Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like are generally described with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or the positional relationship of the components with respect to each other in the vertical, or gravitational direction. The "front" and "rear" are relative to the use angle of the user, and the side close to the user is the "front" and the side far away from the user is the "rear".
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus, which includes an outer door 2 and an inner door 3 capable of being pivotally opened and closed integrally. Wherein, the inner door 3 includes an inner door body 3a and an extensible inner door hinge assembly extended from the inner door body 3a, and the outer door 2 is disposed at an interval outside the inner door body 3a and completely covers the inner door body 3 a.
It can be seen that through setting up the extensible interior door hinge subassembly, the removal flexibility of interior door 3 can greatly increased, more can adapt to different use scenes to promote user's use experience. For example, the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 in the above structure can be pivoted and opened integrally, and at this time, the inner door hinge assembly can be extended outwards or retracted inwards adaptively, so that the misalignment amplitude of the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 caused by different pivot radiuses is reduced as much as possible, that is, the integrity and the aesthetic property of the door body assembly are improved effectively.
In some embodiments, the inner door hinge assembly includes an appliance mount base 13, an extension hinge 14, and a door mount base 15. Specifically, the apparatus fixing base 13 is configured to be fixedly mounted on the laundry treatment apparatus 100, the door fixing base 15 is configured to be fixedly mounted on the inner door body 3a, and two ends of the extension hinge 14 are respectively hinged to the apparatus fixing base 13 and the door fixing base 15. In this way, both ends of the inner door hinge assembly are respectively fixedly connected with the laundry treating apparatus 100 and the inner door body 3a, and the moving range of the inner door body 3a can be flexibly adjusted by extension or contraction of the extension section hinge 14.
In some embodiments, the stretch hinge 14 includes a plurality of link arms pivotally connected therebetween and formed with a plurality of pivot axes that are parallel to one another. It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the extension hinge 14 may also include other structures capable of extension or retraction, such as a telescopic rod. Returning to the present embodiment, the pivotal connection of the plurality of link arms enables the spreader hinge 14 to be formed into a foldable structure in which the spreader hinge 14 is folded, i.e., the above-described collapsed state.
In some embodiments, the apparatus fixing base 13 is provided with a base support arm 13a extending obliquely in the door opening direction of the door body assembly, and the connection arms include a first connection arm 14a and a second connection arm 14 b. At this time, the base support arm 13a, the first connecting arm 14a, the second connecting arm 14b and the door fixing base 15 are sequentially pivotally connected, that is, two ends of the first connecting arm 14a are respectively pivotally connected to the base support arm 13a and the second connecting arm 14b, and two ends of the second connecting arm 14b are respectively pivotally connected to the first connecting arm 14a and the door fixing base 15.
In the closed state of the door body assembly, the extension hinge 14 is correspondingly in the folded state. At this time, the included angle between the first connecting arm 14a and the base supporting arm 13a is a first included angle, the included angle between the second connecting arm 14b and the door body fixing base 15 is a second included angle, and the first included angle and the second included angle are both inward flaring included angles, that is, both inward flaring included angles toward the clothes treatment apparatus 100. Further, the angle between the first connecting arm 14a and the second connecting arm 14b is a third angle, and the third angle is an outwardly flared angle, i.e. the tip of the third angle is directed towards the laundry treating apparatus 100.
Therefore, by folding the base support arm 13a, the first connecting arm 14a, the second connecting arm 14b and the door fixing base 15, the extension hinge 14 can be switched from the extension state to the folding state to adapt to the closing state of the door assembly. Therefore, the stretch hinge 14 in this embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, high flexibility, and easy control.
Since the extension hinge 14 needs to be housed in a narrow space between the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 in the closed state of the door body assembly, it is necessary to improve the compactness of the extension hinge 14 in the folded state as much as possible. For this reason, in some embodiments, when the door body assembly is in the closed state, the first included angle, the second included angle, and the third included angle are preferably set to be not more than 20 °.
Further, in some embodiments, the door fixing base 15 is provided with an arm accommodating groove 15a, so that in the closed state of the door assembly, the second connecting arm 14b can be accommodated in the arm accommodating groove 15a, thereby further improving the compactness of the extension section hinge 14 in the folded state and improving the space utilization rate in the door assembly.
