The plate punching machine is a punching press machine used for punching and processing plates, namely a punching press type press machine, and in national production, the punching process has the advantages of material and energy conservation, high efficiency and low technical requirement on operators compared with the traditional machining process, and can be used for machining products which cannot be achieved by the application of various dies, so that the plate punching machine is more and more widely used, and the punching production is mainly directed at plates. Through the mould, can make blanking, punch a hole, shaping, deep-drawing, repairment, essence towards, plastic, riveting and extruded article etc. and the wide application in each field, switch socket, cup, cupboard, dish, computer machine case, guided missile aircraft etc. that we used have very much accessories can all produce through the mould with the punch press even.
The existing plate punching machine is a punching machine for processing plates, and for the plate punching machine, because different punches need to be replaced to process the plates when the plates are processed, the difficulty of operation is increased when the punches are installed, and the replacement is not facilitated; and need carry the panel when processing, be unfavorable for operating, the panel after the processing also can't be taken out from the punching machine fast, has reduced work efficiency. Therefore, a sheet material press machine has been proposed to address the above problems.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sheet material press machine.
The invention realizes the aim through the following technical scheme, and the plate punching machine comprises a fixed frame, a replacing mechanism and a feeding mechanism, wherein the fixed frame is arranged at the top of a base; the replacing mechanism comprises a movable shaft, a connecting shaft and a connecting plate, the top of the fixed frame is connected with the movable shaft in a sliding mode, the end part of the movable shaft is sleeved with the connecting shaft, the end part of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the connecting plate, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the connecting plate through bolts, the connecting plate positioned at the bottom of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the punch, the side wall of the fixed frame is fixedly connected with the fixed plate, and the top surface of the fixed plate is rotatably connected with the rotating plate through a spring; feeding mechanism includes fly leaf and delivery board, the inside and fly leaf through connection of base, second electric putter and base fixed connection are passed through at the fly leaf top, and fly leaf top lateral wall and motor fixed connection, motor output and gear fixed connection, and gear and pinion rack meshing are connected, pinion rack and delivery board fixed connection, and delivery board tip and push pedal fixed connection.
Preferably, the top surface of the base is slidably connected with the first sliding plate, the first sliding plate is fixedly connected with the first moving plate, the end part of the first moving plate is fixedly connected with the third electric push rod, the top surface of the first moving plate is slidably connected with the second sliding plate, and the second sliding plate is fixedly connected with the second moving plate.

Preferably, the number of the movable plates is four, the four movable plates are connected with the periphery of the base in a sliding mode, the top of each movable plate is of a U-shaped structure, and the insides of the movable plates are connected with the gears in a rotating mode.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the conveying plate is fixedly connected with the two toothed plates, each toothed plate is meshed with the two gears respectively, and the plate at the top of the conveying plate is located between the fixing plate and the clamping plate.
Preferably, the number of the second electric push rods is a plurality, every two second electric push rods are respectively located at two sides of the movable plate, and the top of each second electric push rod is fixedly connected with the side wall of the movable plate.
Preferably, the movable shaft is fixedly connected with a transmission mechanism inside the top end of the fixing frame, the bottom end of the movable shaft is connected with the connecting shaft in a sliding mode, and the connecting plate at the bottom of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the connecting plate at the top of the punch through a plurality of bolts.
