Abstract
The invention discloses an open mine blasthole drilling device which comprises a driving device, wherein the driving device is connected with a wall-fixing drill, the wall-fixing drill comprises a drill rod, a wall breaking sleeve and a wax injection sleeve, a drill bit is arranged at the lower end of the drill rod, the drill rod is sleeved with the wall breaking sleeve, the upper end of the drill rod and the upper end of the wall breaking sleeve are coplanar and fixedly connected and are jointly connected with a driving shaft of the driving device, the wall breaking sleeve is sleeved with the wax injection sleeve, the wax injection sleeve is matched with the wall breaking sleeve through a bearing, a cavity for containing wax oil is arranged in the wax injection sleeve, and a wax outlet is formed in the side wall of the wax injection sleeve. Through the arrangement of the invention, a paraffin layer is formed on the inner wall surface of the blasthole, so that the sealing property and the surface smoothness of the blasthole are increased, the soil is always in the wall-broken sleeve in the drilling process, the dust is prevented from leaking, and a better construction environment is provided.
