Background
The selection of the material of the sealing ring has important significance on the sealing performance and the service life of the sealing ring. The performance of the material directly affects the use performance of the sealing ring.
The sealing washer is in production back, needs to detect the size of sealing washer, prevents that the sealing washer size is too big or the undersize, and current check out test set is when detecting the sealing washer, can only detect the sealing washer of a model usually, and places qualified and unqualified classification to the sealing washer size and needs the manual work to operate, consumes the manpower or operates simultaneously through many sets of systems, and is costly.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a device for checking the size of a sealing ring with a rejecting function to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sealing ring size rechecking device with a rejecting function, which solves the problems that the existing sealing ring size is qualified, the existing sealing ring size is unqualified, and the classified placement consumes manpower or has high cost.

a work table;

the opposite side symmetry fixed mounting at workstation top has first pneumatic cylinder and second pneumatic cylinder, the one end of first pneumatic cylinder and second pneumatic cylinder output shaft is the first piece and the second that promotes of fixedly connected with respectively promotes the piece, the both ends of traction control device respectively through first haulage rope and second haulage rope with first piece and the second that promotes the piece transmission and is connected.
Preferably, the traction adjusting assembly comprises a positioning rod, the positioning rod is fixed between two sides of the inner wall of the mounting frame, a first slider and a second slider are respectively sleeved on two sides of the surface of the positioning rod, a U-shaped fixing block is fixedly connected to the top of the first slider and the top of the second slider, and a connecting rod is rotatably connected to the top of the U-shaped fixing block.

Preferably, one end of the first pull rope is fixedly connected with the bottom of one side, away from the first sliding block, of the second sliding block through a second fixed pulley, one end of the second pull rope is fixedly connected with the top of one side, away from the second sliding block, of the first sliding block through a U-shaped fixed block and a first fixed pulley in sequence, and a first elastic piece is sleeved on one side, away from the first sliding block, of the first sliding block and on the surface, located on the positioning rod, of the second sliding block.
The first elastic piece can provide elastic pushing force, and the first sliding block and the second sliding block can be restored to the original position when being released after being pulled to compress the first elastic piece.
Preferably, a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel are respectively arranged on two sides of the mounting frame, one end of the first traction rope is fixedly connected with the other side of the bottom of the first sliding block through the first guide wheel, and one point of the second traction rope is fixedly connected with the other side of the top of the second sliding block through the second guide wheel.

the invention provides a sealing ring size rechecking device with a rejecting function, which can adjust the distance between two arc-shaped detection blocks and correspondingly replace the arc-shaped detection blocks according to the model size of a detection sealing ring by arranging a detection adjusting device, can detect sealing rings of different models, and is simple and convenient to operate;
the hydraulic cylinder used for pushing the sealing ring through the matching of the traction adjusting assembly can enable the hydraulic cylinder to move the arc detection block into the mounting frame when the hydraulic cylinder is pushed, qualified sealing rings and unqualified sealing rings are conveniently pushed into the collecting assembly to be collected, the classification collection is convenient, unqualified sealing rings are removed, and two system operations are driven through one set of driving device, so that the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized, and the cost is reduced.

