Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of protection.
At present, when an old-age user transacts old-age certificates, the old-age user needs to carry various certificates such as an identity card, a household notebook, an old-age certificate and the like to a transaction mechanism site, and the transaction mechanism also needs to arrange a worker to audit the certificates so as to determine whether the user has the transaction qualification. The old voucher can be a transportation old card, a park entrance ticket old card, a shopping old preferential card and the like, and a user can use the transportation old card to take a vehicle, use the park entrance ticket old card to enjoy preferential entrance ticket prices and the like.
The specific auditing process is complex, and workers often need to compare the certificate information one by one, for example, whether the audited certificate belongs to the user, whether the user holds the old certificate, whether the certificate is forged, whether the age of the user meets the requirements, and the like. After the staff passes the audit, the corresponding old age voucher is issued to the user.
Taking the old transportation card as an example, the staff needs to verify whether the user holds the old-age card, whether the identity card, the account book and the old-age card belong to the user himself, and whether the user belongs to a local resident. After the audit is passed, the staff can issue the old transportation card. After one of the audits fails, the staff does not issue the old transportation card.
However, such a way of conducting auditing on site is inconvenient for the elderly users. On one hand, the old voucher auditing rule is complex, the old user cannot remember all the certificates clearly, and once one of the audits fails, for example, the old user forgets to carry the old certificate or the identity card is overdue, the old user needs to go to the site again for handling, so that great inconvenience is caused; on the other hand, the old user usually needs to carry many important certificates, such as identity cards, account books and geriatric certificates, when handling the certificate on site, the old user may lose the important certificate due to carelessness or negligence in the way of handling the certificate on site, which causes great inconvenience.
In addition, for the handling organization, the manual auditing handling mode on site is not only inefficient, but also requires input of labor cost.
In order to facilitate the operation of the old user, the handling efficiency is improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the problem can be solved by adopting an on-line voucher handling mode theoretically.
However, in practical applications, the auditing work for the certificate of the old age is complicated, for example, it is difficult to judge whether the user holds the certificate of the old age, judge whether the user identity card is overdue, and the like through the information data filled by the user; meanwhile, practical situations such as poor operation level and understanding and expression ability of the old user are also considered, for example, the old user cannot use the electronic device to perform online handling, the old user cannot perform online handling due to the fact that the old user cannot see the screen clearly, and the like. Therefore, no practical solution exists for the certificate handling of the old users at present.
In view of this, the present specification provides embodiments of a credential issuing method based on a network. The certificate issuing rule may include: and if the old-age card, the identity card and the account book used for auditing belong to the user and the user lives in the certificate effective area, issuing the certificate to the user.
Because the issuing rule needs to audit the geriatric card, the identity card and the account book, and the residence of the user is also recorded in the geriatric card, the identity card and the account book, the client can be used for sending images of the geriatric card, the identity card and the account book to the server based on a network, the server performs image recognition according to the images, specifically, text recognition or object recognition and the like, and judges whether the user accords with the issuing rule of the certificate or not according to the recognition result.
Taking the example of the old people transacting the park old card, the certificate valid area corresponding to the park old card can be the city of the park, for example, the city A and the city B.
The old user can use the client to upload images of the old card, the identity card and the account book to the server. After the server side determines that the old-age cards, the identity cards and the household books exist in the images through object recognition, the server side respectively acquires the identity card numbers of the old-age cards, the identity cards and the household books and the residence information of the old-age cards and the household books through text recognition. Because the residence information of the residence is often the same as that of the identity card, the residence information of the identity card may not be acquired in order to simplify the auditing process.
After the server determines that the identity card numbers in the three certificates are the same (namely, it is determined that the old-age certificate, the identity card and the account book for auditing belong to the old-age user), and the residence information of the account book and the old-age certificate all contain the district A, the city B (namely, it is determined that the old-age user lives in the district A, the city B), the park old-age card can be issued to the old-age user.
