Temperature-adjusting ventilation air conditioner with self-dust-removing function and installation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner dust removal devices, in particular to a temperature-adjusting ventilation air conditioner with a self-dust removal function and an installation process thereof.
Background
If the air conditioner is not cleaned for a long time, a large amount of dust and bacteria can be accumulated in the air conditioner. When the air conditioner works, a large amount of bacteria can enter the room along with air conditioner air. The people can feel dizziness and fatigue easily and cause various diseases such as cold, fever and the like after living and working for a long time in the environment, and the disease is called as 'air conditioning disease'. And therefore, it is necessary to periodically remove dust from the inside of the air conditioner. The following are common ways: (1) please a professional air conditioner cleaning team, partially disassembling the air conditioner, cleaning the exposed part by using an air conditioner cleaning agent, and then reassembling the air conditioner; the disadvantages of this approach are: the air conditioner needs to be cleaned by a special team, otherwise, the air conditioner is cleaned by the special team, so that the cleaning efficiency is low, and the air conditioner is easily damaged, time and labor are wasted; (2) and dust is removed by utilizing the automatic cleaning function of the air conditioner. The first method comprises the following steps: the filter screen moves and the cleaning component does not move. The movement mode can not ensure the clearance between the filter screen and the cleaning component, and the filter screen can not leave the driving component in the movement due to the matching requirement of the mechanism and is limited by the structural space of the air conditioner, and part of the filter screen can not pass through the cleaning component, thereby influencing the cleaning effect; and the second method comprises the following steps: the cleaning component moves, and the filter screen does not move. As in patent application No.: 201510500374.4, respectively; the invention patent named as 'automatic cleaning device and air conditioner' sets at least two independent dust absorption chambers with dust absorption ports on the dust removing mechanism and switches the connection of the dust absorption fan and the air pipes communicated with the dust absorption chambers by setting a reversing device, the dust absorption fan carries out independent air draft on each dust absorption chamber, the projection length of the dust absorption ports on the surface to be cleaned is smaller than the length of the surface to be cleaned, the dust absorption air pressure of the dust absorption ports of the dust absorption chambers is increased, and the cleaning effect of the automatic cleaning device is improved;
however, the air conditioner cleaning mode with the cleaning component moving and the filter screen not moving has the following defects:
(1) in the process that the dust removing mechanism reciprocates along the surface to be cleaned, the air pipes connected with the two dust suction ports need to move back and forth along the dust removing mechanism in the air conditioner, the length of the air pipes is continuously adjusted to meet the requirement of connection operation, but the air pipes are continuously pulled, so that the service life of the air pipes is easily shortened, and part of the air pipes are in a drooping state due to the shortening of the distance when the air pipes run in the reverse direction after being elongated in one direction, and the friction is easily generated between the air pipes and an inner machine of the air conditioner;
(2) in the past, a surface to be cleaned is generally cleaned by continuously sucking dust on the surface through a dust sucking fan, some dust adhered to the surface to be cleaned is adsorbed from one angle only and is difficult to fall off from the adhered surface, for example, dust still remains in a mesh seam of an air conditioner screen, and the cleaning is not clean.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention provides a temperature-adjusting ventilation air conditioner with a self-dust-removing function and an installation process thereof, which aim to solve the defects in the prior art.
A temperature-adjusting ventilation air conditioner with self-dust-removing function comprises a machine body, a surface to be cleaned arranged on the machine body, a movable dust-removing device moving along the surface of the surface to be cleaned, a dust-blowing fan, an air pipe and a dust-collecting box, wherein the dust-blowing fan, the air pipe and the dust-collecting box are arranged on the machine body and are sequentially connected;
the side wall of the air pipe is axially provided with an open slot, a sealing ring belt is sleeved in the air pipe, the sealing ring belt is partially positioned in the air pipe and partially exposed outside the air pipe, the sealing ring belt positioned in the air pipe is attached to the inner wall of the air pipe to seal the open slot, and belt wheels for erecting the sealing ring belt are arranged at two ends of the air pipe;
the movable dust removal device is used for performing intermittent dust collection and dust removal actions along the surface of a to-be-cleaned surface, and comprises a dust removal moving block, a dust collection pipe and a dust removal pipe, wherein the dust collection pipe and the dust removal pipe are arranged on the dust removal moving block, an air inlet of the dust collection pipe is right aligned to the to-be-cleaned surface, the dust removal pipe and a sealing ring belt on the inner side of an air pipe are connected through a connecting sleeve, the connecting sleeve is used as a boundary, a plurality of air blowing ports are formed in the sealing ring belt on one side of a dust blowing fan, a part of air blown out by the dust blowing fan flows out from the air blowing ports through air pipe transmission to impact the to-be-cleaned surface, and the rest.
