Description

Method for updating protocol state of VRRP interface, switch and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of data communication technologies, and in particular, to a method, a switch, and a storage medium for updating a VRRP interface protocol state.
Background
A Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) is a routing Protocol used for solving the single point failure phenomenon of a static gateway configured in a local area network. It can dynamically assign responsibility of a virtual router to one of the VRRP routers on the local area network. The VRRP router that controls the virtual router IP addresses is called the master router, which is responsible for forwarding packets to these virtual IP addresses. This selection process provides a dynamic failover mechanism once the primary router is unavailable, which allows the IP address of the virtual router to act as the default first hop router for the end host. Is a backup protocol of LAN access equipment. All hosts in a local area network are provided with default gateways, so that messages sent by the hosts and having destination addresses which are not in the network segment are sent to the three-layer switch through the default gateways, and communication between the hosts and an external network is realized.
Because the VRRP uses the virtual MAC address, virtual network cards of different virtual MACs are needed for communication, and the existing switch design can only set one MAC, so that the update operation of the VRRP interface is extremely inconvenient.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.

So that the protocol state of the VRRP interface can be updated in real time.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Exemplary method
Referring to fig. 1, this embodiment provides a method for updating a protocol state of a VRRP interface, which is applied to a switch, and the method includes the following steps:
step S100, monitoring the state of a VLAN interface, when the VLAN interface up is used, sending an event notice of the VLAN interface up, checking whether the VLAN interface is configured, and if so, adding a sub-interface for the VLAN interface.
Specifically, the vlan (virtual Local Area network) is also called a virtual Local Area network, and refers to an end-to-end logic network that can span different network segments and different networks and is constructed by using network management software on the basis of an exchange Local Area network. A VLAN constitutes a logical subnet, i.e., a logical broadcast domain, which can cover multiple network devices, allowing network users at different geographical locations to join a logical subnet. The VLAN interface can be monitored in real time by adopting an interface monitoring mode, when the VLAN interface up is found, the monitored result is sent out by adopting an event notification mode, and the event notification mode is adopted, so that the mutual calling of all function modules is avoided, and the program operation is more stable and efficient.
When the configuration corresponding to the VLAN interface is found, a sub-interface (such as a macvlan sub-interface) is established for the VLAN interface and corresponds to the sub-interface. It is easy to understand that the configuration of the relevant VLAN is configured in advance, and the VRRP can be initialized in advance according to the user VLAN and the VRID configuration before step S100.
Further, the name of the subinterface established for the VLAN interface is to be related to the VLAN and the VRID, and the name of the subinterface may be in the form of macv. Other forms are of course possible, but meet the requirement of being readily discernible.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, after the VLAN interface up is sent out in an event notification manner, and in the process of checking the configuration of the VLAN interface, when no configuration corresponding to the VLAN interface is found, it may be adopted to abandon adding a sub-interface to the VLAN interface, end the monitoring, and perform the next cycle of monitoring on the VLAN interface.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, after the VLAN interface up is sent out in an event notification manner, and in the process of checking the configuration of the VLAN interface, if no configuration corresponding to the VLAN interface is found, a message for reconfiguring the VLAN interface is sent out, the VLAN interface is reconfigured again, and this monitoring is ended. The reconfigured VLAN may add a subinterface the next time the interface up.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, when monitoring the VLAN interfaces, when multiple VLAN interfaces up appear in the same time, the VLAN interface up event notification may be sent according to the priority levels of the VLAN interfaces, which is easy to understand, and when checking the configuration related to the VLAN interfaces, the VLAN interface up event notification may be sent according to the order of the sent VLAN interface up event notifications.
Further, when the priority levels are the same, the VLAN interface up event notification may be sent according to the order of the sizes of the IP addresses configured by the VLAN interfaces.
Step S200, when the subinterface up, the subinterface up event notice is sent, the corresponding IP address is configured for the subinterface, the subinterface state is updated, a VRRP multicast message is sent, and the protocol state of the VRRP interface is updated.
Specifically, after adding a corresponding subinterface to the VLAN interface, the status of the subinterface is continuously monitored in real time, and when the subinterface is found to be in the up status, the subinterface up is sent out again in an event manner, and a corresponding IP is configured for the subinterface to implement communication, and meanwhile, the configuration of the VLAN and the VRID corresponding to the subinterface is updated, and the updated content includes the IP, the priority level, and the like.
In this embodiment, after the status of the sub-interface is updated, the VRRP multicast packet is sent, the protocol status of the VRRP protocol module is switched, and the real-time update of the VRRP interface is realized. The protocol states include an initial state, a Backup state, and a Master state (operating state). By adding the macvlan subinterface to the VLAN interface and then monitoring the macvlan subinterface, when the state of the macvlan subinterface changes, an update event is sent out, and the protocol state of the VRRP interface is updated according to the finer event, so that independent operation among modules is achieved, real-time and accurate update of the protocol state of the VRRP interface is guaranteed, and rapid switching of the protocol state of the VRRP interface is facilitated.
Based on the above embodiments, the present invention further provides a switch, and a schematic block diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 2. The switch includes a processor 20, a memory 30, and a network interface 40 connected by a system bus 10. Wherein a processor 20 (e.g., CPU) of the switch is used to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory 30 of the switch includes a nonvolatile storage medium 310 and an internal memory 320. The non-volatile storage medium 310 stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory 320 provides an environment for the operating system and the computer program to run on the nonvolatile storage medium. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of updating a protocol state of a VRRP interface.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the schematic block diagram shown in fig. 2 is only a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the inventive arrangements and does not constitute a limitation of the switches to which the inventive arrangements are applied, and that a particular switch may include more or less components than shown in the drawings, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