A first pull rope 36 is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom of the first sliding block 32, a second pull rope 37 is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the second sliding block 33, and a first fixed pulley 38 and a second fixed pulley 39 are fixedly connected to two sides of the inner wall of the mounting frame 2 and are respectively located on the upper side and the lower side of the positioning rod 31.
The bottom of the first slide block 32 and the top of the second slide block 33 are both fixed with a connecting block, and the connecting ring arranged on the connecting block is respectively fixedly connected with a first pull rope 36 and a second pull rope 37.
One end of the first pulling rope 36 is fixedly connected with the bottom of one side, away from the first sliding block 32, of the second sliding block 33 through a second fixed pulley 39, one end of the second pulling rope 37 is fixedly connected with the top of one side, away from the second sliding block 33, of the first sliding block 32 through a U-shaped fixed block 34 and a first fixed pulley 38 in sequence, and the surfaces, away from each other, of the first sliding block 32 and the second sliding block 33 and located on the positioning rod 31 are all sleeved with a first elastic element 310.
The two ends of the first elastic member 310 located on the left side are fixed between the first sliding block 32 and one side of the inner wall of the mounting frame 2, and the two ends of the first elastic member 310 located on the right side are fixed on the other side of the inner wall of the mounting frame 2 and fixedly connected with the second sliding block 33.
The two sides of the mounting frame 2 are respectively provided with a first guide wheel 9 and a second guide wheel 10, one end of the first traction rope 7 is fixedly connected with the other side of the bottom of the first sliding block 32 through the first guide wheel 9, and one point of the second traction rope 8 is fixedly connected with the other side of the top of the second sliding block 33 through the second guide wheel 10.
First leading wheel 9 is provided with two, and the through-hole has all been seted up to the both sides at mounting bracket 2 top, and two and haulage rope extend to mounting bracket 2's upside through the through-hole respectively, with promote a fixed connection, and the upside between the both sides of through-hole inner wall is provided with the running roller, reduces the friction of haulage rope.
The detection and adjustment device 4 comprises a mounting box 41, the top ends of the two connecting rods 35 are respectively rotatably connected with two sides of the bottom of the mounting box 41, a sliding rod 42 is fixedly connected between two sides of the inner wall of the mounting box 41, mounting blocks 48 are respectively slidably connected with two sides of the surface of the sliding rod 42, moving blocks 45 are slidably connected between two sides of the inner wall of the mounting blocks 48, and the bottoms of the moving blocks 45 are fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the mounting blocks 48 through second elastic pieces 49.
The front side and the rear side of the mounting block 48 are both provided with cavity structures, and the sealing covers are fixed in position through screws.
The top of the moving block 45 is fixedly connected with a fixing rod 46, the top end of the fixing rod 46 penetrates through the mounting block 48 and extends to the outside of the mounting block 48, the top of the mounting box 41 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 43, the top end of the fixing rod 46 extends to the outside of the mounting box 41 through the strip-shaped groove 43, the two sides of the inner surface of the strip-shaped groove 43 are provided with limiting grooves 44, the two sides of the fixing rod 46 are fixedly connected with limiting blocks 47, and when the second elastic piece 49 normally extends, the limiting blocks 47 are located inside the limiting grooves 44.
The limiting groove 44 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of groups according to the types of the sealing rings, the limiting groove is adapted to the sealing rings of different types, and the elastic coefficient of the second elastic member 49 is far smaller than that of the first elastic member 310.
The arc-shaped detection block 5 is fixedly mounted at the top end of the fixing rod 46 through a screw.
The top end of the fixing rod 46 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the screw, the top of the screw is provided with a driving handle, one side of the arc detection block 5 is provided with a fixing part, and the fixing block is provided with a fixing hole.
The collection assembly 6 comprises a placement cavity 61, the placement cavity 61 is arranged on the mounting frame 2, and a placement barrel 62 is arranged inside the placement cavity 61.
The placing cavity 61 is provided with a taking groove 63 on one side of the inner surface, the placing cylinder 62 is fixedly connected with a handle 64 on the upper side of the surface, and the handle 64 is positioned in the taking groove 63.
The placing cylinder 62 is placed inside the placing cavity 61, and the placing cylinder 62 can place the sealing ring with the largest model.
The front side and the rear side of the inner wall of the mounting frame 2 are both provided with slide rails, the front side and the rear side of the mounting box 41 are provided with slide grooves which are in sliding connection with the slide rails, the top of the mounting frame 2 is provided with an operation cavity, the fixed rod 46 extends to the outside of the mounting frame 2 through the operation cavity, the width of the operation cavity is matched with the width of the arc-shaped detection block 5, and the length of the operation cavity is adapted to the space size required by the arc-shaped detection block 5 when the maximum sealing ring and the minimum sealing ring are detected in;
the first hydraulic cylinder 11 and the second hydraulic cylinder 12 are respectively corresponding to the two placing cylinders on the same straight line.
The working principle of the sealing ring size rechecking device with the rejecting function provided by the invention is as follows:
firstly, determining the size of a sealing ring to be detected, and fixedly mounting an arc-shaped detection block 5 with the size corresponding to the size on the top of a fixed rod 46 through a screw;
then, according to the distance between the two fixing rods 46, during adjustment, by pressing the fixing rods 46, the fixing rods 46 push the moving block 45 to compress the second elastic piece 49, so that the limiting block 47 moves downwards to the inside of the mounting box 41, the limiting block 47 moves out of the limiting groove 44, then the fixing rods 46 can be moved, the mounting block 48 is driven to move along the sliding rod 42, when the corresponding position is moved, the fixing rods 46 are loosened, and the fixing rods 46 are pushed upwards under the action of the second elastic pieces 49, so that the limiting block 47 is positioned in the limiting groove 44 to limit the position;
after the adjustment is completed, when the qualified sealing ring is placed between the two arc-shaped detection blocks 5, the peripheral side surface of the sealing ring is attached to the inner sides of the arc-shaped detection blocks 5;
then, detection is carried out, and when the sealing ring is placed between the two arc-shaped detection blocks 5 in sequence during detection, the sealing ring cannot be just attached to the inner sides of the two arc-shaped detection blocks 5 when the sealing ring is larger or smaller;
at this time, the second hydraulic cylinder 12 is started through the control switch, the second hydraulic cylinder 12 pushes the second pushing block 14, the second pushing block 14 moves, meanwhile, the second pulling rope 8 pulls the second sliding block 33 to move along the positioning rod 31 and compress the first elastic piece 310, meanwhile, the second pulling rope 37 pulls the first sliding block 32 to move along the positioning rod 31 and compress the first elastic piece 310, namely, the two sliding blocks move towards the separated side;
at the moment, the two sliding blocks pull the detection and adjustment device 4 downwards through the connecting rod 35, even if the arc detection block 5 moves downwards into the mounting frame 2, and when the second pushing block 14 moves to a position where the arc detection block 5 is not located, the arc detection block 5 completely enters into the mounting frame 2, at the moment, the second pushing block 14 is continuously pushed under the action of the second hydraulic cylinder 12, the unqualified sealing ring is pushed into the opposite placing cylinder 62 for collection, then the second hydraulic cylinder 12 retracts, the two sliding blocks 33 are restored to the original positions under the action of the first elastic piece 310, and the arc detection block 5 is restored to the original positions;
when the size of the sealing ring is qualified, the first hydraulic cylinder 11 is started in the same way, the qualified sealing ring is pushed to the placing cylinder 62 on the opposite side of the qualified sealing ring through the first pushing block 13, the first sliding block 32 is pulled through the first traction rope 7 in the same way, the first sliding block 32 pulls the second sliding block 33 through the first pull rope 36, the two sliding blocks move towards the separated side to compress the first elastic piece 310, the arc-shaped detection block 5 moves into the mounting frame, and the first hydraulic cylinder 11 is retracted after the operation is finished to perform reciprocating operation;
after a batch of detection is finished, the placing cylinder 62 is taken out by the taking handle 64 through the taking groove 63.
Compared with the related art, the sealing ring size rechecking device with the rejecting function provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
by arranging the detection adjusting device 4, the distance between the two arc-shaped detection blocks 5 can be adjusted according to the type size of the detection sealing ring, the arc-shaped detection blocks 5 can be correspondingly replaced, the sealing rings with different types can be detected, and the operation is simple and convenient;
