In the embodiment, the sliding cavity outlet 4 is formed at the interval between the two upper groove arms 9, the sliding cavity outlet 4 is in an oval shape, as shown in fig. 1, the width of the sliding cavity outlet 4 tends to become smaller towards one side of the handle part 1, and the cable can be guided to the position opposite to the blade 5 by the design, so that the situation that the cable is easy to deviate in the cutting process is avoided. The maximum width of the slide chamber outlet 4 in this embodiment is greater than the length of the first roller 7, which facilitates the passage of the cable out of the slide chamber outlet 4.

The working process of the invention is as follows: when the cable needs to be cut, the cable is firstly threaded into the guide sliding cavity 10, the first roller 7 and the second roller 8 of the sliding cavity inlet 3 can clamp the cable in a sliding mode, and the sliding cavity outlet 4 can guide the cable to a position right opposite to the blade 5. Then the blade 5 is adjusted to a proper position through an adjusting mechanism, and finally, the handle part is held tightly by one hand, and the other hand only retracts and pulls the cable to realize sectioning.
