Example 1
The present embodiment provides a display module. Referring to fig. 3, the display module includes a display unit 11 and a control unit (not shown). The display unit 11 includes a main display area 111 and an additional display area 112 protruding from an edge of the main display area 111. The control unit is used for controlling the additional display area 112 to display the first information.
As an alternative embodiment, the display unit 11 is of unitary construction. That is, the main display area 111 and the additional display area 112 are formed on the same display unit, and no additional tiling is required.
The control unit is implemented by a CPU (central processing unit). The control unit runs the program and respectively sends out a display instruction to the main display area 111 and the auxiliary display area 112 according to a preset mode so as to control the main display area 111 and the auxiliary display area 112 to display information or images corresponding to the display instruction. The middle frame 103 and the cover plate 101 enclose a space in which the display module is disposed. The device comprises a display unit 11, a control unit (not shown in the figure). The display unit 11 includes a main display area 111 and an additional display area 112 protruding from an edge of the main display area 111. The main board 104 of the mobile terminal is disposed below the middle frame 103. The cover plate 101 is a glass cover plate 101, and the display module is attached to the glass cover plate 101.
The control unit is realized by a CPU.
