When the instrument is paid by using the payment bill, the mechanism information and the user information are bound to one user account, so that the instrument corresponding to the mechanism information and the user information can be paid by using the user account. For example, if the user signs up for the deduction agency service, based on the bill of payment, the corresponding fee may be deducted directly from the user account to complete the payment for the meter. If the user does not sign the withholding service, the payment bill is provided for the user, and the user finishes the payment of the instrument.
Based on the technical scheme, in the embodiment of the application, the user can use the mobile terminal to collect the image containing the current instrument data and send the payment response message comprising the image to the server, so that the server can use the payment response message to complete payment, a meter reader does not need to manually read the meter at home of the user, the use experience can be improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the payment process of the instrument is completed in time.
In a fourth embodiment to a sixth embodiment, the first mobile terminal is a mobile terminal used by a user to which the meter belongs, for example, a mobile terminal used by a homeowner, and information of the first mobile terminal may be queried through user information corresponding to the meter. The second mobile terminal is a mobile terminal used by a user authorized by the user to which the meter belongs, for example, when the landlord is not at home, the landlord can authorize a tenant at home to complete image acquisition, so that the mobile terminal used by the landlord is the first mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal used by the tenant is the second mobile terminal.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for automatic payment according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may be applied in a first mobile terminal, and may include the following steps:
step 401, acquiring a first payment notification message, and determining whether an image is collected by the first mobile terminal. If not, the authorized identification information of the second mobile terminal is sent to the server, so that the server generates a second payment notification message by using the identification information.
When a certain meter needs to pay, the server can inquire the user information corresponding to the meter and inquire the information (such as a mobile phone number, a micro signal and the like) of the first mobile terminal corresponding to the user information, so that the first payment notification message can be sent to the first mobile terminal by utilizing the information of the first mobile terminal.
After the user to which the instrument belongs receives the first payment notification message through the first mobile terminal, if the user confirms that the instrument at home needs to pay, the user to which the instrument belongs can directly use the first mobile terminal to collect images when the user to which the instrument belongs can collect images, if the user to which the instrument belongs is at home. When the user to which the instrument belongs cannot perform image acquisition, if the user to which the instrument belongs is not at home, the user to which the image acquisition can be performed is known, such as a tenant at home, and the user is authorized to complete image acquisition, the user to which the instrument belongs issues identification information (such as a mobile phone number, a payment treasure number and the like) of the user to the first mobile terminal, and after the first mobile terminal receives the identification information, the first mobile terminal determines that the image is not acquired by the first mobile terminal.
The identification information of the second mobile terminal may be a mobile phone number of a tenant who is at home.
Step 402, acquiring a second payment notification message, and pushing the second payment notification message to a second mobile terminal; the second mobile terminal collects an image of the instrument, which contains current instrument data, generates a first payment response message including the image, and sends the first payment response message to the server, so that the server completes payment of the instrument by using the first payment response message.
In the embodiment of the present application, the process of acquiring the first payment notification message or the second payment notification message may specifically include, but is not limited to, the following manners: when a payment link from a server is received, a first payment notification message or a second payment notification message is analyzed from the payment link; or when the payment two-dimensional code is acquired, scanning the payment two-dimensional code, and analyzing a first payment notification message or a second payment notification message from the payment two-dimensional code; or acquiring the first payment notification message or the second payment notification message from a payment interface provided by a third-party platform (such as an e-commerce platform).
Compared with the first payment notification message, the second payment notification message is added with user data obtained after the server processes the user data corresponding to the identification information of the second mobile terminal by using a pre-configured abstract algorithm, and the specific content is explained in the following process.
In the embodiment of the application, after the second mobile terminal receives the second payment notification message, the second mobile terminal collects an image of the meter, where the image includes current meter data of the meter. Then, the second mobile terminal can generate a first payment response message including the image and send the first payment response message to the server, so that the server can complete payment of the instrument by using the first payment response message.
With respect to step 401, after determining whether the first mobile terminal acquires an image, if the determination result is yes, the first mobile terminal acquires an image of a meter, where the image may include current meter data of the meter. And the first mobile terminal generates a second payment response message comprising the image and sends the second payment response message to the server so that the server finishes payment for the instrument by using the second payment response message.
The first mobile terminal or the second mobile terminal collects images of the instrument on the meter-shooting payment interface.
In this embodiment of the application, the process of generating the second payment response message (the first payment response message) by the first mobile terminal (the second mobile terminal) may specifically include, but is not limited to, the following manners: analyzing the mechanism information corresponding to the instrument from the first payment notification message (the second payment notification message). And acquiring a dial plate analyzer corresponding to the mechanism information from the server, and analyzing the image by using the dial plate analyzer to obtain current instrument data. And acquiring last meter data corresponding to the meter from the server, and calculating electronic data information by using the current meter data and the last meter data. And generating a second payment response message (first payment response message) comprising the image, the mechanism information, the user information and the electronic data information.
