Color sensors 508 are respectively arranged above the single-color ink cartridges 902, and each color sensor is used for acquiring the color information of the ink in the corresponding single-color ink cartridge 902 and controlling the opening and closing of an electromagnetic valve or a peristaltic pump 505 at the bottom of each primary-color ink tank 501; a discharge valve 509 is provided on the side of the monochrome ink cartridge 902, and the discharge valve 509 is used to discharge ink or a rinse liquid in the monochrome ink cartridge 902.
A second tension control roller 601 and a drying mechanism are arranged in the drying chamber 6, the drying mechanism includes a transmission roller and a plurality of drying electric heating plates 602, the drying electric heating plates 602 are arranged below the transmission roller, every two of the plurality of drying electric heating plates 602 form a group, and the two drying electric heating plates 602 of each group respectively dry two sides of the flexible facial tissue.
A printing adjusting mechanism 7 is arranged at the front side of the printing mechanism 9, and the printing adjusting mechanism 7 comprises an adjusting roller 701, a lifting seat 702, a sliding sleeve 703, a guide rod 704, a base 705 and a lifting motor 706; the adjusting roller 701 is transversely arranged on the lifting seat 702 and can rotate, a plurality of guide rods 704 which are vertically arranged are arranged on the base 705, the lifting seat 702 is connected with the guide rods 704 through a sliding sleeve 703, a lifting motor 706 is connected between the lifting seat 702 and the base 705 and is used for controlling the lifting of the lifting seat 702, the flexible facial tissue passes through the adjusting roller 701 and deflects the feeding direction at the adjusting roller 701, and the printing position of the flexible facial tissue along the feeding direction can be controlled when the adjusting roller 701 is lifted.
A conveyer belt 8 is arranged among the dust removing mechanism, the intermediate roller 401, the printing mechanism 9, the second tension control roller 601 and the drying mechanism, and the conveyer belt 8 can circularly convey the flexible facial tissue.
When the dust removing device is used, one end of flexible facial tissue is sent to the conveying belt 8 of the machine body by the feeding mechanism, the flexible facial tissue reaches the position of the dust removing roller body 204 in the moving process along with the conveying belt 8, when the rotating speed of the dust removing roller body 204 is higher than the speed of conveying the flexible facial tissue by the flexible facial tissue conveying belt 8, the dust removing brush bristles 203 can brush dust on the flexible facial tissue, in addition, due to the fact that the air blowing blades 206 are arranged inside the dust removing roller body, the air blowing blades 206 are fixed on the leaf rollers, the leaf rollers drive the dust removing roller body 204 to rotate through the planetary wheel set, the leaf rollers have different rotating speeds, and therefore the air blowing blades 206 can generate wind power to blow off dust attached to the dust removing brush bristles 203; after dust removal is finished, the flexible facial tissue enters the adjusting control chamber 3 along the conveying belt 8, a deviation correcting mechanism arranged in the adjusting control chamber 3 can adjust the position of the flexible facial tissue along the width direction of the flexible facial tissue, an image sensor can be arranged at the top of the deviation correcting mechanism, the image sensor is used for collecting the position information of the flexible facial tissue and then uploading the position information to a controller, and the controller is used for controlling the deviation correcting position and the deviation correcting degree of the deviation correcting mechanism; a first tension control roller 304 is arranged on the oblique lower side of the deviation rectifying mechanism, and the first tension control roller 304 can move perpendicular to the direction of the flexible facial tissue so as to control the tension of the flexible facial tissue during printing; after the tension of the flexible facial tissue is adjusted, the flexible facial tissue can enter the humidifying chamber 4, a water vapor generator 402 in the humidifying chamber 4 can generate water vapor, the water vapor can be adsorbed on the flexible facial tissue and is in the cooling chamber, the water vapor is condensed and soaks the flexible facial tissue, and the moisture content of the soaked flexible facial tissue is kept to be about 3-5 milliliters per square meter; the soaked flexible tissue paper enters the printing chamber 5, is printed with a single color by each printing mechanism 9, and then is quickly dried by the surface dryer 901, so that the immersion of the ink in the thickness direction of the flexible tissue paper is reduced, and the mixed color of the background color of the flexible tissue paper and the ink is reduced; in addition, before each monochromatic printing, the printing position of the flexible face paper conveying direction needs to be finely adjusted by the printing adjusting mechanism 7, after the printing is completed, the flexible face paper enters the drying chamber 6, after the tension control is performed by the second tension control roller 601, the flexible face paper is dried by the drying electric heating plate 602, and the dried flexible face paper is stored by the material receiving mechanism 10.

