3. The adjustable bracket of claim 2 wherein the fifth facet has an area greater than the area of the first facet, the second facet, the third facet, and the fourth facet, respectively.
4. The adjusting bracket as claimed in claim 2, wherein a first groove is formed on the surface of the fifth prism face of the connecting sphere, and a second groove is formed on the surface of the fourth prism face of the connecting sphere.
5. The adjustment bracket of claim 1, wherein a gap exists between the second splice unit and the first splice unit.

The adjusting bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hollow fixing seat is provided with an external thread along an outer peripheral edge thereof, and a third groove is vertically provided at a distance from the outer peripheral edge of the hollow fixing seat, and the third groove separates the hollow fixing seat and the hemispherical socket, respectively.