The process of generating the second payment response message by the first mobile terminal is similar to the process of generating the first payment response message by the second mobile terminal, and the difference is mainly as follows: the first mobile terminal analyzes the related content from the first payment notification message, and the second mobile terminal analyzes the related content from the second payment notification message. In addition, the second mobile terminal can also analyze the processed user data from the second payment notification message, and the first payment response message generated by the second mobile terminal can also include the processed user data.
The second payment response message may be a message unrelated to the first payment notification message, or generated by adding the collected image and the calculated electronic data information to the first payment notification message. The first payment response message may be a message unrelated to the second payment notification message, or may be generated by adding the collected image and the calculated electronic data information to the second payment notification message.
In an example, in the process of generating the second payment response message, the first mobile terminal may generate the second payment response message including the image, the organization information, and the user information without calculating the electronic data information. In the process of generating the first payment response message, the second mobile terminal may generate the first payment response message including the image, the organization information, the user information, and the processed user data without calculating the electronic data information.
Based on the technical scheme, in the embodiment of the application, the user can use the mobile terminal to collect the image containing the current instrument data and send the payment response message comprising the image to the server, so that the server can use the payment response message to complete payment, a meter reader does not need to manually read the meter at home of the user, the use experience can be improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the payment process of the instrument is completed in time.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an automatic payment method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the method may be applied to a server, where the server is a server providing a payment function, such as a payment platform of a payment bank, and the method may include the following steps:
step 501, a server sends a first payment notification message to a first mobile terminal, receives identification information of an authorized second mobile terminal from the first mobile terminal when an image is not collected by the first mobile terminal, generates a second payment notification message by using the identification information, and sends the second payment notification message to the first mobile terminal, so that the first mobile terminal pushes the second payment notification message to the second mobile terminal.
When a certain meter needs to pay, the server can inquire the user information corresponding to the meter and inquire the information (such as a mobile phone number, a micro signal and the like) of the first mobile terminal corresponding to the user information, so that the first payment notification message can be sent to the first mobile terminal by utilizing the information of the first mobile terminal.
Compared with the first payment notification message, the second payment notification message is added with user data which is obtained by processing the user data corresponding to the identification information of the second mobile terminal by the server through the abstract algorithm.
When the image is not collected by the first mobile terminal, the first mobile terminal sends a request carrying information (namely identification information of the second mobile terminal) to the server after obtaining the information (such as a mobile phone number, a payment treasure number and the like) of an authorized user (such as a tenant) of a user (such as a homeowner) to which the instrument belongs. After receiving the request, the server locally queries user data corresponding to the information, such as a mobile phone number, a name, a payment treasured number, a micro signal and the like, wherein the user data are user data corresponding to the identification information of the authorized second mobile terminal.
Based on this, the process of generating the second payment notification message by the server using the identification information may specifically include, but is not limited to, the following manners: the server inquires user data corresponding to the identification information of the second mobile terminal from the local, processes the user data by utilizing a preconfigured abstract algorithm, and adds the processed user data to the first payment notification message to obtain a second payment notification message. The Digest algorithm may be a hash algorithm, an MD5(Message Digest 5) algorithm, or the like.
Wherein, the server also needs to obtain the first payment notification message. The first payment notification message may be returned to the server by the first mobile terminal, or may be stored in the local storage medium after the server sends the first payment notification message to the first mobile terminal. In addition, the processed user data may be a digest value, and the second payment notification message is obtained by adding the digest value to the first payment notification message.
In this embodiment of the application, the process of sending the first payment notification message or the second payment notification message to the first mobile terminal may specifically include, but is not limited to: sending a payment link containing a first payment notification message or a second payment notification message to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal analyzes the first payment notification message or the second payment notification message from the payment link; or providing a payment two-dimensional code containing the first payment notification message or the second payment notification message to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal analyzes the first payment notification message or the second payment notification message by scanning the payment two-dimensional code; or, the first payment notification message or the second payment notification message is provided for the mobile terminal through a payment interface provided by the third-party platform.
Step 502, receiving a first payment response message from the second mobile terminal, where the first payment response message includes an image of the meter collected by the second mobile terminal, and the image includes current meter data.
Step 503, determine whether the first payment response message is legal payment information. If yes, go to step 504; if not, discarding the first payment response message, and not paying for the instrument.
And step 504, establishing a payment bill by using the first payment response message, and completing the payment of the instrument by using the payment bill. For example, when the user of the meter signs a withholding, the fee is automatically deducted by directly using the payment bill; when the user of the meter does not sign a contract for deduction, the user of the meter is informed of the payment bill, and the user of the meter pays based on the payment bill, which is not described in detail.

