Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine processing, in particular to a method for slicing a fibrous traditional Chinese medicine with hard rhizomes.
Background
In order to remove impurities and non-medicinal parts, the purity of the medicinal materials is maintained; through processing, specification grades are separated, and price is convenient to be quoted according to qualities; forming a certain commodity shape; the processed medicinal materials generally have the advantages of complete body, dry body, no impurities, good color, no change of qi and taste, less damage of active ingredients and the like, so the medicinal material processing has important significance for commodity formation of the Chinese medicinal materials, traditional Chinese medicine drinks, Chinese patent medicines, market circulation and clinical use. The traditional Chinese medicinal materials are processed by a slicing process, and the traditional slicing process is multipurpose manual cutting or slicing by a slicing machine, but the defects of manual cutting are more, the labor is more, the cost is high, the efficiency is low, and the thickness is easily uneven. The traditional slicer is generally continuously cut by adopting a vertical reciprocating type cutter particularly when hard rhizome fibrous traditional Chinese medicinal materials are sliced, and the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are pushed while being sliced, so that the moving of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the moving of the cutter are in the same frequency, and once the traditional Chinese medicinal materials deviate in the conveying direction, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are easily different in slice thickness and cannot meet the requirements of pharmaceutical technology; still there is a slicer in the market, utilize blade horizontal reciprocating motion to come to slice the fibrous chinese-medicinal material of block form or hard rhizome class, generally need concentrate the chinese-medicinal material and pave to the cavity in, then it is fixed with the cavity top, the drive blade carries out horizontal reciprocating motion, can accomplish the section process of chinese-medicinal material, because the paving of chinese-medicinal material needs the manual work to go on before the section, waste time and energy, if the chinese-medicinal material does not pave when the cavity is sealed, still lead to the chinese-medicinal material extrusion impaired easily, and then increase the disability rate of chinese-medicinal material.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for slicing a fibrous traditional Chinese medicinal material with hard rhizomes, which can be used for carrying out a slicing procedure on the complete traditional Chinese medicinal material at one time and simultaneously avoiding the traditional Chinese medicinal material from being damaged due to excessive extrusion in the slicing process.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a method for slicing a fibrous traditional Chinese medicinal material of hard rhizomes comprises the following steps:
1) according to the requirements of the slice sizes of different traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the adjusting mechanism is started to drive the plurality of blades to synchronously move along the axial direction of the inner sleeve so as to adjust the distance between every two adjacent blades;
2) traditional Chinese medicinal materials are placed in the storage bin along the axis direction of the roller, and are put into the feed inlet through the discharge port;
3) starting external driving equipment to enable the rotating shaft to drive the shifting piece and the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to rotate clockwise until the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are contacted with the blade;
4) after the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are extruded by the blades and the shifting pieces, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are arranged in a row in the vertical direction in a gap formed between every two adjacent shifting pieces in the same shifting unit until the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are completely cut into sheets by the blades;
5) the rotating shaft drives the shifting unit to continue rotating, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials which finish the slicing procedure are driven to the discharge port, and finally the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are discharged out of the roller along the discharge port;
6) the rotating shaft continues to rotate, and the steps are repeated until the slicing procedure is completed;

