, the starting water depth value H1 is inversely proportional to the first sterilization duration T1, and the difference is proportional to the first sterilization duration T1. Here, the larger H1, the smaller T1; the greater the difference between H2 and H1, the greater T1, where the greater the value of H1, in practice, the more water will normally be topped up in kettle 1, so that the greater the amount of water remaining in kettle 1 before water is delivered, the less bacteria will be present and the smaller T1 will be; conversely, a greater difference between H2 and H1 (i.e., H2-H1) indicates a greater amount of water being input, and correspondingly, a greater bacterial content and a greater T1.
Preferably, the internal storage space of the kettle 1 is a cylinder; the control means 15 are also adapted to: obtaining a starting residual water volume Vol1 (S) H1 and an input water volume Vol2 (S) (H2-H1), and generating a first sterilization duration T1 based on the starting residual water volume Vol1 and an input water volume Vol2, wherein S is the bottom area of the cylinder, the starting residual water volume Vol1 is inversely proportional to the first sterilization duration T1, and the input water volume Vol2 is directly proportional to the first sterilization duration T1. Here, since the internal storage space is a column, the water depth value is a distance between the water surface and the bottom surface of the column.
Preferably, the control device 15 is further configured to: continuously executing preset sterilization operation until receiving a water delivery starting instruction; wherein the preset sterilization operation specifically comprises: acquiring a current water depth value H3 detected by the liquid level sensor 12, generating an interval time and a second sterilization duration T2 based on the current water depth value H3, and controlling the sterilization device 11 to sterilize the water in the kettle 1 according to the second sterilization duration T2 after waiting for the interval time, wherein the current water depth value H3 is in direct proportion to the second sterilization duration T2. Here, the smaller the current water depth value H3 is, the smaller the second sterilization duration T2 is. In daily use of the ice maker, the water in the water bottle 1 needs to be sterilized periodically, and the time required for each sterilization is shorter as the water in the water bottle 1 is smaller and the bacteria in the water bottle 1 are smaller.
Preferably, the first sterilization duration T1> the second sterilization duration T2. Here, in the long work of the inventor, it was found that the content of bacteria in the water remaining in the water jug 1 before the water is fed into the water jug 1 is generally low, and therefore, the duration of sterilization is required to be longer when water is fed into the water jug 1.

The water kettle 1 is also provided with a water taking device 14, the water taking device 14 can take water from the water kettle 1 and supply the water to the ice making water device 2, the ice making water device 2 can make ice blocks and/or ice water, and the dispensing device 3 can dispense the ice blocks and/or the ice water when a user takes the ice blocks and/or the ice water, wherein the dispensing device 3 can be arranged on a door body of the ice making refrigerator, and a part of the dispensing device is arranged on the outer surface of the door body.
The third embodiment of the invention provides an ice making refrigerator which is provided with the ice making machine in the second embodiment.
Optionally, the control device 15 is further configured to: a water intake device 14 for taking water from the water kettle 1; the control means 15 are also adapted to: when receiving a command for starting water taking, the water taking device 14 is controlled to take water from the kettle 1 until receiving a command for stopping water taking.

step 203: generating a first sterilization duration T1 based on a difference between the starting water depth value H1 and the final water depth value H2, and sterilizing the water in the kettle 1 according to the first sterilization duration T1.
Preferably, the "generating the first sterilization duration T1 based on the difference between the starting water depth value H1 and the final water depth value H2" specifically includes: generating a first sterilization duration T1 based on a starting water depth value H1 and a final water depth value H2, the starting water depth value H1 being inversely proportional to the first sterilization duration T1, the difference being proportional to the first sterilization duration T1.
Preferably, the internal storage space of the kettle 1 is a cylinder; the "generating the first sterilization duration T1 based on the starting water depth value H1 and the final water depth value H2" specifically includes: obtaining a starting residual water volume Vol1 (S) H1 and an input water volume Vol2 (S) (H2-H1), and generating a first sterilization duration T1 based on the starting residual water volume Vol1 and an input water volume Vol2, wherein S is the bottom area of the cylinder, the starting residual water volume Vol1 is inversely proportional to the first sterilization duration T1, and the input water volume Vol2 is directly proportional to the first sterilization duration T1.
