Particularly, the contact head frame is provided with a convex part, the convex part is provided with a contact spring, one end of the contact spring is clamped in a positioning groove on the contact head frame, and the other end of the contact spring is clamped on a limiting sheet on the movable contact. A contact spring is arranged between the contact frame and the moving contact, and the contact spring can enhance the contact pressure of the moving contact, so that the working reliability of the operating mechanism is improved.
Particularly, one end of the contact frame is provided with a switching-on and switching-off indicating part, and a switching-on indicating mark and a switching-off indicating mark are respectively arranged on the switching-on and switching-off indicating part. The contact frame is provided with a switching-on and switching-off indicating part, so that the switching-on and switching-off indicating function of the operating mechanism can be realized.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention is an operating mechanism of a circuit breaker, including a handle 10, a connecting rod 11 linked with the handle 10, a latch 12, a contact frame 13, a movable contact 14 linked with the contact frame 13, and a torsion spring 15 disposed between the latch 12 and the contact frame 13, wherein the contact frame 13 is provided with a limiting groove 131, two ends of the limiting groove 131 are respectively formed with a latch region 132 and a trip region 133, the latch 12 is provided with a latch portion 121 corresponding to the latch region 133, the contact frame 13 is provided with a limiting surface 130 capable of abutting against the latch portion 121, one end of the connecting rod 11 is inserted into the latch region 132, the latch portion 121 is provided with a locking surface 122 matched with the connecting rod 11, when the circuit breaker is switched on, a locking cavity 134 for locking the connecting rod 11 is formed between the locking surface 122 and the latch region 132, when the circuit breaker is switched off and switched off, one end of the link 11 can slide from the locking region 132 into the releasing region 133. One end of the contact frame 13 is provided with a switching indication part 137, and the switching indication part 137 is respectively provided with a switching indication mark 1371 and a switching indication mark 1372. The contact frame is provided with a switching-on and switching-off indicating part, so that the switching-on and switching-off indicating function of the operating mechanism can be realized. The latch 12 is provided with a boss 123 corresponding to the torsion spring 15, the torsion spring 15 is sleeved on the boss 123, one end of the torsion spring 15 is clamped in the clamping groove 138 of the contact frame 13, and the other end of the torsion spring 15 is clamped in the positioning groove 124 of the latch 12. The lock catch is provided with a pull rod which is in linkage fit with the bimetallic strip, and when the circuit breaks down, the bimetallic strip drives the lock catch to perform tripping action, so that the circuit is protected.
The operating mechanism of the traditional miniature circuit breaker is improved, the structure of the operating mechanism of the traditional miniature circuit breaker is greatly simplified, the closing speed is higher, the tripping action is more sensitive, the breaking capacity of the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is favorably improved, a lock catch area and a tripping area are arranged on the lock catch, one end of the connecting rod is locked between the lock catch and the lock catch area during closing, the reliable closing of the operating mechanism can be realized, the limit of the locking surface of the lock catch is lost at one end of the connecting rod during tripping, and the quick tripping and separating brake of the operating mechanism can be realized. Therefore, the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable performance, convenience and quickness in assembly and capability of effectively improving the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker.