With the above-described embodiment in which the base support arm 13a, the first link arm 14a, the second link arm 14b, and the door-body fixing base 15 are provided, further, the link arm may further include a third link arm 14c having both ends pivotally connected to the second link arm 14b and the base support arm 13a, respectively. Wherein the third link arm 14c is located outside the first link arm 14a in the unfolding direction, and the pivot axis between the third link arm 14c and the base support arm 13a is located outside the pivot axis between the first link arm 14a and the base support arm 13a in the extending direction of the base support arm 13 a.
When the extension section hinge 14 extends outwards, the third connecting arm 14c can limit the maximum expansion range of the first connecting arm 14a, so as to limit the opening range of the door body assembly. In addition, through setting up first linking arm 14a and third linking arm 14c simultaneously, can improve the support intensity of extension section hinge 14 to improve door body assembly's stability and reliability.
In some embodiments, first link arm 14a includes a first body arm 14a1 and a bent link end 14a2 bent from both ends of first body arm 14a1 toward third link arm 14c, respectively. At this time, referring to fig. 4, in the folded state of the extension hinge 14, the third connecting arm 14c can be partially accommodated in the space between the two bent connecting ends 14a2 of the first connecting arm 14a, which is beneficial to improve the compactness of the extension hinge 14 in the folded state.
In some embodiments, the connecting arm further includes a fourth connecting arm 14d, and both ends of the fourth connecting arm 14d are pivotally connected to the third connecting arm 14c and the door body fixing base 15, respectively, to further improve the supporting strength of the stretch hinge 14. In addition, referring to fig. 5, when the door fixing base 15 is provided with the arm receiving groove 15a, in the maximum extension state of the extension hinge 14, the fourth connecting arm 14d abuts against a groove wall of the arm receiving groove 15a, thereby limiting the maximum extension range of the door fixing base 15, that is, the maximum opening range of the door assembly.
In some embodiments, the end of the second link arm 14b is fixedly connected with a middle hinge seat 14b1 extending in a direction perpendicular to the pivot plane of the extension hinge 14, and the first link arm 14a and the third link arm 14c are both pivotally connected to the middle hinge seat 14b1 and spaced apart from the second link arm 14 b. Therefore, when the second connecting arm 14b is pivotally moved, the first connecting arm 14a and the third connecting arm 14c can be simultaneously pivotally moved by the intermediate hinge seat 14b1, so that the extension hinge 14 can be continuously extended or contracted.
In some embodiments, since the door body assembly has a large mass, at this time, in order to ensure the supporting strength of the inner door hinge assembly, at least two extension hinges 14 which are transversely connected between the device fixing base 13 and the door body fixing base 15 and are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction may be arranged in the inner door hinge assembly. For example, with reference to the interior door hinge assembly of the illustrated embodiment, there are two symmetrically disposed extension hinges 14 and correspondingly two base support arms 13a and a common door mount base 15.
As shown in fig. 7 to 11, another exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a door body locking assembly of a laundry treating apparatus, which includes a fixed base 4, a latch arm claw assembly pivotally mounted on the fixed base 4, and an arm claw driving mechanism provided on the fixed base 4. The arm claw driving mechanism is used for driving the locking arm claw components to pivot and contract so as to integrally lock the door body component of the clothes treatment equipment, or is used for driving the locking arm claw components to pivot and expand so as to unlock the door body component of the clothes treatment equipment in a split mode.
For example, when the door body assembly provided with the inner door 3 and the outer door 2 is opened, the latch arm claw assembly can be pivoted and contracted to integrally lock the inner door 3 and the outer door 2, so that the integrity of the door body assembly in an opened state is ensured, the door opening and closing times of a user can be reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved. In addition, when the door body assembly is closed, the latch arm claw assembly can be pivoted and opened to unlock the inner door 3 and the outer door 2 in a split manner, so that the inner door 3 and the outer door 2 are independent of each other, and even if the inner door 3 is in contact with the roller assembly to generate vibration, the vibration is not transmitted to the outer door 2, and the use safety of a user can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the latch arm 5 includes an arm pawl body 5a and a latch attachment shank 5b, wherein one end of the arm pawl body 5a is pivotally attached to the fixed base 4 and the other end is attached to the latch attachment shank 5 b. The latch connecting lever 5b can be brought into a locked state or an unlocked state by the arm claw driving mechanism driving the arm claw body 5a to pivot on the fixed base 4.
