In one embodiment of the invention, the system comprises an RPA robot, a document subsystem and a salary calculation subsystem. The RPA robot connects the processing flows of the social insurance business system, the public accumulation fund online business system, the natural person tax online business system, the document subsystem and the salary calculation subsystem. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

Specifically, the RPA robot in the embodiment of the present invention includes a script component unit and a flow unit, specifically:

The script technology includes operations based on a window handle mode, a screen recording mode and a browser mode according to a software interface mode to realize automation of operation processes, for example, processing of an HTML format file, and realizing capture of element contents by searching through a mode of taking tags in HTML as indexes (for example, [ 'HTML', 'BODY', 'DIV', 'INPUT', ] and [ '0', '1', '41', '2', '1'), or by searching through id in an HTML tag as an index to locate a certain element, and after the element is obtained, operations such as clicking the element, setting text contents, setting drop frame contents and the like can be performed on the element.
The process unit is responsible for connecting task flows of all steps finished by design and configuration of the script component unit in series to form a service flow, activity or affair which can be automatically executed, and is responsible for transmitting data information (personal information and salary data of staff, login information of enterprise accounts and the like) and machine information used in the process node to the script component unit, so that the script component unit can automatically execute the process according to preset rules.
In the embodiment of the invention, the Office/WPS and other document subsystems are responsible for carrying out automatic operation processing on Excel through a script component unit in the RPA robot, wherein the automatic operation processing comprises Excel creation, opening, saving, closing, cell acquisition, writing, various settings and the like. The PRA robot fills in each employee information, which may include name, payroll number, and post-tax payroll amount, by row according to the calculated post-tax payroll and other data. And adding the remark 'wage', automatically counting the total amount and the total stroke number, and storing until a wage generation invention detail form document is generated.
Specifically, the present invention provides the following process example in which the RPA robot completes the above salary automatic issuing method, and the specific process includes:

S20: the flow unit of the RPA robot triggers the flow node to automatically log in the social security online service system, the script component unit automatically opens the browser, inputs the address of the social security online service system, enters the social security online service page of the social security online service system, inputs the pre-configured user account and password information, and automatically logs in the system. The RPA robot declares the social insurance of the employee according to a first preset task flow, wherein the task flow comprises the following steps:
s201: and the script component unit of the RPA robot identifies a detail declaration button through key elements on a business page of the social security network, simulates and clicks the button, and opens and enters the detail declaration page.
S202, the RPA robot calculates the post-tax salary data of each staff according to the previous information on the detailed declaration page, summarizes the post-tax salary data on the obvious declaration page through the script component, and automatically fills the input items of the paying base numbers and the rates of the social insurance numbers, the names, the paying months of the staff, the endowment, the unemployment, the medical treatment, the work injury insurance and the fertility insurance of the staff.
S203, the RPA robot identifies a virtual button for checking through key word elements in the detail declaration page, simulates and clicks the virtual button, and enters the next step if the page is identified to prompt that the checking is passed; and if the identification page is not checked, notifying manual processing.
S204, the RPA robot identifies a 'save' virtual button through a keyword element in a detail declaration page, simulates and clicks the virtual button, and enters the next step if the page is identified and prompted successfully; and if the page prompt is not successful, notifying manual processing.
S205, the RPA robot reloads a business page entering the social security network, identifies a 'check' virtual button through a keyword element, simulates and clicks the virtual button, and enters the next step if the identification page prompts that the check is passed; and if the identification page is not checked, notifying manual processing.
S206, the RPA robot identifies the 'save' virtual button through the key element on the social insurance network service page, simulates and clicks the virtual button, identifies the 'yes' virtual button by using the key element in the return result page, and simulates and clicks the virtual button to declare the social insurance.
S30: the flow unit of the RPA robot triggers a flow node to automatically log in the public accumulation online service system, the script component unit automatically opens a browser, inputs the address of the public accumulation online service system, enters a public accumulation online service page of the public accumulation online service system, inputs the pre-configured user account and password information, and automatically logs in the system. The RPA robot declares the accumulated fund of the staff according to a second preset task flow, and the task flow comprises the following steps:
s301, the RPA robot acquires a URL of a change processing menu under remittance management on a business page of the public accumulation fund network, loads the URL and enters a remittance change processing page;
s302: and the step component unit of the RPA robot captures the information of the name, the certificate number, the personal payment base number and the unit payment base number of each employee according to the name, the certificate number, the payment base number, the personal payment base number and the unit payment base number which are used as table header keywords.
S303: comparing the data such as the public accumulation fund base number of the salary data of the staff acquired from the human resource management system with the data such as the public accumulation fund base number of each staff captured in the step S303, and if the comparison results are consistent, entering the next step; and if the two are inconsistent, notifying manual processing.
S304, the RPA robot acquires a collection and payment ordering menu URL under collection management, loads the URL and enters a collection and payment ordering processing page; and the RPA robot identifies a virtual button for declaration confirmation in the page according to the key word elements, and simulates and clicks the virtual button to perform declaration confirmation.
S305: the RPA robot acquires a payment confirmation menu URL under payment management, loads the URL and enters a payment confirmation processing page; the RPA robot matches a 'withholding' button according to the keywords, and simulates and clicks the button to confirm withholding.
S40: the method comprises the steps that a flow unit of an RPA robot triggers a flow node to automatically log in a natural personal tax online service system, a script component unit automatically opens a browser, inputs an address of the natural personal tax online service system, enters a natural personal tax online service page of the natural personal tax online service system, inputs a pre-configured user account and password information, and automatically logs in the system. The RPA robot declares personal income tax of the staff according to a third preset task flow, wherein the task flow comprises the following steps:
s401: and the RPA robot acquires a personnel information acquisition menu URL on a business page on the personal tax network, loads the URL and enters the personnel information acquisition page.
S402, the RPA robot captures personal tax information of each line of staff on the page according to the 'name' and 'license number', identifies a 'submission' virtual button according to key elements, and simulates to click the virtual button to enter the submission page.
S403: the RPA robot identifies 'the completion of the tax report form of the withholding payment', acquires a URL of the tax report form of the withholding payment ', loads the URL and enters a page for the completion of the tax report form of the withholding payment' according to the key word elements.

