In the method for calibrating the online dew point instrument, the online dew point instrument comprises a display instrument and a sensor, wherein the display instrument cannot be disassembled, the sensor can be disassembled, the online dew point instrument is firstly connected with a current signal source, the current signal source outputs different currents by considering the reached first standard dew point temperature, after the current signal source outputs the current, the display instrument of the online dew point instrument displays a first actual dew point temperature, then a first indication error and a first repeated detection result of the online dew point instrument are obtained according to the first standard dew point temperature and the first actual dew point temperature, and the sensor can be disassembled, so that the sensor is independently calibrated, the sensor is connected with another set of display instrument which is calibrated offline, then the connected sensor is placed in a temperature and humidity calibration box, and simultaneously, a probe of the standard dew point instrument is also placed in the temperature and humidity calibration box, the temperature point with the humiture calibration case can set up to line dew point meter normality temperature point, generally selects a plurality of points between 15 ~ 30 ℃ as the temperature point, sets for the calibration humidity point and is relative humidity: 20%, 40%, 60% and 80%, when the temperature and humidity calibration box is at each temperature point, obtaining a corresponding reading of a display instrument connected with the sensor, namely a second dew point temperature, and correspondingly reading a second standard dew point temperature of a standard dew point instrument, so as to obtain a second indication error and a second repeatability detection result of the sensor according to the second standard dew point temperature and the second dew point temperature, and finally calibrating the online dew point instrument according to the first indication error, the first repeatability detection result, the second indication error and the second repeatability detection result. The method for calibrating the online dew point instrument can provide a basis for the calibration of the fixedly installed online dew point instrument, and the display instrument in the online dew point instrument does not need to be disassembled in the calibration process, so that manpower and material resources are saved, and the calibration of the fixedly installed online dew point instrument is greatly facilitated.

1. A method of calibrating an online dew point meter, comprising:
connecting an online dew point meter with a current signal source;
obtaining a first indication error and a first repeatability detection result of the online dew point instrument according to a first standard dew point temperature corresponding to the output current of the current signal source and a first actual dew point temperature of the online dew point instrument display instrument;
connecting a sensor of an online dew point instrument with an unmounted calibrated display instrument, placing the online dew point instrument into a temperature and humidity calibration box, and simultaneously placing a probe of a standard dew point instrument into the temperature and humidity calibration box;
acquiring second standard dew point temperatures of the standard dew point instruments and second dew point temperatures of the calibrated display instruments at a plurality of temperature points, and acquiring a second indication error and a second repeatability detection result of the sensor according to the second standard dew point temperatures and the second dew point temperatures;
calibrating the online dew point instrument according to the first indicating value error, the first repeatability detection result, the second indicating value error and the second repeatability detection result;
wherein, online dew point meter includes display instrument and sensor.

The method for calibrating an on-line dew point instrument according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining a first indication error and a first repeated detection result of the on-line dew point instrument according to a first standard dew point temperature corresponding to the output current of the current signal source and a first actual dew point temperature of the on-line dew point instrument display instrument comprises:
according to the plurality of first standard dew point temperatures, the current signal source outputs corresponding current corresponding to each first standard dew point temperature;
obtaining a plurality of first actual dew point temperatures of the display instrument according to a plurality of currents output by the current signal source;
obtaining a first indicating value error of the online dew point instrument according to the plurality of first actual dew point temperatures and the plurality of first standard dew point temperatures;
and carrying out repeated detection on the display instrument of the online dew point instrument to obtain a first repeated detection result.

The method for calibrating an online dew point meter as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of obtaining a first indication error of a display instrument of the online dew point meter according to the plurality of first actual dew point temperatures and the plurality of first standard dew point temperatures comprises:
obtaining a first current indication error according to the difference between each first actual dew point temperature and the corresponding first standard dew point temperature;
and selecting the largest of the plurality of first current indicating value errors as the first indicating value error.
4. The method for calibrating an online dew point meter according to claim 2, wherein the repeatedly detecting the display instrument of the online dew point meter to obtain a first repeatedly detecting result comprises:
selecting any one of the first standard dew point temperatures;
according to the first standard dew point temperature, the current signal source repeatedly outputs the corresponding current for n times;
outputting n times of repeatedly output current according to the current signal source, and acquiring n first actual dew point temperatures by the display instrument;
and obtaining a repeated detection result according to the n first actual dew point temperatures and the plurality of first standard dew point temperatures.
5. The method for calibrating an online dew point meter as claimed in claim 4, wherein said obtaining a plurality of repeated measurements based on said n first actual dew point temperatures and said plurality of first standard dew point temperatures comprises:
obtaining an average value of the first actual dew point temperatures according to the n first actual dew point temperatures;
obtaining a first repeated detection result S according to the average value of the plurality of first standard dew point temperatures and the first actual dew point temperaturen1

acquiring the second actual dew point temperature of the display instrument at each temperature point and a second standard dew point temperature of the standard dew point instrument after calibration according to the plurality of temperature points of the temperature and humidity calibration box;
obtaining a second indication error of the sensor according to the plurality of second standard dew point temperatures and the plurality of second actual dew point temperatures;
and carrying out repeatability detection on the sensor of the online dew point meter to obtain a second repeatability detection result.
7. The method of calibrating an on-line dew point meter of claim 6, wherein said deriving a second indication error of said sensor from said plurality of second standard dew point temperatures and said plurality of second actual dew point temperatures comprises:
obtaining a corresponding second current indicating value error according to each second actual dew point temperature, the second standard dew point temperature and a first current indicating value error corresponding to the display instrument;
selecting the largest of the plurality of second current indicating value errors as the second indicating value error;

selecting any one of the temperature points;
obtaining the second dew point temperature value at the temperature point for a plurality of times;
and obtaining a second repeatability detection result according to the plurality of second dew point temperature values.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein obtaining a second repeatable test result from the plurality of second dew point temperature values comprises:
obtaining an average value of the second dew point temperature values according to the plurality of second dew point temperature values;
