when a second meter with the energy consumption value of 0 exists in the energy consumption calculation formula, outputting the energy consumption value of the second meter as the set value, and outputting a second evaluation value; the second evaluation value is a product of the second set score and the second table count;
when a third meter timing with mathematical operation errors exists in the energy consumption calculation formula, outputting a mathematical operation result of the third meter as the set value, and outputting a third evaluation value; the third evaluation value is the product of the third set score and the total number of the tables in the energy consumption calculation formula;
and calculating the confidence coefficient of the energy consumption calculation formula according to the first evaluation value, the second evaluation value, the third evaluation value and the total number of the tables, and judging the quality evaluation result of the energy consumption calculation formula according to the confidence coefficient.
