e. registering a carbon emission quota to-be-traded list in a block chain, and pushing the list to a user client;
s3, inputting seller carbon emission quota purchase information:
a. acquiring the carbon emission quota, the carbon emission reduction signing and issuing amount and the actual carbon emission amount of a buyer;
b. calculating the carbon emission quota required to be purchased by the buyer, and determining the number of the purchased carbon emission quota by the buyer;
d. a buyer initiates a carbon emission quota transaction payment request through target carbon emission quota information to be transacted selected by a user client;
s4 carbon emission quota transfer:
and judging whether the buyer completes transaction payment, if so, transferring the ownership of the carbon emission quota, and updating the carbon emission quota quantity of the buyer and the seller according to the traded quantity of the carbon emission quota.