Preferably, a rotating disc rotating along a vertical rotating shaft is arranged inside the dust removing moving block, two piston rods are symmetrically hinged to the eccentric position of the rotating disc, pistons are mounted at the end portions of the piston rods in a hinged mode, two piston cylinders are symmetrically arranged inside the dust removing moving block, the far ends of the piston cylinders are respectively connected with the dust suction pipe and the dust exhaust pipe, a one-way air inlet valve is arranged inside the dust suction pipe, a one-way exhaust valve is arranged inside the dust exhaust pipe, a gear is sleeved on the vertical rotating shaft, and a rack meshed with the gear is arranged on a machine body parallel to the moving direction of the dust removing moving block.
Preferably, the length of the plurality of blast ports is shorter than the length of the blast pipe.
Preferably, the machine body is further provided with a traveling track and a driving motor along the moving direction of the mobile dust removal device, the dust removal moving block is provided with traveling wheels, and the driving motor drives the traveling wheels to travel on the traveling track, so that the mobile dust removal device moves relative to the surface to be cleaned.
Preferably, the surface of the belt wheel is provided with an arc convex ring matched with the radian of the inner wall of the air pipe.
Preferably, the central angle degree alpha of the air pipe corresponding to the open slot is not more than 90 degrees.
Preferably, the width of the sealing ring belt is less than one half of the circumferential length of the air pipe and greater than one quarter of the circumferential length of the air pipe.
Preferably, the sealing ring belt is made of rubber.
A mounting process of a temperature-adjusting ventilation air conditioner with a self-dust-removing function comprises the following steps:
s100, dismantling the machine: the panel of the machine body is disassembled to expose the surface to be cleaned;
s200, mounting and adjusting the air pipe and the sealing ring band, comprising the following steps:
s201, sleeving an air pipe and a sealing ring belt: the sealing ring band is clamped inside the air pipe along an open slot on the side wall of the air pipe, so that the sealing ring band radially surrounds the air pipe;
s202, air pipe installation and adjustment: mounting an air pipe on a machine body between a dust blowing fan and a dust collection box, and adjusting an open slot on the air pipe to face a surface to be cleaned;
s203, mounting and adjusting a sealing ring band: the two ends of the sealing ring belt are respectively sleeved on the belt wheels, and the orientation of the two belt wheels is adjusted, so that the sealing ring belt is attached to the inner wall of the air pipe, and the sealing ring belt just blocks an open slot on the air pipe;
s300: installing a movable dust removal device: the movable dust removal device is arranged on a walking track which can enable the movable dust removal device to move along a surface to be cleaned, then the movable dust removal device moves along the walking track, so that a dust exhaust pipe on the movable dust removal device is just positioned on one side of a connecting sleeve arranged on a sealing ring belt in an air pipe, the dust exhaust pipe and the connecting sleeve are connected, and the sealing ring belt connected with the dust exhaust pipe can synchronously reciprocate along with the movable dust removal device.