Preferably, the fixing plate is provided with a through hole for the first electric push rod to move, the number of the first electric push rods is two, and a plate is clamped between the clamping plate at the bottom of each of the two first electric push rods and the fixing plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the punch pin positioning device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, replacement of the punch pin is facilitated through the design of the connecting shaft and the connecting plate, the punch pin is limited conveniently through the design of the rotating plate, installation is facilitated, convenience in operation is improved, the punch pin can be taken down conveniently through the downward pressing of the rotating plate, and the difficulty in installation and disassembly of the punch pin is reduced;
(2) the conveying plate is moved to facilitate conveying of the plates, the clamping plates are rotated to facilitate blanking of the plates, conveying efficiency of the plates is improved, machining of the plates is facilitated, the machined plates can be conveniently taken down through movement of the pushing plate, blanking of the plates is facilitated, and machining efficiency of the plates is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a sheet material stamping machine includes a fixing frame 2 installed on the top of a base 1, a replacing mechanism and a feeding mechanism; the replacing mechanism comprises a movable shaft 3, a connecting shaft 4 and a connecting plate 5, the top of the fixed frame 2 is connected with the movable shaft 3 in a sliding mode, the end of the movable shaft 3 is sleeved with the connecting shaft 4, the end of the connecting shaft 4 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 5, the connecting plates 5 are fixedly connected through bolts 6, the connecting plate 5 located at the bottom is fixedly connected with a punch 7, the side wall of the fixed frame 2 is fixedly connected with a fixed plate 8, and the top surface of the fixed plate 8 is rotatably connected with a rotating plate 10 through a spring 9; feeding mechanism includes fly leaf 13 and delivery board 18, base 1 is inside with fly leaf 13 through connection, fly leaf 13 top is through second electric putter 14 and base 1 fixed connection, and fly leaf 13 top lateral wall and motor 15 fixed connection, motor 15 output and gear 16 fixed connection, and gear 16 and pinion rack 17 meshing are connected, pinion rack 17 and delivery board 18 fixed connection, and delivery board 18 tip and push pedal 19 fixed connection.
The top surface of the base 1 is slidably connected with a first sliding plate 20, the first sliding plate 20 is fixedly connected with a first moving plate 21, the end part of the first moving plate 21 is fixedly connected with a third electric push rod 22, the top surface of the first moving plate 21 is slidably connected with a second sliding plate 23, and the second sliding plate 23 is fixedly connected with a second moving plate 24, so that the first moving plate 21 and the second moving plate 24 can move conveniently, and the position of a plate can be adjusted conveniently; the side wall of the bottom end of the fixed frame 2 is fixedly connected with a third electric push rod 22, the middle part of the fixed frame 2 is rotatably connected with a clamping plate 12, the clamping plate 12 is rotatably connected with a first electric push rod 11, and the top part of the first electric push rod 11 is rotatably connected with the fixed frame 2, so that the first electric push rod 11 can rotate conveniently, and the clamping plate 12 can be driven to rotate conveniently; the rotating plate 10 is of a U-shaped structure, the rotating plate 10 is in contact with the connecting plate 5, and the punch 7 at the bottom end of the connecting plate 5 penetrates through the inside of the fixing plate 8 and is in sliding connection with the inside of the fixing plate, so that the rotating plate 10 can rotate conveniently, and the connecting shaft 4 can be pushed to move to the inside of the movable shaft 3 conveniently; an opening for moving the clamping plate 12 is formed in the end portion of the conveying plate 18, the push plate 19 at the end portion of the conveying plate 18 is slidably connected with the top surface of a second moving plate 24, two sides of the second moving plate 24 are fixedly connected with two side plates 25 respectively, the side wall of each side plate 25 is fixedly connected with a hydraulic rod 26, and the end portion of each hydraulic rod 26 is fixedly connected with a pressing plate 27, so that the conveying plate 18 can move conveniently, and plates can be conveyed conveniently; the number of the movable plates 13 is four, the four movable plates 13 are connected with the periphery of the base 1 in a sliding mode, the top of each movable plate 13 is in a U-shaped structure, and the inside of each movable plate 13 is rotatably connected with a gear 16, so that the movable plates 13 can move conveniently, and the conveying plate 18 can be driven to move vertically conveniently; the bottom surface of the conveying plate 18 is fixedly connected with the two toothed plates 17, each toothed plate 17 is meshed with the two gears 16, and the plate at the top of the conveying plate 18 is positioned between the fixing plate 8 and the clamping plate 12, so that the conveying of the plate is facilitated, and the clamping of the plate is facilitated; the number of the second electric push rods 14 is several, every two second electric push rods 14 are respectively located at two sides of the movable plate 13, and the top of each second electric push rod 14 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the movable plate 13, so that the movable plate 13 can be conveniently moved, and a plate can be conveniently driven to move; the movable shaft 3 is fixedly connected with a transmission mechanism inside the top end of the fixed frame 2, the inside of the bottom end of the movable shaft 3 is connected with the connecting shaft 4 in a sliding mode, and the connecting plate 5 at the bottom of the connecting shaft 4 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 5 at the top of the punch 7 through a plurality of bolts 6, so that the movable shaft 3 can move conveniently, and the punching processing of plates is facilitated; the fixed plate 8 is provided with a through hole for the first electric push rod 11 to move, the number of the first electric push rods 11 is two, and a plate is clamped between the clamping plate 12 at the bottom of the two first electric push rods 11 and the fixed plate 8, so that the clamping plate 12 is driven to rotate conveniently, and the plate and the conveying plate 18 are separated conveniently.