In the embodiment of the present application, the process of determining whether the first payment response message is legal payment information may specifically include, but is not limited to, the following manners: and judging whether the first payment response message contains user data. If not, the first payment response message is determined not to be legal payment information. And if so, processing the user data corresponding to the identification information of the authorized second mobile terminal by using a preconfigured abstract algorithm, and comparing whether the processed user data is the same as the user data contained in the first payment response message. If the first payment response message is the same as the payment information, determining that the first payment response message is legal payment information; if not, determining that the first payment response message is not legal payment information.
The user to which the instrument belongs only authorizes one user to complete image acquisition, namely the first mobile terminal only pushes the second payment notification message to a second mobile terminal, and only the first payment response message sent by the second mobile terminal is legal payment information. The processed user data is carried in the first payment response message sent by the second mobile terminal to the server. In addition, since the server processes the same user data (the user data corresponding to the identification information of the second mobile terminal) by using the same digest algorithm, the processed user data is the same as the user data included in the first payment response message.
On the contrary, if the user is not authorized by the user to which the meter belongs, the user does not receive the second payment notification message from the first mobile terminal, and the processed user data carried in the second payment notification message cannot be obtained. Therefore, the payment information sent by the second mobile terminal used by the user to the server does not carry correct user data, and the user data does not carry user data or carries user data added by the user, and the user data carried in the payment information is different from the user data processed by the server by using the abstract algorithm because the user data cannot know the abstract algorithm used by the server.
Based on the mode, the attack of the unauthorized user is effectively prevented, even if the unauthorized user sends the payment information to the server, a payment bill cannot be created based on the payment information, the payment bill cannot be used for automatically deducting the fee under the condition that the user to which the instrument belongs does not know, the payment bill cannot be sent to the user to which the instrument belongs, the trouble of the user to which the instrument belongs is avoided, and the reduction of user experience is avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first payment notification message is sent to the first mobile terminal, when the first mobile terminal collects an image, a second payment response message from the first mobile terminal is received, wherein the second payment response message comprises the image of the instrument collected by the first mobile terminal, the image comprises current instrument data, a payment bill is created by using the second payment response message, and the payment of the instrument is completed by using the payment bill.
Different from the processing of receiving the first payment response message, after receiving the second payment response message from the first mobile terminal, because the first mobile terminal is used by the user to which the meter belongs, the second payment response message from the first mobile terminal is legal payment information, and the payment bill is created by directly using the second payment response message without executing a judgment process of whether the second payment response message is legal payment information.
In the embodiment of the application, the process of creating the payment bill by using the first payment response message or the second payment response message may specifically include, but is not limited to, the following ways: the server analyzes the mechanism information and the user information corresponding to the meter from the first payment response message or the second payment response message to obtain the electronic data information corresponding to the meter. And establishing a payment bill by using the electronic data information, the mechanism information and the user information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the process of obtaining the electronic data information corresponding to the meter may specifically include, but is not limited to, the following manners: in a first mode, when the first payment response message or the second payment response message carries electronic data information, the electronic data information can be directly analyzed from the first payment response message or the second payment response message. Or, in the second mode, when the first payment response message or the second payment response message does not carry electronic data information, a dial plate analyzer corresponding to the analyzed mechanism information can be obtained, and the dial plate analyzer is used for analyzing the image in the first payment response message or the second payment response message to obtain the current instrument data. And then, acquiring last meter data corresponding to the meter, and calculating electronic data information by using the current meter data and the last meter data.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the first payment response message or the second payment response message, the server analyzes the image containing the current instrument data from the first payment response message or the second payment response message, and after creating the payment bill, the server stores the image in a specified storage medium to provide a basis for customer service, wind control and the like. In addition, the server can also update the meter data according to the mechanism information and the user information, so that the current meter data is changed into the last meter data in the next payment process.