In some embodiments, the fixed base 4 includes a base main panel 4a and a jaw mounting panel 4b extending perpendicularly from the base main panel 4a, with a jaw body 5a pivotally connected to the jaw mounting panel 4b and extending oppositely relative to the jaw mounting panel 4b, and a latch lever 5b extending in a direction parallel to the base main panel 4 a. With this structure, when the latch-arm-and-claw assembly is pivotally contracted (refer to fig. 8 to 10), the arm-and-claw body 5a partially abuts on the board surface of the base main panel 4a, in other words, the base main panel 4a can limit the contraction range of the latch-arm-and-claw assembly, so that the latch connecting lever 5b is in a corresponding position to enter the locked state. For example, in some embodiments, the arm jaw body 5a includes an arm jaw connection segment 5a1, an arm jaw extension segment 5a2, and a latch connection segment 5a3 connected in series. At this time, in the pivotally contracted state of the latch-arm-and-pawl assembly, the arm-and-pawl connecting section 5a1 abuts against the plate surface of the base main panel 4a, thereby limiting the contraction width of the latch-arm-and-pawl assembly.
In the illustrated embodiment, the latch-arm jaw assembly includes first and second spaced-apart, opposed latch-arm jaws. Wherein a first arm claw pivot shaft 5c is provided between the first latch arm claw and the arm claw mounting panel 4b, i.e. the first latch arm claw is pivotable about the first arm claw pivot shaft 5 c. A second-arm-claw pivot shaft 5d is provided between the second latch-arm claw and the arm-claw mounting panel 4b, i.e., the second latch-arm claw is pivotable about the second-arm-claw pivot shaft 5 d. Further, the first arm-claw pivot shaft 5c and the second arm-claw pivot shaft 5d may be disposed in parallel at an interval, but of course, the first arm-claw pivot shaft 5c and the second arm-claw pivot shaft 5d may also be disposed to coincide with each other, that is, the first latch arm-claw and the second latch arm-claw may be pivotable about the same pivot shaft.
Further, in the above-described embodiment in which the first arm-claw pivot shaft 5c and the second arm-claw pivot shaft 5d are arranged in parallel at a spacing, the arm-claw drive mechanism includes the movement control lever 6, the first drive link 7, and the second drive link 8, and the arm-claw mounting panel 4b is provided with the panel slide groove 4b 1. At this time, two ends of the first driving link 7 are respectively pivotally connected to the first latch arm claw and the moving control handle 6, two ends of the second driving link 8 are respectively pivotally connected to the second latch arm claw and the moving control handle 6, and the moving control handle 6 is vertically inserted into the panel sliding slot 4b1 and can slide along the panel sliding slot 4b 1. It should be noted that the movement control handle 6 can be driven in many different ways, for example, by an electrically controlled drive, an electromagnetically controlled drive or a purely mechanical transmission drive.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, by driving the moving control handle 6 to slide along the panel sliding groove 4b1, the latch arm and claw assembly can be switched between the pivot contracting state and the pivot expanding state, so as to realize the integral locking or the separate unlocking of the door body assembly.
In some embodiments, the panel sliding groove 4b1 penetrates through the arm claw mounting panel 4b between the first arm claw pivot shaft 5c and the second arm claw pivot shaft 5d, the outer contour of the sliding groove is closed, and two ends of the panel sliding groove 4b1 are respectively formed as a sliding groove locking end and a sliding groove unlocking end. Wherein, under the pivot shrink state of hasp arm claw subassembly, the mobile control handle 6 slides to spout locking end, under the pivot open state of hasp arm claw subassembly, the mobile control handle 6 slides to spout unblock end. It can be seen that by providing the outer profile of the panel slide slot 4b1 as a closed shape, the sliding range of the movement control handle 6 can be limited, thereby limiting the pivotal contraction and expansion of the latch arm and pawl assembly.
In some embodiments, the door body locking assembly further comprises an arm claw limiting mechanism, and the arm claw limiting mechanism comprises an opening limiting part 9, a contraction limiting part 10 and a limiting part connecting rod 11. The two ends of the limiting member connecting rod 11 are respectively and fixedly connected to the opening limiting member 9 and the contraction limiting member 10, and the base main panel 4a is provided with a main panel through hole. The position limiting member link 11 is movably inserted through the main panel through hole, the opening position limiting member 9 and the retracting position limiting member 10 are respectively arranged on two sides of the base main panel 4a, and either one of the opening position limiting member 9 and the retracting position limiting member 10 is fixedly connected to the movable control handle 6.