S50: and triggering a flow node by a flow unit of the RPA robot, and automatically logging in an online banking system where the enterprise is located for the public account. The script component unit acquires system account configuration information such as address, user name and password of the public account online bank of the enterprise and then automatically logs in the online bank system. The RPA robot pushes post-tax payroll data to the online banking system, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s501: the RPA robot acquires a payroll transmission template Excel document, fills the post-tax payroll data and the like with names, card numbers, money and purpose remarks 'payroll' according to rows to generate payroll invention detail files, and counts the total money and the total stroke number.

The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the following steps are implemented:
acquiring personal information and salary data of employees, and calculating according to preset rules to obtain post-tax salary data;
logging in a social insurance online business page by using prestored logging information, and declaring the social insurance of the employee according to a first preset task flow;
logging in a business page on the public accumulation fund network by using the login information, and declaring the public accumulation fund of the employee according to a second preset task flow;
logging in a natural person tax online business page by using the logging information, and declaring personal tax of the staff according to a third preset task flow;
and pushing the post-tax payroll data to a bank payroll generation and sending system so as to facilitate the bank to send the post-tax real payroll to the bank account of the employee.
The invention also provides the computer equipment based on the application concept which is the same as the method and the system for automatically issuing salaries based on the RPA robot. Because the principle of solving the problem by the computer device is similar to the method and the system, the implementation of the computer device can be referred to the implementation of the salary issuing method and the system based on the RPA robot, and repeated details are not repeated.