The invention has the following advantages:
(1) the movable dust removal device reciprocates along the surface of the surface to be cleaned, and the rack and the gear are matched in the moving process of the movable dust removal device, so that a piston of the movable dust removal device reciprocates in a piston cylinder, and the movable dust removal device has the functions of intermittent dust extraction and dust exhaust; according to the invention, the dust exhaust pipe of the mobile dust removal device is taken as a boundary, the sealing ring belt at one side of the boundary close to the dust blowing fan is provided with the plurality of blast holes, when the dust blowing fan blows air to the inside of the air pipe, part of air flow emitted by the dust blowing fan is sprayed out from the inside of the plurality of blast holes, namely, an impact force on the surface of the surface to be cleaned is formed at the side of the opening groove, and the cleaning of dust adhered to the surface to be cleaned is facilitated by combining the adsorption force of the mobile dust removal device above the surface to be cleaned;
(2) the air pipe for dust exhaust adopts a sectional combination mode, the whole air pipe is in a fixed state, the side wall of the air pipe is provided with an open slot, the part of the open slot is provided with a sealing ring belt which can synchronously move and connect with the mobile dust removal device, and the sealing ring belt is used for sealing the open slot to avoid dust leakage, thereby avoiding the problems that the service life of the air pipe is short and friction is easily generated between the air pipe and an air conditioner indoor unit caused by the back and forth movement of the air pipe along with the mobile dust removal device in the use process of the air pipe which is common before and after the air pipe is used.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with the specific embodiments.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present invention provides a temperature-adjusting ventilation air conditioner with self-dust-removing function, wherein the air duct connected with the mobile dust-removing device in the air conditioner can be fixedly arranged, and does not need to move synchronously with the mobile dust-removing device, so as to simplify the components in the air conditioner. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the temperature-adjusting ventilating air conditioner includes a conventional body 10 and a surface 20 to be cleaned provided on the body 10. The surface 20 to be cleaned according to the embodiment of the present invention is an evaporator surface inside the air conditioner body.
The air conditioner also comprises a dust blowing fan 1 arranged on the machine body 10, an air pipe 2 with one end connected with the dust blowing fan 1 and a dust collection box 3 connected with the other end of the air pipe 2, wherein a movable dust removal device 4 moving relative to the surface of the surface to be cleaned is arranged above the surface 20 to be cleaned.
After the movable dust removal device 4 adsorbs dust on the surface of the surface 20 to be cleaned, air carrying the dust is introduced into the air pipe 2, and the air in the air pipe 2 is blown into the dust collection box 3 by the dust blowing fan 1 to be collected in a centralized manner.
An open slot 5 is axially formed in the side wall of the air pipe 2, the open slot 5 is long-strip-shaped, and the central angle degree alpha of the corresponding air pipe 2 is not more than 90 degrees. So that the side wall of the air duct 2 at the edge of the open slot 5 can form enough support for the side edge of the sealing ring belt 6 placed therein.
The inside cover of tuber pipe 2 has sealed clitellum 6, seals the inside that clitellum 6 part is located tuber pipe 2, and the part exposes in the outside of tuber pipe 2, is located the inside clitellum 6 laminating of sealing of tuber pipe 2 and is used for the shutoff at the inner wall of tuber pipe 2 open slot 5. The width of the sealing ring belt 6 is less than one half of the circumferential length of the air pipe 2 and more than one quarter of the circumferential length of the air pipe 2. The corresponding central angle beta of the bent sealing ring belt 6 is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees.
The arrangement of the length is beneficial to the sealing ring belt 6 to be attached to the inner wall of the air pipe 2 at the periphery of the open slot 5 and not to easily fall off, so that the connection between the sealing ring belt and the air pipe is relatively airtight, and the dust entering the air pipe 2 is prevented from overflowing from the position of the open slot 5.
Wherein, the two ends of the air pipe 2 are provided with belt wheels 7 for erecting the sealing ring belt 6. The belt wheel 7 can restrict the section of the sealing ring belt 6 to correspond to the radian of the inner wall of the air pipe 2. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the sealing ring belt 6 is made of rubber so that the cross section of the sealing ring belt can be bent.
The surface of the belt wheel 7 is provided with an arc convex ring 9 which is mutually matched with the radian of the inner wall of the air pipe 2. The arc-shaped convex ring 9 can restrict the section of the sealing ring belt 6 sleeved on the surface of the arc-shaped convex ring into an arc shape corresponding to the inner wall of the air pipe 2.
The mobile dust removing device 4 comprises a dust removing moving block 401, a dust suction pipe 402 arranged on the dust removing moving block 401, and a dust exhaust pipe 403. The end of the suction pipe 402 is flat, and the opening of the suction pipe 402 is facing the surface 20 to be cleaned, and dust on the surface of the surface 20 to be cleaned is adsorbed.
