After the inner wall of the drill rod is cleaned, the movable rod 14 is fixed in the clamping groove 17 of the fixed block 15, the free rotation of the two bevel gears can be prevented due to the structural design of the fixed block 15, the movable rod 14 can be clamped in one clamping groove 17 after rotating to any position, and the use is very flexible and convenient.