For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 8 to 11, the contraction limiting member 10 is fixedly connected to the moving control handle 6, in the pivotal contraction state of the latch-arm-and-pawl assembly, the contraction limiting member 10 abuts against the plate surface of the base main panel 4a, and in the pivotal expansion state of the latch-arm-and-pawl assembly, the expansion limiting member 9 abuts against the plate surface of the base main panel 4a, so as to limit the pivotal contraction amplitude and the pivotal expansion amplitude of the latch-arm-and-pawl assembly.
In addition, another exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a door body assembly of a laundry treating apparatus, which employs the door body locking assembly, and the door body assembly may be provided with the inner door hinge assembly. Obviously, by adopting the door body locking assembly, the door body assembly in the exemplary embodiment has the advantages of high integrity, good user experience and the like, and the details are not repeated here.
In some embodiments, the door assembly includes an inner door 3 and an outer door 2 capable of being opened and closed integrally by pivoting, in which case the door locking assembly can be fixedly mounted on the back wall of the outer door 2 by a fixing base 4, and the inner door 3 can be provided with a plurality of door hooks 12 that are fastened with a plurality of locking arm claws 5 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Alternatively, the door body locking assembly may be provided on the inner door 3, and the plurality of door hooks 12 may be provided on the back wall of the outer door 2.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, another exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus 100, the laundry treating apparatus 100 including a drum assembly and a door assembly capable of pivoting open and closed. Specifically, the door assembly includes an outer door 2 pivotally connected to a front sealing door 1 of the laundry treating apparatus 100, an inner door 3 for sealing a front end opening of the drum assembly, and an inner and outer door locking mechanism for opening and closing and locking the outer door 2 and the inner door 3, and the inner door 3 includes an inner door body 3a and an extensible connector pivotally connected to a front end of the drum assembly. Wherein, under the open mode of door body subassembly, the extensible connecting piece outwards extends, and inside and outside lock mechanism is in the closure state. Under the closed state of the door body assembly, the extensible connecting piece is condensed inwards, and the inner door locking mechanism and the outer door locking mechanism can be switched between the unlocking state and the locking state.
Therefore, in the pivoting process of the door body assembly, the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 can be locked and fixed by the inner door and outer door locking mechanism all the time, so that the inner door and the outer door can be synchronously pivoted to save the door opening and closing times of a user. In addition, when door body group spare pivot, the extending connecting piece of interior door 3 can outwards extend or inwards contract by adaptability, can reduce outer door 2 and interior door 3's dislocation range to improve door body group spare's wholeness and aesthetic property, and then promote user experience.
To further enhance the integrity and aesthetics of the door assembly, in some embodiments, the extensible links are preferably arranged such that the outer door 2 is spaced parallel to and at a constant distance from the inner door 3 during pivotal opening and closing of the door assembly. In other words, in the pivoting opening and closing process of the door body assembly, the parallel distance and the relative position between the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 are always kept unchanged, and the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 can be completely prevented from being dislocated.
It should be noted that the extensible connection is provided in the inner door 3 because the inner door body 3a is circular and has a smaller radius than the pivot radius of the outer door 2. In other words, just because the pivot radii of the inner door 3 and the outer door 2 are different, it is necessary to provide a malleable connection to flexibly adjust the pivot axis position of the inner door 3 so that the relative positions of the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 are always kept constant.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the roller assembly comprises an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, a retaining ring 16 is connected to the front end of the outer cylinder, the inner door 3 is provided with a circumferential sealing ring 17, and in the closed state of the inner door 3, the retaining ring 16 forms a circumferential sealing pressure joint with the circumferential sealing ring 17.
In the structure, the rubber sealing ring of the existing clothes treatment equipment with the roller assembly is replaced by the retaining ring 16 (such as a stainless steel metal ring and the like), and the front end sealing ring cannot go moldy and is not easy to give off unpleasant odor, so that better use experience can be brought to a user. In the prior art, when the rubber sealing ring is moldy or smells, the rubber sealing ring is frequently replaced, but in the embodiment, the maintenance and overhaul costs of the clothes treatment equipment can be greatly reduced because the retainer ring 16 is not required to be replaced frequently.
It should be noted that the extendable connector may be the above-described inner door hinge assembly, and the device fixing base 13 of the inner door hinge assembly may be fixedly mounted on the front cover door 1. In addition, the inner and outer door locking mechanisms may include the door body locking assembly described above and a plurality of door hooks 12. Specifically, the door body assembly comprises a pivoting restraining end and a pivoting free end rotating around the pivoting restraining end, and the inner door locking mechanism and the outer door locking mechanism can be arranged on the pivoting free end of the door body assembly, so that the locking of the inner door and the outer door is more stable.