In practical applications, the auditing process in the above method embodiment may be simplified because the network may be used for auditing. For example, for a user who passes real-name authentication, the server locally stores an identity card image or identity card information of the user, so that the user can only upload an old-age card image and a user-account image when uploading the image, and the server can judge whether the user meets the rule issued by the certificate or not based on the local identity card image or the identity card information.
According to the above example, the operation of the old user can be simplified as much as possible while the complex audit condition judgment logic is realized, so that the certificate can be issued only by uploading the related certificate image of the old user on the client, and the practical use of the old user is facilitated.
The following explains embodiments of the credential issuing method provided in this specification in detail with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a credential issuing method based on a network according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method is applied to the server side in a system comprising the server side and the client side.
The method may comprise the steps of:
s101: and the server receives the certificate transaction request submitted by the client.
The credential transaction request may include: user identification of the certificate applicant and applied certificate valid area information. The certificate applicant can be the old user who applies for the certificate, and the certificate valid area can be the area which can use the certificate.
The user identifier may be a unique identifier used by the server to distinguish users, and each user uniquely corresponds to one user identifier. The specific user identification may be a user name, a user account, etc.
S102: and acquiring a household notebook image and an aged license image uploaded by the client aiming at the certificate handling request.
When the client acquires the household notebook image and the geriatric certificate image, any one of the following modes can be adopted:
firstly, a client side shoots a certificate by adopting a camera device;
second, the client scans the certificate.
The scanning mode has the advantage that the influence on the subsequent auditing process due to serious image distortion caused by inconvenient operation of the old user, such as shaking hands or no focusing during shooting, can be prevented.
No matter which method is adopted by the client to obtain the images of the household notebook and the aged license, a plurality of images can be obtained firstly, and the image with the highest definition is determined to be uploaded to the server side in the obtained images based on the algorithm for calculating the definition of the images.
Of course, when the client uploads the images to the server, a plurality of images can be uploaded, so that the success rate and the accuracy rate of image recognition in the subsequent processing process of the server are improved.
S103: real-name identity information of the credential applicant is obtained.
The real-name identity information may be information uniquely identifying the user identity, and may specifically be an identity card number.
In the case that the credential applicant has passed the real-name authentication, the manner of acquiring the real-name identity information of the credential applicant may be: and the server searches the corresponding real-name identity information in the corresponding relation between the user identification prestored in the server and the real-name identity information according to the user identification of the certificate applicant in the certificate handling request.
However, when the credential applicant does not pass the real-name authentication, the real-name identity information of the credential applicant may be acquired in the following manner: the server side obtains an identity card image uploaded by the client side aiming at the certificate transacting request, performs text recognition on the identity card image, and obtains an identity card number as real-name identity information of the certificate applicant.
It is to be noted that S102 and S103 do not limit the execution order, and may be executed in parallel.
S104: and performing text recognition on the household notebook image to obtain household notebook identity information and household notebook residence information.
The identity information of the account number is the information which uniquely identifies the user identity on the account number, and specifically can be an identity card number on the account number; the household residence information is information used for representing a residence of a user on the household, and specifically may be a residence or a home address of the household recorded on the household.
S105: and performing text recognition on the image of the old-age card to obtain the identity information of the old-age card and the residence information of the old-age card.
The old-age card identity information is information which uniquely identifies the user identity on the old-age card, and specifically can be an identity card number on the old-age card or an old-age card label; the information of the residence place of the old age card is information on the old age card for indicating the residence place of the user, and may be a home address recorded on the old age card.
It should be noted that the execution order between S104 and S105 is not limited, and the execution may be performed in parallel. Of course, both S104 and S105 are executed after S102.
Further, in S103 to S105, there are text recognition steps for the certificate image.
For the text recognition of any certificate image (identity card image, house picture or geriatric card image), if the text recognition is successful, the following steps can be continuously executed; if the text recognition fails, the server side can issue a request for re-uploading the certificate image to the client side.
Further, the object recognition may be performed on the certificate image prior to the text recognition. If the corresponding certificate exists in the image, the subsequent steps are continuously executed; if the object identification fails, the server side can issue a request for re-uploading the certificate image to the client side.
