Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, according to a first embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a paper straw beveling apparatus including: the feeding device 10 is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating the paper suction pipe and a feeding port communicated with the accommodating cavity; the conveying mechanism 20 comprises a bearing part and a pressing part matched with the bearing part, the bearing part is provided with suction pipe grooves 211 which are arranged at intervals and correspond to the feeding port, and the pressing part is used for pressing the paper suction pipes in the suction pipe grooves 211; and a cutting device 30 disposed on the conveying path of the conveying mechanism 20, wherein the cutting device 30 has a blade cutter 31 disposed at a predetermined angle with respect to the axis of the paper suction pipe located in the suction pipe groove 211, and the blade cutter 31 cuts the paper suction pipe on the conveying mechanism 20 obliquely. According to the invention, the feeding device 10, the conveying mechanism 20 and the cutting device 30 are arranged, the conveying mechanism 20 comprises a bearing part and a pressing part, and the paper suction pipe is pressed and fixed in the process of conveying the paper suction pipe, so that the cutting device 30 arranged on the conveying path can stably and reliably cut the paper suction pipe in an inclined manner to form a tip. In a particular cutting process, the end of a paper pipette may be cut, thereby forming a tip at the end of one paper pipette; it is also possible to cut the middle of a long paper straw, thereby dividing a long paper straw into two short paper straws with pointed ends.
Specifically, the housing chamber of the loading device 10 includes an arranging portion 11 for arranging paper straws in a row and a flat supply portion 12 connected below the arranging portion 11, and the loading port is located at the lower end of the supply portion 12. The width of the arranging part 11 is slightly longer than the length of the paper suction pipe and is smaller than the length of the diagonal line (axial section diagonal line) of the paper suction pipe, so that the paper suction pipe can freely slide downwards in the arranging part 11 and cannot be inclined, and the paper suction pipe is arranged in a row. The flat supply part 12 is connected to the bottom of the arranging part 11, the two parts are in inclined transition (the bottom of the arranging part 11 is connected with the supply part 12 in an inclined plane or an arc surface), the width of the supply part 12 is equal to that of the arranging part 11, the distance between the inner walls of the supply part 12 is larger than the diameter (outer diameter) of the paper straws, preferably smaller than twice of the diameter of the paper straws, and the paper straws are ensured to sequentially slide downwards.
Preferably, in the first embodiment, the side of the supplying part 12 is provided with an opening, and the beveling device further includes a driving device provided at the opening to drive the paper suction pipe to be discharged from the loading port into the suction pipe groove 211 of the supporting part, further ensuring the reliability that the paper suction pipe can enter into the suction pipe groove 211. More preferably, the driving device is a flexible driving device, such as a brush, a soft rubber, and the like, and can provide a certain driving force to drive the paper suction pipe to move, and simultaneously, the paper suction pipe is prevented from being deformed. Two or more synchronous driving means may be provided to drive the paper suction pipes as needed, as shown in fig. 1, a first driving means 13 is provided near the lower end of the feeding part 12, and a second driving means 14 is provided at the junction of the finishing part 11 and the feeding part 12, thereby driving the reliable supply of the paper suction pipes and preventing the paper suction pipes from being caught in the loading device 10 due to friction or the like.
In the first embodiment, the conveying mechanism 20 is a rotary drum mechanism, the rotary drum mechanism includes a rotary drum 21 and a belt pressing mechanism cooperating with the rotary drum 21, that is, the rotary drum 21 is used as a bearing part, a plurality of suction pipe slots 211 are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the rotary drum 21, the rotary drum 21 is arranged at the lower part of the supply part 12, and the gap between the rotary drum 21 and the suction pipe slots 211 is smaller than the diameter of the paper suction pipe, so as to ensure that the paper suction pipe can reliably enter the suction pipe slots 211. The straw groove 211 is arranged, so that the paper straw can be prevented from being flattened and deformed; on the other hand, the paper suction pipe can be reliably positioned so as to be matched with the cutting device 30 for cutting.
The pressing belt mechanism serves as a pressing portion for pressing the paper suction pipe against the drum 21 for cutting. Specifically, the belt pressing mechanism includes a pressing belt 25, a first guide wheel 22 located above the rotating drum 21, a second guide wheel 23 located below the rotating drum 21, and a driving wheel 24 arranged in a triangular shape with the first guide wheel 22 and the second guide wheel 23 to drive the pressing belt 25 to move, and a portion of the pressing belt 25 located between the first guide wheel 22 and the second guide wheel 23 is press-fitted to the outer periphery of the rotating drum 21. By matching the rotation speed of the rotary drum 21 and the driving wheel 24, the combination part of the pressing belt 25 and the periphery of the rotary drum 21 can be relatively static, and the paper suction pipe is reliably clamped.