An ink color matching system of a digital printing machine is used for providing single-color ink for a printing mechanism (9) of the digital printing machine and is characterized by comprising four primary color ink tanks (501), a flushing water tank (502), an air pump (503) and a stirring mechanism, wherein the four primary color ink tanks respectively correspond to CMYK; the printing mechanism (9) comprises a surface dryer (901), a monochromatic ink box (902), a scraper (903), an ink fountain roller (904), an anilox roller (905), a forme cylinder (906) and an impression cylinder (907), wherein printing ink is arranged in the monochromatic ink box (902), the lower part of the ink fountain roller (904) is immersed in the printing ink, and the scraper (903) is attached to one side of the ink fountain roller (904) and used for uniformly scraping the ink on the ink fountain roller (904); an anilox roller (905) is arranged on the oblique upper side of the ink fountain roller (904) and is used for transferring ink to the plate cylinder (906), and the plate cylinder (906) prints the ink on the flexible surface paper when the flexible surface paper passes between the plate cylinder (906) and the impression cylinder (907); a surface dryer (901) is arranged on the output side of the impression cylinder (907), and the surface dryer (901) is used for quickly drying the ink on the surface of the flexible facial tissue; the bottom of each primary color ink box (501) is respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve and a peristaltic pump (505), the electromagnetic valves and the peristaltic pumps (505) are in parallel connection, the output sides of the electromagnetic valves at the bottom of each primary color ink box (501) are communicated to a collecting pipe, the collecting pipe is connected with a plurality of branch valves (506) through four-way pipes or five-way pipes, the outlets of the branch valves (506) are connected with the branch pipes, and the outlets of the branch pipes extend to the upper parts of the corresponding monochromatic ink boxes (902); the stirring mechanism is used for uniformly stirring the ink boxes in the single-color ink box (902); the bottom of the flushing water tank (502) is communicated with a collecting pipe through an electromagnetic valve, an air pump (503) is connected with the collecting pipe, and when the primary color ink tank (501) sequentially conveys ink to the monochromatic ink box (902), the air pump (503) is always started to push the ink in the collecting pipe and the branch pipe to move; the digital printing machine also comprises a feeding mechanism (1) for conveying the flexible facial tissue to be printed, a dust removing mechanism for removing dust on two sides of the flexible facial tissue and making the surface of the flexible facial tissue rough, a deviation correcting mechanism for adjusting the position of the flexible facial tissue in the width direction, a humidifying mechanism capable of infiltrating the flexible facial tissue to make the humidity of the flexible facial tissue uniform and reach the standard, a drying mechanism for drying the flexible facial tissue, and a material receiving mechanism (10) for receiving the printed flexible facial tissue; the feeding mechanism (1), the deviation correcting mechanism, the humidifying mechanism, the plurality of printing mechanisms (9), the drying mechanism and the material receiving mechanism (10) are arranged in sequence; the dust removing mechanism comprises a dust removing fan (201) and two dust removing brush rolls (202), flexible facial tissue passes through the tangent positions of the two dust removing brush rolls (202), and the two dust removing brush rolls (202) are respectively driven by corresponding dust removing motors and rotate along the moving direction of the flexible facial tissue; the dust removal fan (201) is arranged at the top of the dust removal chamber (2) and blows air downwards; the dust removing brush roll (202) comprises a long tubular dust removing roll body (204), a plurality of dust removing bristles (203) are arranged on the peripheral surface of the outer side of the dust removing roll body (204), a plurality of vent holes are formed in the dust removing roll body (204), an air blowing cavity (205) is formed in the dust removing roll body (204), a blade shaft is arranged in the air blowing cavity (205), a plurality of air blowing blades (206) are arranged on the blade shaft, and the blade shaft and the dust removing roll body (204) are different in rotating direction or rotating speed so that the air blowing blades (206) blow air to the flexible facial tissue through the vent holes in the dust removing roll body (204) and remove dust by air blowing airflow; the end part of the blade shaft is connected with a planetary wheel set, the blade shaft drives the dust removing roller body (204) to rotate through the planetary wheel set, and the rotating speed of the dust removing roller body (204) and the blade shaft is 10: 1.

The ink color matching system of the digital printer according to claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring blade (507), an electromagnetic stirrer (510) and a linear motion module (511); the monochrome ink box (902) is in a long groove shape with an opening at the upper part, the stirring blade (507) is arranged in the monochrome ink box (902), the electromagnetic stirrer (510) is positioned under the monochrome ink box (902) and is arranged on the linear motion module (511), the linear motion module (511) can drive the electromagnetic stirrer (510) to move along the length direction of the monochrome ink box (902), and the electromagnetic stirrer (510) can be magnetically matched with the stirring blade (507) in the monochrome ink box (902) and drives the stirring blade (507) to rotate and drive the stirring blade (507) to move in the length direction of the monochrome ink box (902).

The ink color matching system of the digital printing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein a color sensor (508) is respectively arranged above each single color ink box (902), and each color sensor is used for collecting the ink color information in the corresponding single color ink box (902) so as to control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve or peristaltic pump (505) at the bottom of each primary color ink box (501).
4. The ink color matching system of the digital printer according to claim 3, wherein a discharge valve (509) is provided on a side of the monochrome cartridge (902), and the discharge valve (509) is used to discharge ink or a rinse liquid in the monochrome cartridge (902).

The ink matching system of the digital printing machine according to claim 1, wherein the digital printing machine further comprises a tension control mechanism, the tension control mechanism comprises a first tension control roller (304) and a second tension control roller (601), the first tension control roller (304) is arranged between the deviation correction mechanism and the humidification mechanism, the second tension control roller (601) is arranged between the printing mechanism (9) and the drying mechanism, and the first tension control roller (304) and the second tension control roller (601) can move along the thickness direction of the face paper to control and adjust the flexible tension.

The ink color matching system of the digital printing machine according to claim 1, wherein the drying mechanism comprises a driving roller and a plurality of drying electric heating plates (602), the drying electric heating plates (602) are arranged below the driving roller, each two of the plurality of drying electric heating plates (602) are in a group, and two drying electric heating plates (602) in each group respectively dry two sides of the flexible facial tissue.
