s1: injecting sewage with sludge into the installation pipe 1 through the water inlet pipe 2, filtering the sludge by the filter screen 3, and then flowing the sewage into the water storage tank 71;
s2: after the sewage flowing into the water storage tank 71 passes through the filter plate 72 to filter sludge again, the biodegradation device 73 performs biodegradation treatment on the sewage, and the treated sewage is discharged from the water outlet pipe 74;
s3: the air cylinder 5 is started, the push plate 6 is pushed to push the sludge on the filter screen 3 into the sludge treatment box 81, then the first motor 83 and the second motor 87 are started to stir the sludge, the sludge in stirring is sterilized by the aid of the illuminating lamp 82, and the sludge is discharged from the sludge discharge pipe 86 after the sterilization treatment.
Specifically, firstly, sewage with sludge enters the installation pipe 1 through the water inlet pipe 2, and the sewage and the sludge are separated through the filter screen 3, wherein the sludge is left on the filter screen 3, the sewage flows into the inside of the water storage tank 71 after being filtered by the filter screen 3, the sewage is subjected to biodegradation treatment by using the biodegradation device 73 after being filtered by the filter plate 72, because the water outlet pipe 74 is provided with the water discharge valve, the water discharge valve is opened after the sewage is treated by the biodegradation device 73, the sewage is discharged from the water outlet pipe 74, in addition, the air cylinder 5 is started, the air cylinder 5 is extended to push the push plate 6 to move towards the sludge treatment tank 81, then the sludge on the filter screen 3 is pushed into the sludge treatment tank 81, and then the first motor 83 is started, the first motor 83 drives the first rotating shaft 84 to rotate, so as to drive the first stirring assembly 85 to rotate, lumps and garbage in sludge are crushed by the first crushing knife 853 and the second crushing knife 854, meanwhile, the frame body 851 and the stirring rod 852 are arranged to increase the stirring effect on sludge in the sludge treatment tank 81, so that sludge is stirred more sufficiently, and ultraviolet light generated by the illuminator 82 is utilized to sterilize and purify the stirred sludge, so that each part of the sludge can be irradiated by the illuminator 82, so as to achieve a better sterilization effect, while the first stirring assembly 85 stirs the sludge, the second motor 87 is started, the second motor 87 drives the second rotating shaft 88 to rotate, so as to drive the stirring blades 891 to rotate, so as to fully stir the sludge, smash the mud caking, adjacent two simultaneously stir and set up between the leaf 891 stationary blade 892 can increase the area of contact to mud and can make second stirring subassembly 89 is more abundant to the stirring of mud for each department in the mud all can receive illuminator 82 shines, plays better bactericidal effect, has so improved the treatment to sewage sludge. comprises an installation pipe, a water inlet pipe, a filter screen, a clapboard, a cylinder, a push plate, a sewage treatment component and a sludge treatment component, wherein the water inlet pipe is communicated with the installation pipe, and is positioned above the mounting pipe, the filter screen is arranged on the mounting pipe and is positioned below the water inlet pipe, the clapboard is fixedly connected with the mounting pipe, and is positioned inside the mounting pipe and at one side of the filter screen, the cylinder is arranged inside the mounting pipe, the output end of the cylinder penetrates through the partition board, and is fixedly connected with the push plate, the sewage treatment component comprises a water storage tank, a filter plate, a biodegradation device and a water outlet pipe, the water storage tank is arranged below the filter screen, the filter plate is arranged in the water storage tank, the biodegradation device is arranged in the water storage tank, and the water outlet pipe is communicated with the water storage tank;
the sludge treatment assembly comprises a sludge treatment box, a lighting lamp, a first motor, a first rotating shaft, a plurality of first stirring assemblies and a sludge outlet pipe, the sludge treatment box is communicated with the installation pipe, the lighting lamp is arranged on the inner top wall of the sludge treatment box, the first motor is fixedly connected with the sludge treatment box, one end of the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the output end of the first motor, the other end of the first rotating shaft penetrates through the sludge treatment box and is inserted into the sludge treatment box, the number of the first stirring assemblies is multiple, the first stirring assemblies are uniformly distributed on the first rotating shaft, each first stirring assembly comprises a frame body, a stirring rod, a first crushing cutter and a second crushing cutter, the frame body is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft, one end of the stirring rod is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft, the other end of puddler with support body fixed connection, the one end of first broken sword with support body fixed connection, the other end of first broken sword with puddler fixed connection, the one end of the broken sword of second with support body fixed connection, the other end of the broken sword of second with puddler fixed connection, just first broken sword with the equal slope of the broken sword of second sets up in the support body, go out the mud pipe with the bottom intercommunication of sludge treatment case.