Preferably, the end of the supporting part is provided with a bevel surface 212 corresponding to the bevel angle of the paper suction pipe, and the blade cutter 31 cuts the paper suction pipe along the bevel surface 212, so as to ensure that the moving direction of the blade cutter 31 is consistent with the direction of the long axis of the cut of the suction pipe (the cut is approximately oval). Preferably, the angle of inclination of the chamfer 212 is between 30 and 60 °, more preferably 45 °. By providing the inclined plane 212, the blade cutter 31 cuts the paper pipette along the inclined plane 212, so that the portion of the paper pipette to be cut is supported, thereby preventing the paper pipette from being extruded and deformed by the cutting force.
Specifically, in the first embodiment, since the supporting portion is the drum wheel 21, the chamfer 212 is provided at the edge of the drum wheel 21, similarly to the chamfer form, the blade cutter 31 is located between the first guide wheel 22 and the second guide wheel 23, and in the first embodiment, the blade cutter 31 includes a plurality of blades uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction, the cutting device 30 further includes a motor 32 driving the plurality of blades to cut alternately, and corresponding supporting fixtures 33, which are matched to set the length of the blades, the interval between the adjacent straw grooves 211, the rotational speed of the blades, and the rotational speed of the drum wheel 21, so that each blade cuts the paper straws in different straw grooves 211 in turn. Preferably, the blade cutter further comprises a cutter holder and a pressure plate, and the pressure plate is used for pressing and fixing the plurality of blades on the cutter holder, so that the blades can be conveniently replaced.
Considering that the wall of the paper straw 1 has a certain thickness as shown in fig. 4 to 7, at the end of the paper straw 1 after the beveling, the wall is also beveled to form a sharp corner (as shown by the tip a in fig. 4). However, the sharp corner of the tube wall of the tip of the paper pipette 1 after beveling can not puncture the pipette hole of the packaging box due to hardness problem, and even the whole tip is curled during the puncturing process. Or the paper pipette 1 may be deformed downward by the blade cutter at the final edge (tip) portion of the cut during the cutting process, so that the tip cannot be formed or the tip portion is torn, that is, the tip a shown in fig. 4 cannot be cut.
In order to solve the above problems, a chamfered surface 212 corresponding to the chamfered angle of the paper suction pipe 1 is provided at the end of the holder, the suction pipe groove 211 forms an inclined end on the chamfered surface 212, and the bottom side of the suction pipe groove 211 forms a tip point on the inclined end, and when cutting the end of the paper suction pipe, the cutting point of the end of the paper suction pipe 1 is located at a chord line on the cross section of the end of the paper suction pipe 1 instead of a point on the outer side of the pipe wall, that is, a part of the end of the paper suction pipe 1 is left uncut to form a small straight portion by retracting the to-be-cut end of the paper suction pipe 1 located in the suction pipe groove 211 by a predetermined distance from the tip point of the inclined end of the suction pipe groove 211, thereby solving the problem of curling during the insertion of the paper suction pipe 1 and also solving the problem of tearing during the cutting.
When the inclined end of the straw groove 211 is a complete bevel (i.e., when the bevel 212 extends from the top of the straw groove 211 to the bottom of the straw groove 211), the relationship of the position of the end to be cut of the paper straw 1 with respect to the tip point of the inclined end of the straw groove 211 is different, and the shape of the end of the paper straw 1 cut is also different. Specifically, when the end to be cut is completely flush with the tip point of the pipette slot 211 or protrudes from the tip point of the pipette slot 211 (as shown in FIG. 10), the entire wall of the paper pipette 1 is completely cut to form a tip as shown by reference character a in FIG. 4.
