s3: acquiring identification information of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and presetting running information in first time before and after the event time;
s4: determining a target vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal according to the identification information of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and the driving information in a preset first time before and after the event time;
s5: and acquiring a running record video of the target vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal within a preset second time before and after the event time and sending the running record video to the first intelligent terminal.

The intelligent terminal based event recording method according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 is preceded by: the first intelligent terminal generates event record request information to the cloud management server when detecting that a collision event occurs, or the first intelligent terminal generates event record request information according to manual operation and sends the event record request information to the cloud management server.
3. The intelligent terminal based event recording method according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 is preceded by: the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal collects vehicle position information in real time and sends the vehicle position information to the cloud management server.
4. The intelligent terminal-based event recording method according to claim 1, wherein the step S4 specifically includes:
s41: judging whether a first vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal bound with a first intelligent terminal identifier exists according to the identifier information of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal; if yes, executing step S42, otherwise, executing step S43;
s42: inquiring a first position of the first vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal corresponding to the event time, judging whether the first position is the same as the event position, and if so, determining the first vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal as a target vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal;
s43: determining a second position and a driving direction corresponding to each vehicle at the event time according to position information and time information in the driving information of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal;
s44: constructing an event environment model comprising each vehicle according to the driving direction, the second position and the event position of each vehicle, and inquiring and determining corresponding video recording configuration information according to the identification information of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal;
s45: determining vehicle-mounted intelligent terminals capable of recording events according to the video recording configuration information and the event environment model of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, and recording as candidate vehicle-mounted intelligent terminals;
s46: and calculating the distance between the candidate vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and the event position, and taking the candidate vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal with the shortest distance as a target vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal.
5. The intelligent terminal-based event recording method according to claim 4, wherein the step S45 specifically comprises:
determining a video recording range corresponding to each vehicle according to video recording configuration information of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, wherein the video recording configuration information comprises recording configuration information and a recording angle range;
determining vehicles with video recording ranges containing the event positions in each vehicle according to the video recording ranges and the relative position relation between the second positions of the vehicles in the event environment model and the event position points, and recording the vehicles as candidate vehicles;
and recording the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal corresponding to the candidate vehicle as the candidate vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal.
6. The intelligent terminal based event recording method according to claim 1, further comprising:
the cloud management server receives event record request information sent by the second intelligent terminal;
judging whether the event position and the event time in the event recording request information are matched with the event position and the event time of the first intelligent terminal;
and if the target vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal is matched with the event time, the running recording video of the target vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal in a preset second time before and after the event time is sent to a second intelligent terminal.
7. The intelligent terminal based event recording method according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 is preceded by;
the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal sends a registration request to a cloud management server, wherein the registration request comprises a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal identifier;
after the cloud management server verifies that the identification of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal is successful, the cloud management server sends the called authority setting information of the driving record video to the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal;
the vehicle owner user sets the permission of calling the running record video through the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and then sends the video recording configuration information to the cloud management server.
8. The intelligent terminal-based event recording method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of sending, by the cloud management server, warning information to a second vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal corresponding to a vehicle within a preset second distance from an event position, and sending the driving record video to an insurance company background server and/or a medical institution background server.
9. An event recording system based on an intelligent terminal is characterized by comprising:
the first intelligent terminal comprises an information generating module, an information sending module and an information receiving module; the information generating module is used for generating event recording request information, and the event recording request information comprises an event position, event time and a first intelligent terminal identifier;
the information sending module is used for sending the event recording request information to the cloud management server;
the information receiving module is used for receiving information sent by the cloud management server;
the cloud management server comprises a first communication module, a first acquisition module, a determination module and a second acquisition module;
the first communication module is used for receiving event record request information sent by the first intelligent terminal;
the first acquisition module is used for searching vehicle-mounted intelligent terminals within a preset first distance range around the event time and the event position, and acquiring identification information of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and driving information within a preset first time before and after the event time;
the determining module is used for determining a target vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal according to the identification information of each vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and the driving information in a preset first time before and after the event time;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a driving record video of the target vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal within a preset second time before and after the event time and sending the driving record video to the first intelligent terminal;
the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal comprises a driving recording module and a second communication module;
the driving recording module is used for recording driving recording videos and driving information of the corresponding vehicle in the driving process;
and the second communication module is used for transmitting the driving information to a cloud management server in real time and transmitting the driving record video to the cloud management server in real time or according to an acquisition request of the cloud management server.