When the device is used, firstly, an electric element in the device is externally connected with a power supply and a control switch, a transmission mechanism in the fixed frame 2 drives the movable shaft 3 to vertically move, so that the connecting shaft 4 is driven to simultaneously move, the connecting shaft 4 drives the connecting plate 5 and the punch 7 to move and then punch plates on the second movable plate 24, and the punch 7 drives the rotating plate 10 to rotate when moving, so that the spring 9 is compressed, and the punch 7 is conveniently limited; when the punch 7 needs to be replaced, the punch 7 is pulled, the connecting plate 5 and the connecting shaft 4 are driven by the punch 7 to move, the connecting shaft 4 is separated from the inner part of the movable shaft 3, the punch 7 is taken down from the fixing plate 8, and then the connecting plates 5 of the punches 7 of different models are fixed after the bolts 6 are unscrewed, so that the replacement and installation of the punches 7 are facilitated; when processing, the movable plate 13 is driven to vertically move by the extension of the second electric push rod 14, the movable plate 13 drives the toothed plate 17 and the conveying plate 18 to vertically move, so that the conveying plate 18 is positioned at the top of the pressing plate 27, the gear 16 is driven by the motor 15 to rotate, the gear 16 drives the toothed plate 17 to move and then drives the conveying plate 18 and the plates thereon to simultaneously convey, after the plates are conveyed between the clamping plate 12 and the fixed plate 8, the clamping plate 12 is driven to rotate by the shortening of the first electric push rod 11, after the clamping plate 12 rotates, the plates are clamped between the fixed plate 8 and the clamping plate 12, the conveying plate 18 is driven to move to the original position by the reverse rotation of the motor 15, after the plates are separated from the conveying plate 18, the plates fall onto the second movable plate 24 by the extension of the first electric push rod 11, the conveying of the plates is convenient, and the pressing plate 27 is driven to move by the extension of, the plate is further limited, the first moving plate 21 is driven to move by the extension of the third electric push rod 22, the longitudinal position of the plate is adjusted after the first moving plate 21 drives the first sliding plate 20 to slide on the bottom surface of the base 1, and the second moving plate 24 and the plate at the top of the second moving plate are driven to adjust the transverse position after the second sliding plate 23 slides on the top surface of the first moving plate 21, so that the plate is conveniently positioned and punched; after the processing is finished, the conveying plate 18 is moved to the top surface of the plate, the conveying plate 18 is driven to vertically move by shortening the second electric push rod 14, the conveying plate 18 drives the push plate 19 to move to the top surface of the second moving plate 24, the conveying plate 18 is driven by the motor 15 to move, and after the conveying plate 18 drives the push plate 19 to simultaneously move, the plate is pushed out from the second moving plate 24, so that the plate is convenient to discharge.