Step 609, the server receives the first payment response message from the second mobile terminal.

The payment two-dimensional code can be a two-dimensional code containing mechanism information (or mechanism information and user information), the user can obtain the mechanism information as long as the two-dimensional code is scanned, a meter-shooting payment interface can be provided to collect an image of the instrument, and the payment two-dimensional code can be printed on a payment prompting bill. The payment link is a hyperlink containing mechanism information (or mechanism information and user information), the user can obtain the mechanism information by clicking the payment link, and can provide a meter-shooting payment interface to collect an image of the instrument, and the payment link can be pushed by PUSH, a short message, a mailbox or other modes.
For the first to sixth embodiments, in order to analyze the current meter data from the image, a dial analyzer may be used to analyze the image to obtain the current meter data. The dial plate analyzer can be a segment of modularized program which is stored by a server and can be dynamically and remotely loaded, and the function of the dial plate analyzer is to analyze current meter data from an image, such as the current reading of a water meter, the current reading of an electric meter, the current reading of a gas meter and the like. In practical application, because different instrument structures, reading modes can be different, if the instrument structure is a string of numbers, some instrument structures are pointers, and therefore, different dial plate resolvers can be set for different instrument structures, and the dial plate resolvers can accurately resolve current instrument data. Furthermore, since the structure of the meters provided by different mechanisms may be different, and the structure of the meters provided by the same mechanism may also be different, a dial resolver may be provided for each meter. The dial resolvers of different meters may be the same when the meter structures of the meters are the same, and may be different when the meter structures of the meters are different. Furthermore, each instrument is uniquely identified by mechanism information and user information, so that each mechanism information and each user information correspond to one dial plate resolver.
Based on this, after analyzing the mechanism information and the user information corresponding to the instrument, the mobile terminal may send a download request of the dial plate analyzer to the server, where the download request carries the mechanism information and the user information. The server can inquire the dial plate analyzer corresponding to the mechanism information and the user information, and send the dial plate analyzer to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal analyzes the image by using the dial plate analyzer.
Because each meter is uniquely identified by the organization information and the user information, after the server obtains the meter data each time, the server also records the currently obtained meter data according to the organization information and the user information. In this way, the mobile terminal may send an acquisition request of the meter data to the server, where the acquisition request carries the organization information and the user information. The server can inquire the meter data corresponding to the organization information and the user information, wherein the meter data refers to the last meter data, and the last meter data is sent to the mobile terminal.
Because each meter is uniquely identified by organization information and user information, a charge calculator corresponding to the meter can be maintained for the organization information and the user information. The charge calculator can be a section of modularized program which is stored by the server and can be dynamically and remotely loaded, and the function of the charge calculator is to calculate the charge due at the current period by combining the current meter data, the last meter data, the unit price (supporting the step price) and the like. Based on this, the mobile terminal may send a download request of the charging calculator to the server, the download request carrying the organization information and the user information. The server can inquire the charging calculator corresponding to the organization information and the user information and send the charging calculator to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal can calculate the electronic data information by utilizing the charging calculator and combining the current meter data and the last meter data.
The electronic data information may refer to the due fee of the period, such as 200 yuan.
In practical application, the download request of the dial plate parser, the acquisition request of the meter data and the download request of the charge calculator can be the same request, that is, the mobile terminal sends a request to the server, and the server simultaneously sends the dial plate parser, the last meter data and the charge calculator to the mobile terminal.
In the above process, the example of the correspondence between the server maintenance organization information and the user information and the dial plate parser/charging calculator is described, in practical application, the server may maintain the correspondence between the organization information and the dial plate parser/charging calculator, that is, all users in the organization use the same dial plate parser/charging calculator, the processing flow is similar to the above manner, except that the request does not carry the user information any more.
EXAMPLE seven
Based on the same application concept as the method, the embodiment of the application also provides an automatic payment device, and the automatic payment device is applied to the mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes:
the acquisition module 11 is configured to acquire a payment notification message;

