Abstract
The invention relates to a bamboo charcoal fiber-shape memory alloy fiber sunhat, which comprises a main body and a hat brim, wherein the hat brim is connected to the main body; the method is characterized in that: the main body adopts a multi-layer design and comprises a skin-friendly layer, a ventilation layer and a sun-proof layer, wherein the ventilation layer is arranged between the skin-friendly layer and the sun-proof layer; the hat brim adopts a double-layer design and comprises a first layer of hat brim and a second layer of hat brim, and the first layer of hat brim and the second layer of hat brim are sewn together to form the hat brim; the framework comprises a framework outer ring and a framework inner ring, and a plurality of supporting frameworks which are radially and uniformly distributed are connected between the framework outer ring and the framework inner ring; the framework inner ring is arranged in the framework outer ring, the framework inner ring is arranged at the joint of the main body and the cap peak, the framework inner ring is arranged between the skin-friendly layer and the ventilation layer, and a plurality of supporting frameworks which are radially and uniformly distributed are arranged between the first cap peak and the second cap peak. The invention has the advantages of ultraviolet resistance, good air permeability and deformation resistance.

The invention relates to a bamboo charcoal fiber-shape memory alloy fiber sunhat, and belongs to the technical field of sunhat design.
Background
The human aging is classified into an internal factor and an external factor, the internal factor belongs to the aging process of physiological aging and the external factor is caused by the external environment, wherein the most feared aging in the external environment belongs to photoaging, namely ultraviolet aging. So preventing the ultraviolet rays from damaging the human body has been paid attention to by more and more consumers. Ultraviolet rays in the solar spectrum not only fade and embrittle textiles, but also cause sunburn and aging of human skin, generate melanin and color spots, and more seriously induce canceration and harm human health.

The skin-friendly layer is made of woven materials including but not limited to wool protein fibers, fibroin fibers and cotton fibers, and has the effect of comfort and dryness.
The ventilation layer is formed by weaving bamboo carbon fibers and shape memory alloy fibers.
The sun-proof layer is made of ultraviolet-proof polyester fiber and is externally coated with an ultraviolet-proof additive.
The ultraviolet light additives include, but are not limited to, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, talc, clay, calcium carbonate, salicylic acid, benzophenone, benzotriazole, and cyanoacrylate.
The framework is made of a shape memory alloy framework.
The hat brim is in a ring-shaped surrounding main body design or a front end cap brim design.
The material of the hat brim is the same as that of the main body.

The hat brim can be designed to surround the main body in a ring shape or designed to be a front end cap brim. The hat brim adopts a double-layer design, two layers of hat brim are sewn together, and the radial supporting framework is arranged between the two layers of hat brim.

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bamboo charcoal fiber-shape memory alloy fiber sunhat comprises a main body 5, a hat brim 6 and a framework 4, wherein the main body 5 comprises a skin-friendly layer 3, a ventilation layer 2 and a sun-proof layer 1.
The inner skin-friendly layer 1 adopts braiding materials including but not limited to wool protein fiber, fibroin fiber and cotton fiber, and has the effect of comfort and dryness. The ventilation layer 2 is formed by weaving bamboo carbon fibers and shape memory alloy fibers, the bamboo carbon fibers play roles in moisture absorption, ventilation, antibiosis and bacteriostasis, and the shape memory alloy has super-elastic property under austenite, so that the sunshade cap can be prevented from deforming for a long time. The sun-proof layer 3 is made of ultraviolet-proof polyester fiber and is externally coated with an ultraviolet-proof additive. Ultraviolet light additives include, but are not limited to, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, talc, clay, calcium carbonate, salicylic acid based, benzophenone based, benzotriazole based, cyanoacrylate based, and the like. The ultraviolet ray additive is attached to the outer surface of the sun protection layer 3 by a post-treatment method using a dipping method or a printing method. In order to improve the durability of the ultraviolet inhibitor to water washing and dry cleaning, a resin microcapsule finishing technology is also adopted, and an organic ultraviolet absorbent is filled in the core material of the microcapsule, so that the escape of the absorbent can be prevented. The skeleton 4 is made of a shape memory alloy skeleton, and the super-elasticity of the shape memory alloy under austenite is utilized to ensure the long-term non-deformation characteristic of the sunhat under the condition of ensuring the supporting force and the light degree of the skeleton, so that the service cycle of the sunhat is prolonged.

the framework (4) comprises a framework outer ring and a framework inner ring, and a plurality of supporting frameworks which are radially and uniformly distributed are connected between the framework outer ring and the framework inner ring; the framework inner ring is arranged in the framework outer ring, the framework inner ring is arranged at the joint of the main body (5) and the cap peak (6), the framework inner ring is arranged between the skin-friendly layer (3) and the ventilation layer (2), and a plurality of supporting frameworks which are radially and uniformly distributed are arranged between the first cap peak and the second cap peak;
the skin-friendly layer (3) adopts braiding materials including but not limited to wool protein fibers, fibroin fibers and cotton fibers, and plays a role of comfort and dryness; the ventilation layer (2) is formed by weaving bamboo carbon fibers and shape memory alloy fibers; the sun-proof layer (1) is made of ultraviolet-proof polyester fiber and is externally coated with an ultraviolet-proof additive; the ultraviolet ray additive comprises, but is not limited to, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, talcum powder, clay, calcium carbonate, salicylic acid system, diphenyl ketone system, benzotriazole system and cyanoacrylate system;
the shape of the hat brim (6) adopts a ring-shaped surrounding main body design or a front end cap brim design.
2. A bamboo charcoal fiber-shape memory alloy fiber sunhat as defined in claim 1, wherein: the framework (4) is made of a shape memory alloy framework.
3. The bamboo charcoal fiber-shape memory alloy fiber sunhat according to claim 1, wherein the visor (6) is made of the same material as the main body (5).