S106: and judging whether the household identity information and the geriatric card identity information are successfully matched with the real-name identity information or not, and whether the household residence information and the geriatric card residence information are successfully matched with the certificate effective area information or not.
S106 may be executed after all of S101 to S105 are executed, and the server may determine as follows:
and executing S107 if the household identity information and the geriatric card identity information are successfully matched with the real-name identity information and the household residence information and the geriatric card residence information are successfully matched with the effective certificate area information.
The account information of the account is successfully matched with the real-name identity information, and specifically, the account information of the account is the same as the real-name identity information.
The old-age card identity information and the real-name identity information are successfully matched, specifically, the old-age card identity information and the real-name identity information are the same, and when the old-age card identity information is an old-age card label, the identity information corresponding to the old-age card identity information is the same as the real-name identity information.
For example, when the identification information of the old-age card is an old-age card label and the identification information of the real name is an identity card number, the server searches the corresponding identity card number in the corresponding relationship between the old-age card label and the identity card number stored in other organizations according to the old-age card label. And if the searched identity card number is the same as the real-name identity information, the identity information of the old-age card is successfully matched with the real-name identity information.
The information of the residence and the information of the residence of the household are matched with the effective region information of the voucher successfully, and specifically, the information of the residence and the information of the residence of the household can contain the effective region information of the voucher, and the information of the residence of the household can be the same as the effective region information of the voucher.
As an example, when the certificate is embodied as a transit age card, the certificate valid area may be a city, and thus, if the city is included in both the resident information of the resident and the old certificate resident information, both matching succeeds.
As another example, when the voucher is a district entrance certificate, since one entrance certificate corresponds to a specific address, the voucher valid area can be a district unit and a room in a street in a district of a city, and therefore, if the resident information of the household and the resident information of the geriatric certificate are the same as the voucher valid area, the matching is successful.
In addition, the condition of successful matching can include that the information of the resident place of the household and the information of the resident place of the geriatric certificate contain the effective region information of the certificate, and the information of the resident place of the household and the information of the resident place of the geriatric certificate are the same.
Because the information of the residence of the user is often the same as the information of the residence of the identity card, in order to simplify the auditing process, whether the information of the residence of the identity card is successfully matched with the information of the effective area of the certificate or not can not be checked.
Of course, if the matching of the identity information of the household notebook or the residence information of the household notebook fails, the server side issues a request for re-uploading the image of the household notebook to the client side.
And if the matching of the identity information of the old-age card or the information of the residence place of the old-age card fails, the server side issues a request for uploading the image of the old-age card again to the client side.
S107: and issuing the certificate to the certificate applicant based on the user identification of the certificate applicant.
The voucher can be an entity voucher and is issued to the voucher applicant by means of mailing and the like.
The voucher can also be a virtual voucher and is issued to the user corresponding to the voucher applicant through the network, so that the manufacturing cost of the voucher is further saved.
It is noted that the client in the above method embodiment may be a client of the credential applicant itself, that is, the client of the credential applicant is used to submit a credential transaction request.
The above method embodiments are further explained below in two aspects, a sponsor client and a liveness authentication, respectively.
1) In the above method embodiment, the client may be a client of the credential applicant, or may be a client of a sponsor, that is, the sponsor assists the credential applicant to submit a credential transaction request. The credential handling request may specifically be a credential handling request submitted from a client of a sponsor, and the credential handling request may further include a user identifier of the sponsor.
Of course, the agent may be a user having a right to apply the voucher for the voucher applicant, and the old user may perform only an authorization operation, so that the server can allow the agent to apply for the voucher.
In the subsequent auditing step, whether the sponsor has the authority of sponsoring the certificate for the certificate applicant can be additionally judged. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
when the old user performs the authorization operation, another authorized user can act as the old user to handle the certificate, the user is the agent, the server can record the user identification of the old user (namely the user identification of the certificate applicant) and the user identification of the agent, and an authorization corresponding relation is constructed.
In the auditing process, the server can inquire whether a group of corresponding relation containing the two user identifications exists in the pre-stored authorization corresponding relation through the user identification of the agent and the user identification of the certificate applicant contained in the certificate transacting request. If so, the sponsor has the authority to sponsor the credential for the credential applicant, and the following steps can be performed; otherwise, the agent does not have the authority to act on the voucher for the voucher applicant, and the subsequent steps cannot be executed.