acquiring personal information and salary data of employees, and calculating according to preset rules to obtain post-tax salary data;
logging in a social insurance online business page by using prestored logging information, and declaring the social insurance of the employee according to a first preset task flow;
logging in a business page on the public accumulation fund network by using the login information, and declaring the public accumulation fund of the employee according to a second preset task flow;
logging in a natural person tax online business page by using the logging information, and declaring personal tax of the staff according to a third preset task flow;
and pushing the post-tax payroll data to a bank payroll generation and sending system so as to facilitate the bank to send the post-tax real payroll to the bank account of the employee.
2. The RPA robot-based salary automatic issuing method according to claim 1, wherein said first preset task flow includes:
identifying and loading a social insurance declaration page entering a business page on a social insurance network;
identifying an input item of a social insurance declaration page, and writing the personal information and salary data correspondingly according to the input item;
identifying the inspection result of the social insurance declaration page, and if the inspection is passed, declaring the social insurance of the employee; if not, the manual processing is informed.
3. The RPA robot-based salary automatic issuing method according to claim 1, wherein said second preset task flow includes:
acquiring and loading a change processing menu URL of a public accumulation fund online service page, and entering a change processing page;
capturing the accumulation fund information of each employee on the change processing page according to a preset condition;
comparing the accumulation fund information with the personal information and salary data of the staff, and entering the next step if the two data are consistent; if not, notifying manual processing;
acquiring and loading a collection and remittance menu URL of a service page on the accumulation fund network, and entering a collection and remittance page to confirm and declare;
and acquiring and loading a payment confirmation menu URL of the service page on the accumulation fund network, and entering a payment confirmation page to confirm to withdraw and deduct money.
4. The RPA robot-based salary automatic issuing method according to claim 1, wherein said third preset task flow comprises:
acquiring and loading a personnel information acquisition menu URL of a natural person tax online service page, and entering a personnel information acquisition page;
capturing personal tax information of each employee on the staff information acquisition page according to preset conditions;
comparing the personal tax information with the personal information and salary data of the staff, and entering a submission page if the personal tax information and the personal information and the salary data of the staff are consistent; if not, notifying manual processing;
identifying and loading a URL (uniform resource locator) of a tax report form filling page for deducting from the submission page, and entering the tax report form filling page for deducting from the payment;
identifying an input item of a social insurance declaration page, and writing the personal information and salary data correspondingly according to the input item;
and identifying and loading the reporting URL of the reporting form in the reporting page, and entering the reporting page of the reporting form to submit the tax declaration.
5. An automatic salary issuing system based on an RPA robot is characterized by comprising the RPA robot and a salary calculation subsystem;
the RPA robot acquires personal information and salary data of the staff and inputs the personal information and the salary data into a salary calculation subsystem, and the salary calculation subsystem calculates according to a preset rule to obtain post-tax salary data;
the RPA robot logs in a social insurance online service page by using prestored login information and declares the social insurance of the staff according to a first preset task flow;
the RPA robot logs in a public accumulation fund online service page by using the login information and declares the public accumulation fund of the staff according to a second preset task flow;
the RPA robot logs in a natural person tax online business page by using the login information and declares personal taxes of the staff according to a third preset task flow;
and the RPA robot pushes the post-tax payroll data to a bank payroll generation and sending system so that a bank can send the post-tax real payroll to a bank account of the employee conveniently.
6. The RPA robot-based salary automatic dispensing system of claim 5 wherein said first predetermined task flow comprises:
the RPA robot identifies and loads a social insurance declaration page entering a business page on a social insurance network;
the RPA robot identifies an input item of a social insurance declaration page, and writes the personal information and salary data correspondingly according to the input item;
the RPA robot identifies the inspection result of the social insurance declaration page, and declares the social insurance of the employee if the inspection is passed; if not, the manual processing is informed.
7. The RPA robot-based salary automatic dispensing system of claim 5 wherein said second predetermined task flow comprises:
the RPA robot acquires and loads a change processing menu URL of a business page on the accumulation fund network, and enters a change processing page;
the RPA robot captures the accumulated fund information of each employee on the change processing page according to preset conditions;
the RPA robot compares the accumulation fund information with the personal information and salary data of the staff, and if the two data are consistent, the next step is carried out; if not, notifying manual processing;
the RPA robot acquires and loads a collection and remittance menu URL of a service page on the accumulation fund network, and enters a collection and remittance page to confirm declaration;
and the RPA robot acquires and loads a payment confirmation menu URL of the service page on the public accumulation fund network, and enters the payment confirmation page to confirm to withdraw and deduct money.
8. The RPA robot-based salary automatic dispensing system of claim 5 wherein said third predetermined task flow comprises:
the RPA robot acquires and loads a personnel information acquisition menu URL of a natural person tax online service page, and enters the personnel information acquisition page;
the RPA robot captures personal tax information of each employee on the staff information acquisition page according to preset conditions;
the RPA robot compares personal tax information with personal information and salary data of the staff, and enters a submission page if the personal tax information and the personal information and the salary data of the staff are consistent; if not, notifying manual processing;
the RPA robot identifies and loads a URL (uniform resource locator) of a tax report filling page obtained by deduction in a submission page, and enters the tax report filling page obtained by deduction;
the RPA robot identifies an input item of a social insurance declaration page, and writes the personal information and salary data correspondingly according to the input item;
and the RPA robot identifies and loads the reporting URL in the reporting page, and enters the reporting page to submit the tax declaration.
9. The RPA robot-based salary automatic dispensing system according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein said RPA robot comprises: a script component unit and a flow unit;
the script component unit is used for performing script configuration on each step and performing data capture on each page;
the flow unit is used for serially connecting all the steps configured by the script component unit into a salary automatic issuing flow.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of:
acquiring personal information and salary data of employees, and calculating according to preset rules to obtain post-tax salary data;
logging in a social insurance online business page by using prestored logging information, and declaring the social insurance of the employee according to a first preset task flow;
