When not all the external image information contains the face information, the mark execution unit 4 adds mark information to the external image information not containing the face, the mark execution unit 4 judges whether all the external image information contains the mark information, if not, the mark judgment unit 5 judges whether the obtained external image information contains the mark information, if not, the external image information not containing the mark information and the shooting time corresponding to the external image information are stored in the cloud server 6, then the external image information stored in the cloud server 6 and the shooting time corresponding to the external image information are obtained and stored in the local server 7, and then the local server 7 regularly returns the external image information and the shooting time of the external image information to the cloud server 6.
When the acquired external image information contains the mark information, the mark judgment unit 5 temporarily stores the external image information containing the mark information and the shooting time corresponding to the external image information, then acquires the temporarily stored time and a preset temporarily stored time threshold value to compare, judges whether the temporarily stored time is greater than the preset temporarily stored time threshold value, if not, continues to judge, and if so, deletes the external image information containing the mark information and the shooting time corresponding to the external image information.

judging whether all external image information contains mark information;
storing the outside image information which does not contain the mark information and the shooting time of the outside image information;
the specific method for storing the outside image information not containing the mark information and the shooting time of the outside image information comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of storing external image information which does not contain mark information and shooting time of the external image information to a cloud server;
acquiring external image information in a cloud server and shooting time of the external image information and storing the external image information and the shooting time to a local server;
the access control monitoring image storage method further comprises the following steps:
periodically uploading the external image information stored by the local server and the shooting time of the external image information to the cloud server;
judging whether the external image information stored in the cloud server is the same as the uploaded external image information or not;
and if the difference is not the same, the uploaded external image information and the shooting time of the external image information are stored in the cloud server, otherwise, the uploaded external image information and the shooting time of the external image information are deleted.