Among the prior art, in two kinds of processing methods when slicing into slices to fibrous chinese-medicinal material of hard rhizome class, can meet the inhomogeneous or artifical problem that material loading efficiency is low of section of medicinal material, to this, the applicant designs and develops a neotype section machinery, through changing current section mode, and utilize the linkage cooperation of stirring unit and blade to carry out the operation of continuously slicing into slices, can realize simultaneously to the process of cutting into slices of single or a plurality of fibrous chinese-medicinal material of hard rhizome class for the treatment effeciency of medicinal material, avoid chinese-medicinal material impaired because of excessively extrudeing at the section in-process simultaneously. When the device is used specifically, an external driving device drives the rotating shaft to rotate slowly clockwise, the hard rhizome fibrous traditional Chinese medicinal materials are placed along the axial direction of the roller and then are fed into the roller from the feeding hole, a gap is reserved between every two adjacent poking pieces, the gap can accommodate single or multiple hard rhizome fibrous traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and the communication between the gap and the feeding hole is intermittent, so that the traditional Chinese medicinal material feeding is also periodic, namely, an operator can feed the storage bin manually or periodically by means of a feeding machine; the shifting sheet drives the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to move to contact with the blade, and then the slicing process is started, because the blades and the shifting sheet are distributed along the axis of the roller, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are slightly extruded by the blades and the shifting sheet and then are arranged in a row in the gap along the vertical direction until the blades completely cut the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into slices, the rotating shaft drives the shifting assembly to continue rotating, the slice traditional Chinese medicinal materials concentrated in the gap are driven to the discharge port, finally the roller is discharged along the discharge port, the rotating shaft continues rotating, and the slicing process of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is continuously carried out while the intermittent feeding is maintained; compared with the traditional reciprocating slicing machine, the technical scheme can not only keep the slicing to be continuously carried out, but also ensure that the slicing of a single or a plurality of Chinese medicinal materials is completed at one time, and greatly shortens the processing working hours of the slicing of the medicinal materials.
It should be further explained that, in the rotation direction of the rotating shaft, the distance between one end of the plectrum and the outer wall of the rotating shaft is L, the distance between the other end of the plectrum and the outer wall of the rotating shaft is 0, the distance between the inner wall of the roller and the outer wall of the rotating shaft is S, and S > L > 0 is satisfied, the plectrum deviates from the end of the rotating shaft, namely, the plectrum is in a gradual change state along the length of the rotating shaft in the radius direction, so that the gap between two adjacent plectrums is an irregular space, on the premise of ensuring the normal transmission of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the accommodating space of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is increased, and the numerical value of L is infinitely close to the numerical value of S, namely, the distance between one end of the plectrum and the inner wall. And a metal organ cover is arranged between the side wall of the annular groove and the blade positioned at the outermost end of the annular groove, and is also arranged between two adjacent blades and used for sealing the adjusting mechanism. Detailed Description

3) starting external driving equipment to enable the rotating shaft 12 to drive the shifting piece 11 and the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to rotate clockwise until the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are contacted with the blades;
4) after the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are extruded by the blades 22 and the shifting pieces 11, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are arranged in a row in the vertical direction in a gap formed between two adjacent shifting pieces 11 in the same shifting unit until the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are completely cut into sheets by the blades 22;
5) the rotating shaft 12 drives the shifting unit to continue rotating, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials which finish the slicing procedure are driven to the discharge port, and finally the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are discharged out of the roller 4 along the discharge port;
6) the rotating shaft 12 continues to rotate, and the steps are repeated until the slicing procedure is completed;

When the device is used specifically, an external driving device drives the rotating shaft 12 to rotate slowly clockwise, the hard rhizome fibrous traditional Chinese medicinal materials are placed along the axial direction of the roller 4 and then are sent into the roller 4 through the feeding hole 3, a gap is reserved between every two adjacent poking pieces 11, the gap can contain single or multiple hard rhizome fibrous traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and the communication between the gap and the feeding hole 3 is intermittent, so that the feeding of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials also has certain periodicity, namely, an operator can feed the storage bin manually or periodically by means of a feeding machine; the poking piece 11 drives the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to move to be in contact with the blade, the slicing process is started, the blades and the poking piece 11 are distributed along the axis of the roller 4, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are slightly extruded by the blades and the poking piece 11 and then are arranged in a line in the gap along the vertical direction until the blades completely cut the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into sheets, the rotating shaft 12 drives the poking assembly to continue to rotate, the sheet traditional Chinese medicinal materials concentrated in the gap are driven to the discharge port, finally the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are discharged out of the roller 4 along the discharge port, the rotating shaft 12 continues to rotate, and the slicing process of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is continuously carried out while intermittent feeding is kept; compared with the traditional reciprocating slicing machine, the technical scheme can not only keep the slicing to be continuously carried out, but also ensure that the slicing of a single or a plurality of Chinese medicinal materials is completed at one time, and greatly shortens the processing working hours of the slicing of the medicinal materials.