When the end to be cut is retracted inward with respect to the tip point of the pipette slot 211 (as shown in FIG. 11), a portion of the end to be cut of the paper pipette 1 is not cut, thereby forming an end having a small straight portion. More specifically, taking the 45 ° oblique cutting as an example, when the draw-in distance is smaller than the thickness of the pipette wall, the inside (inner diameter side) of the pipette wall of the paper pipette 1 is completely cut, and a part of the cutting point on the outside (outer diameter side) of the pipette wall is located on the end face of the end to be cut, thereby forming a small straight portion as indicated by reference sign b in fig. 5; when the retraction distance is equal to the thickness of the straw wall, a point is present on the inner side of the straw wall of the paper straw 1 and is not cut, and a part of cutting points are also present on the outer side of the straw wall and are positioned on the end surface, so that a small straight part is formed as shown by the reference character c in fig. 6; when the retraction distance is greater than the thickness of the straw wall, a portion of the cut point is located on the end surface both inside and outside the straw wall of the paper straw 1, thereby forming a small straight portion as shown by the reference d in fig. 7. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the retraction distance for the three cases described above is relative to the product of the thickness and the cotangent value of the cutting angle when the cutting angle is other than 45 °.
Of course, the chamfer 212 may also be used to extend from the top (side wall) of the straw pocket 211 to the end (not tip) of the straw pocket 211, i.e., the chamfer 212 terminates within the straw pocket 211 and does not meet the bottom line of the straw pocket 211, thereby forming the straw pocket 211 itself as having a small flat portion (as shown in FIG. 12) as shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, or FIG. 7. Thus, the end of the paper pipette 1 to be cut in the pipette slot 211 is flush with the flat end of the pipette slot 211, and the end of the paper pipette 1 to be cut can be cut into the shape shown in fig. 5, 6 or 7, so that it is not necessary to retract the end of the paper pipette 1 to be cut with respect to the end of the pipette slot 211.
In a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the transfer mechanism 20 is changed to a parallel transfer mechanism, which is different from the first embodiment, and includes a toothed support belt 27 and a pressing belt 28 cooperating with the toothed support belt 27, and a suction pipe groove 211 is formed between two adjacent teeth on the toothed support belt 27. Namely, the toothed bearing belt 27 and the pressing belt 28 are two groups of synchronous belt wheels, and are matched with each other to press the paper suction pipe 1 to be cut, so that the cutting is convenient.
In particular, as shown in connection with fig. 8, in a second embodiment, the bevelling apparatus comprises a frame on which toothed bearing belts 27 are arranged and driven by respective motors 29. The pressing belt 28 is disposed above the toothed belt 27, the pressing belt 28 runs synchronously with the toothed belt 27, and the lower portion of the pressing belt 28 is pressed against the upper portion of the toothed belt 27, thereby clamping the paper suction pipe 1 therebetween.
More specifically, the toothed belt 27 is longer than the pressing belt 28, and it is convenient to provide the loading device 10 on the upstream side of the toothed belt 27 so that the paper suction pipes 1 are loaded into each of the suction pipe slots, respectively.
In the second embodiment, a chamfer similar to the first embodiment may be provided on the toothed bearing belt 27 to support the paper suction pipe at the portion to be cut and prevent the paper suction pipe from being pressed and deformed by the cutting force. In addition, the paper suction pipe may be placed in the suction pipe groove in a position similar to the first embodiment, with the end of the paper suction pipe formed into a small straight portion as shown in fig. 5 to 7. The specific cutting mode, the blade and cutter setting, the retraction distance selection or the oblique cutting plane setting mode are similar to those of the first embodiment, and are not described again.
In other embodiments, the blade cutter may also be a pair cutter, that is, the paper straw 1 is cut in a manner similar to a scissors cut, and other structures and manners are similar to those of the foregoing embodiments and are not described again.
In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the beveling apparatus further includes a collecting device 40, and the collecting device 40 corresponds to the discharge end of the conveying mechanism 20, so as to collect the cut straws into packages, etc. The collecting device 40 is similar to the loading device 10 in structure and shape, and may be provided with a corresponding arranging portion for arranging the cut paper straws 1 discharged from the conveying mechanism 20 into a row and a corresponding supplying portion for discharging the arranged paper straws 1, thereby completing packaging or other processes.
In addition, in order to deal with the problem of dust (paper scraps) possibly generated in the cutting process, in the embodiment, a dust suction device corresponding to the cutting device is further arranged, and the suction end of the dust suction device corresponds to the cutting part of the cutting device, so that the dust generated by cutting is collected, and the product quality is improved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, in the above embodiments, the cutting device may further be provided with a guide rail 34, and the motor 32 is provided on the guide rail 34, so that the position of the cutting device may be adjusted, such as switching between the working position and the non-working position, or moving the cutting device, or adjusting the cutting position according to the diameters of different straws.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention, other modifications and variations of the present invention may be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing detailed description is for the purpose of better explaining the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should be determined by the scope of the appended claims.