The step of determining whether the agent has the authority may be performed before S106.
The operation of the old user can be simplified (only authorization operation is needed) under the conditions that the certificate applicant is inconvenient or the certificate applicant cannot perform certificate handling operation and the like by using a sponsor for handling instead, so that the certificate applicant can conveniently perform certificate application.
2) Furthermore, after obtaining the real-name identity information of the credential applicant at S103, the above method embodiment may also perform living body authentication, for example:
acquiring a face image uploaded according to the certificate handling request, and judging whether the acquired face image is successfully matched with the real face image; wherein the real facial image is obtained based on the real-name identity information of the credential applicant. The step of performing living body authentication may be performed before S106.
When the face image is obtained, the client may obtain the face image of the credential applicant in real time, and the specific obtaining manner may be scanning obtaining or shooting obtaining.
Specifically, in the determination, the server may send the face image acquired in real time and the real-name identity information to the verification mechanism. The verification mechanism, such as a public security department, stores the corresponding relationship between the facial image and the identity information, and can search the facial image corresponding to the real-name identity information, so that the searched facial image is compared with the facial image acquired in real time, and whether the two facial images belong to the same person or not is judged. If the matching is successful, the subsequent steps can be executed; if the facial images do not belong to the same person, the server side can issue a request for re-uploading the facial images to the client side.
Through the living body authentication process, whether the certificate applicant lives can be judged, and therefore the certificate is prevented from being transacted maliciously. For example, the certificate is transacted using a certificate left by the certificate applicant that has gone. It is to be understood that the present embodiment is not limited to the form of the living body authentication, as long as it can determine whether or not the credential applicant is alive.
In the embodiment of the method, by utilizing the image identification technology, the service end can identify and judge the geriatric certificate image and the account number image uploaded by the client, further judge the certificate issuing condition according to the identification result and judge whether to issue the certificate to the certificate applicant. Based on the network, the operation of the user can be simplified, the use of the old user is convenient, on one hand, the old user can be prevented from going out with important certificates, on-line handling can be restarted after the old user fails to fill in the certificate, and the old user is prevented from going to the site again for handling; on the other hand, the handling efficiency can be improved and the labor cost can be reduced by using a computer.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the method, a method for handling the certificate by the agent is provided, so that the operation of the old user is further facilitated, the auditing process is simplified as much as possible, the redundant part of repeated auditing is removed, the actual condition of the old user is further adapted, and the old user can conveniently perform the certificate handling process based on the network.
In addition to the above method embodiment applied to the server, the present specification also provides another method embodiment applied to the client.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another network-based credential issuing method provided in this specification. The method is applied to the client in the system comprising the server and the client.
Wherein the client may be a client of a sponsor, or a client of a credential applicant.
The method may comprise the steps of:
s201: and sending a certificate transaction request to the server.
The credential transaction request may include: user identification of the certificate applicant and applied certificate valid area information.
S202: and uploading the user password image and the geriatric certificate image to the server side aiming at the certificate handling request so as to enable the server side to execute the auditing and issuing steps.
The auditing and issuing steps may specifically include:
the server side obtains real-name identity information of the certificate applicant;
the server performs text recognition on the household notebook image to obtain household notebook identity information and household notebook residence information; performing text recognition on the image of the old age card to obtain the identity information of the old age card and the residence information of the old age card;
and if the identity information of the household and the identity information of the geriatric card are successfully matched with the real-name identity information and the information of the residence of the household and the information of the residence of the geriatric card are successfully matched with the effective area information of the certificate, the server side issues the certificate to the certificate applicant based on the user identification of the certificate applicant.
For a detailed explanation of this method embodiment reference is made to the above method embodiment.
For further convenience of understanding, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a network-based credential issuing method provided in an embodiment of the present specification. It should be noted that the method principle is only an example and does not limit the scope of the disclosure of the present specification.
In a system comprising a client and a server:
