When the self-service access cabinet 17 needs to be maintained, a manager swipes a card on the card reader 175 through a card which can be read by the card reader 175, the card reader 175 obtains authorization information of the current card, pre-stored information is compared with the authorization information, if the pre-stored information is the same as the authorization information, opening information is sent to the industrial personal computer 174, and the industrial personal computer 174 receives the opening information and then completely opens all the intelligent locks 173.
Managers and material-taking personnel can input an opening instruction and a designated instruction through the input keyboard 178, and the industrial personal computer 174 receives the opening instruction and the designated instruction;
the industrial personal computer 174 sends the opening instruction and the designated instruction to the display 177, and the display 177 is used for displaying the opening instruction and the designated instruction, so that a user can conveniently see whether the opening instruction and the designated instruction are correctly input.
The industrial personal computer 174 finds the corresponding intelligent lock 173 according to the specified instruction, and then sends an opening instruction to the corresponding intelligent lock 173;
after receiving the unlocking instruction, the intelligent lock 173 judges whether the unlocking instruction is matched with a preset instruction, and if so, the intelligent lock 173 is unlocked; if not, the smart lock 173 is closed or remains closed;
after the intelligent lock 173 is opened, the manager can store spare parts in the stock shelf 1721 corresponding to the opened intelligent lock 173; alternatively, the retriever removes the spare part of the inventory grid 1721 corresponding to the opened smart lock 173.
When the spare parts are stored or taken out, the camera 176 shoots and sends first shooting contents for storing the spare parts or second shooting contents for taking out the spare parts to the industrial personal computer 174, the industrial personal computer 174 sends the first shooting contents or the second shooting contents to the intelligent warehousing management platform 1, and the intelligent warehousing management platform 1 sends the first shooting contents or the second shooting contents to the SAP inventory management system 2.

The three-dimensional scanning mechanism is used for shooting the spare parts needing to be checked and accepted to form second checking and accepting content and sending the second checking and accepting content to the intelligent warehousing management platform 1. The mobile terminal 12 and the WEB client 11 are further configured to retrieve the second acceptance content and display the second acceptance content on the acceptance display interface. The convenience of acceptance of the user is improved through the camera shooting mechanism and the three-dimensional scanning mechanism.

When the spare parts are put in storage, a user can weigh the weight of the spare parts through the weighing platform and send the storage weight information corresponding to the spare parts to the intelligent storage management platform 1; when the user needs to inquire the weight of the spare part in the warehouse, the warehouse-in weight information corresponding to the spare part can be called through the warehouse-in operation interface of the mobile terminal 12 or/and the WEB client 11, and the warehouse-in weight information corresponding to the called spare part is displayed on the warehouse-in information display interface.
When the spare parts are taken out of the warehouse, a user can weigh the weight of the spare parts through the weighing platform and send the weight information of the spare parts taken out of the warehouse corresponding to the weight information to the intelligent warehouse management platform 1; when the user needs to query the weight of the spare part during the warehouse-out process, the warehouse-out weight information corresponding to the spare part can be called through the warehouse-out operation interface of the mobile terminal 12 or/and the WEB client 11, and the warehouse-out weight information corresponding to the called spare part is displayed on the warehouse-out information interface.
The maintenance quality of a spare part can be referred to by the weight of the spare part when the spare part is put in storage and the weight of the spare part when the spare part is taken out of storage. When the spare parts are delivered from the warehouse, a user can call corresponding warehousing weight information and corresponding delivery weight information of the spare parts through the mobile terminal 12 or/and the WEB client 11, the mobile terminal 12 or/and the WEB client 11 calculate corresponding weight change information according to the corresponding warehousing weight information and the corresponding delivery weight information of the spare parts, and the mobile terminal 12 or/and the WEB client 11 display the weight change information on a maintenance information display interface.
Further, referring to fig. 5, as a specific embodiment of the intelligent warehousing system of the nuclear power station provided by the present invention, the query and index statistics module 06 is configured to invoke the data of the acceptance module 01, the data of the material sending module 02, the data of the maintenance module 03, the data of the inventory module 04, and the data of the zero inventory module 05; and is used for forming statistical data according to the data of the acceptance module 01, the data of the material sending module 02, the data of the maintenance module 03, the data of the inventory module 04 and the data of the zero inventory module 05; and used to transmit statistical data.
The data of the acceptance module 01 is set as warehousing information and is used for executing corresponding acceptance instructions or warehousing instructions of the spare parts and generating and sending the warehousing information;
the data of the material sending module 02 is set as warehouse-out information and is used for executing the corresponding warehouse-out instruction generation and sending warehouse-out information of each spare part;
the maintenance module 03, the data of the maintenance module 03 is set as three-dimensional information, and the maintenance module 03 is used for receiving and sending the three-dimensional information;
the checking module 04 is used for checking the data real-time quantity data of the module 04 and forming and sending the real-time quantity data according to the code scanning information or/and the RFID information;
the zero stock module 05 sets the data of the zero stock module 05 as order data, and is used for receiving the purchase data, the use data and the delivery data of the SAP stock management system 2 corresponding to each part, and forming the order data of each part according to the purchase data, the use data and the delivery data of the SAP stock management system 2 corresponding to each part, so as to form the optimal strategy data of the stock cost of the corresponding warehouse 3.
Specifically, the mobile terminal 12 includes a mobile memory, a mobile processor, and a first computer program stored in the mobile memory and executable on the mobile processor, the mobile processor implementing a mobile display operation interface when executing the first computer program.
The WEB client 11 includes a WEB storage, a WEB processor, and a second computer program stored in the WEB storage and executable on the WEB processor, and the WEB processor implements a mobile WEB display operation interface when executing the second computer program.

the intelligent warehousing management platform is in communication connection with the SAP inventory management system;
the label printer, the mobile terminal, the code scanner, the three-dimensional scanner and the RFID sensor are all in communication connection with the intelligent warehousing management platform;
the label printer is used for printing bar codes, the bar codes correspond to a plurality of spare parts of the warehouse one by one, and the bar codes are fixed on the corresponding spare parts;
the bar code scanner is used for scanning the bar codes to acquire code scanning information corresponding to the bar codes and sending all the code scanning information to the intelligent warehousing management platform;
the three-dimensional scanner is used for three-dimensionally scanning each spare part to acquire three-dimensional information corresponding to each spare part and sending all the three-dimensional information to the intelligent warehousing management platform;
the RFID sensor is used for sensing the RFID label of each spare part so as to read the RFID information corresponding to each spare part and send all the RFID information to the intelligent warehousing management platform;
and the mobile terminal is used for providing a corresponding mobile display operation interface of each spare part.
2. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 1, further comprising a WEB client;
and the WEB client is in communication connection with the intelligent warehousing management platform and is used for providing a corresponding WEB display operation interface of each spare part.
3. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 2, further comprising a camera;
the camera device is in communication connection with the intelligent warehousing management platform and is used for shooting and recording pictures of the spare parts.
4. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 3, wherein the camera is disposed on the mobile terminal.
5. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 1, further comprising a self-service access cabinet;
the self-service access cabinet is in communication connection with the intelligent warehousing management platform and used for placing the spare parts.
6. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 5, wherein the self-service access cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a stock grid, an intelligent lock, an industrial personal computer, a card reader, a camera, a display, and an input keyboard:
the stock grid is arranged on the cabinet body and comprises a plurality of stock grids and door bodies corresponding to the stock grids one to one;
the door bodies are arranged on the corresponding storage grids and used for opening or closing the corresponding storage grids; the intelligent locks correspond to the cabinet bodies one by one and are arranged on the corresponding cabinet bodies; or the intelligent locks correspond to the door bodies one to one and are arranged on the corresponding door bodies;
the industrial personal computer, the card reader, the camera, the display and the input keyboard are arranged on the cabinet body;
each intelligent lock, the industrial personal computer, the card reader, the camera, the display and the input keyboard are electrically connected with the industrial personal computer, and the industrial personal computer is electrically connected with the intelligent warehousing management platform.
7. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 1, further comprising a remote acceptance platform;
and the remote acceptance platform is in communication connection with the intelligent warehousing management platform.
8. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 7, wherein the remote acceptance platform comprises at least one of a camera mechanism and a three-dimensional scanning mechanism.
9. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 1, further comprising a weighing platform;
the weighing platform is in communication connection with the intelligent warehousing management platform and is used for weighing each spare part to obtain weight information of each spare part and sending the weight information to the intelligent warehousing management platform.
10. The nuclear power plant intelligent warehousing system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent warehousing management platform comprises an acceptance module, a material sending module, a maintenance module, an inventory module, a zero inventory module, and a query and index statistics module;
the query and index statistical module is used for calling the data of the acceptance module, the data of the sending module, the data of the maintenance module, the data of the inventory module and the data of the zero inventory module; the data of the acceptance module, the data of the material sending module, the data of the maintenance module, the data of the inventory module and the data of the zero inventory module are displayed; and the statistical analysis module is used for carrying out statistics according to the data of the acceptance module, the data of the material sending module, the data of the maintenance module, the data of the inventory module and the data of the zero inventory module.
