The molecular formula of the ethylene oxide is C2H4O, the boiling point is 10.8 ℃, the ethylene oxide is easy to dissolve in water, meanwhile, the ethylene oxide can volatilize from the water when the water solution is heated, the ethylene oxide is best volatilized from the water solution when the water solution is generally heated to about 60 ℃, and a gas chromatograph is used for detecting the residual quantity of the ethylene oxide of the sterilized product by utilizing the characteristic of the ethylene oxide. The sterilized ethylene oxide waste gas is a hazardous chemical which is toxic, flammable and explosive, and therefore, must be discharged after being treated. At present, the ethylene oxide waste gas treatment mode is that the ethylene oxide waste gas is dissolved in water and then is hydrolyzed and discharged except for direct discharge, and a treatment device for recycling the ethylene oxide waste gas as a sterilizing agent does not exist.

After the sterilization of the ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet is finished, the ethylene oxide waste gas is discharged into the ethylene oxide water-soluble device, the discharged ethylene oxide waste gas sequentially passes through the hydrolysis towers which are connected in series, water mist sprayed by a spray head of each water-soluble tower carries out primary water solvent on the ethylene oxide sterilization waste gas flowing through the water-soluble tower, the ethylene oxide sterilizing agent in the waste gas is dissolved into water to form ethylene oxide water solution after repeated water dissolution, the ethylene oxide water solution is stored into a sealed water tank, and the residual air is discharged through an exhaust pipe behind the water-soluble tower. When the preheating is finished, the ethylene oxide precipitation work is also finished, at the moment, the concentration of the ethylene oxide sterilizing agent in the sterilizing cabinet is detected, the concentration of the ethylene oxide sterilizing agent generally reaches 700-800 g/L, and if the concentration is detected to be insufficient, the medicine is supplemented through a medicine administration (medicine supplementing) system, so that the normal sterilizing concentration is reached, and the sterilizing quality is ensured.
The invention has the advantages that the problem of ethylene oxide waste gas treatment after the ethylene oxide sterilizing cabinet is sterilized can be effectively solved, and the ethylene oxide medicament used by the sterilizing cabinet is recycled on the premise of ensuring the sterilizing (disinfecting) quality of the ethylene oxide sterilizing cabinet, so that the cost is saved, the energy is saved, the emission is reduced, and the environment is protected.