the processing module 44 is further configured to create a payment bill by using the second payment response message when the second payment response message is received, and complete payment for the meter by using the payment bill.
The processing module 44 is specifically configured to, in a process of creating a payment bill by using the first payment response message or the second payment response message, parse mechanism information, user information, an image, and electronic data information corresponding to the meter from the first payment response message or the second payment response message; and acquiring a user account corresponding to the meter by using the mechanism information and the user information, and creating a payment bill by using the electronic data information and the user account.

1. An automatic payment method is applied to a mobile terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a payment notification message for the instrument;
collecting an image comprising current meter data for the meter;
analyzing the image based on a dial plate analyzer corresponding to the instrument to obtain current instrument data of the instrument;
and generating a payment response message based on the current meter data, and sending the payment response message to a server so that the server completes the payment of the meter by using the payment response message.
2. The method of claim 1,
the acquiring of the payment notification message for the meter includes:
receiving a payment link from a server, and acquiring the payment notification message from the payment link;
or when the payment two-dimensional code is obtained, the payment notification message is obtained from the payment two-dimensional code by scanning the payment two-dimensional code;
or acquiring the payment notification message based on a payment interface provided by a third-party platform.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before parsing the image based on a dial plate parser corresponding to the meter to obtain current meter data of the meter, the method further comprises:
analyzing mechanism information corresponding to the instrument from the payment notification message;
and acquiring the dial plate resolver corresponding to the mechanism information from the server.

generating a payment response message based on the current meter data comprises:
generating a payment response message comprising the image, the mechanism information corresponding to the instrument, the user information corresponding to the instrument and the current instrument data; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

sending a payment notification message for an instrument to a mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal collects an image comprising current instrument data of the instrument and analyzes the image based on a dial plate analyzer corresponding to the instrument to obtain the current instrument data of the instrument;
receiving a payment response message sent by the mobile terminal; wherein the payment response message is generated by the mobile terminal based on the current meter data;
establishing a payment bill by using the payment response message;
and completing the payment of the instrument by using the payment bill.

the sending of the payment notification message for the instrument to the mobile terminal includes:
sending a payment link including the payment notification message to a mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal acquires the payment notification message from the payment link; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
providing a payment two-dimensional code comprising the payment notification message to a mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal obtains the payment notification message from the payment two-dimensional code by scanning the payment two-dimensional code; or providing the payment notification message to the mobile terminal based on a payment interface provided by a third-party platform.

and generating a second payment response message based on the current meter data, and sending the second payment response message to the server so that the server finishes payment of the meter by using the second payment response message.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein before parsing the image based on a dial plate parser corresponding to the meter to obtain current meter data of the meter, the method further comprises:
analyzing mechanism information corresponding to the instrument from the first payment notification message;
and acquiring the dial plate resolver corresponding to the mechanism information from the server.

generating a second payment response message based on the current meter data, including:
generating a second payment response message comprising the image, the mechanism information corresponding to the instrument, the user information corresponding to the instrument and the current instrument data; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

after the determining whether the first mobile terminal collects the image, the method further includes:
if not, sending the identification information of the authorized second mobile terminal to the server so that the server generates a second payment notification message by using the identification information;

and pushing the second payment notification message to the second mobile terminal so that the second mobile terminal generates a first payment response message, and sending the first payment response message to a server so that the server completes payment of the instrument by using the first payment response message.