The dust exhaust pipe 403 passes through the open slot 5 and is connected with the sealing ring belt 6 inside the air pipe 2 through the connecting sleeve 8, so that the sealing ring belt 6 can move synchronously with the dust removal moving block 401. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the dust removal device comprises a dust removal moving block 401, and is characterized in that a turntable 405 rotating along a vertical rotating shaft 404 is arranged inside the dust removal moving block 401, two piston rods 406 are symmetrically hinged to the eccentric position of the turntable 405, a piston 407 is hinged to the end of each piston rod 406, two piston cylinders 408 are symmetrically arranged inside the dust removal moving block 401, the far ends of the piston cylinders 408 are respectively connected with a dust suction pipe 402 and a dust exhaust pipe 403, a one-way air inlet valve 409 is arranged inside the dust suction pipe 402, a one-way exhaust valve 410 is arranged inside the dust exhaust pipe 403, a gear 411 is sleeved on the vertical rotating shaft 404, and a rack 412 meshed with the gear 411 is arranged on a machine body 10 parallel to the moving direction.
The gear 411 and the two piston rods 406 are not mounted on the same horizontal plane of the vertical rotating shaft 404. So that several structures do not interfere with each other during operation.
The connecting sleeve 8 is arranged on the sealing ring belt 6 in the air pipe 2, the connecting sleeve 8 is used as a boundary, and a plurality of air blowing ports 601 are arranged on the sealing ring belt 6, the boundary is close to one side of the dust blowing fan 1 and is not less than the length of the air pipe 2.
The opening groove 5 faces the surface to be cleaned 20. Thus, the air blown from the air blowing port 601 can act on the surface of the surface 20 to be cleaned to provide a pushing force for the dust on the surface 20 to be cleaned.
The air conditioner is characterized in that the machine body 10 of the air conditioner is further provided with a traveling track 11 and a driving motor along the movement direction of the movable dust removal device 4, the dust removal moving block 401 is provided with a traveling wheel 12, and the driving motor drives the traveling wheel 12 to travel on the traveling track 11 so as to enable the movable dust removal device 4 to move relative to the surface to be cleaned 20.
The cleaning process of the mobile dust removing device 4 on the surface 20 to be cleaned is described as follows with reference to fig. 1 to 10:
when the movable dust removing device 4 reciprocates along the traveling track 11 under the action of the driving motor, the gear 411 mounted on the vertical rotating shaft 404 on the dust removing moving block 401 is meshed with the rack 412, and the dust removing moving block 401 moves along the rack 412, so that the gear 411 on the vertical rotating shaft 404 rotates. The gear 411 drives the vertical rotating shaft 404 to rotate synchronously,
the turntable 405 mounted on the vertical shaft 404 is also rotated, so that the two piston rods 406 eccentrically and hingedly mounted on the turntable 405 push the pistons 407 at their ends, causing the internal volume of the piston cylinders 408 to change.
When the volume of the piston cylinder 408 is increased, negative pressure is formed inside the piston cylinder 408, and the dust suction pipe 402 sucks dust passing through the surface 20 to be cleaned; then the turntable 405 continues to rotate, so that the piston 407 moves to a state that the air in the piston cylinder 408 is squeezed, the air with dust can be discharged from the dust exhaust pipe 403 to the inside of the air pipe 2 from the connecting sleeve 8, and as the dust blowing fan 1 continuously blows air to the inside of the air pipe 2 at one side of the dust collection box 3, the air with dust entering the inside of the air pipe 2 is blown to the dust collection box 3 to be collected in a centralized manner, and the dust collection box 3 can be cleaned regularly.
According to the device, the power of the reciprocating movement of the dust removal moving block 401 is used, so that the interior of the piston cylinder 408 is switched between dust collection and dust discharge, the blowing force of the dust blowing fan 1 is used for finishing the directional conveying of dust, the dust is adsorbed away by using the continuous adsorption force, the wind power provided by the dust blowing fan 1 for blowing away the dust after the dust is adsorbed intermittently can be much smaller, and the conveying of the dust on the surface of the surface 20 to be cleaned to the dust collection box 3 is finished in order, so that the kinetic energy is saved, and the use cost of the air conditioner is saved. The wind power of the dust blowing fan 1 can also come from the wind power generated by the air conditioner during the use process, and is not described in detail here.
When the dust exhaust pipe 403 moves along with the dust removal moving block 401, the dust exhaust pipe 403 is connected with the sealing ring belt 6 arranged on the inner wall of the opening groove 5 through the connecting sleeve 8, so that the sealing ring belt 6 can move along with the dust exhaust pipe 403, the sealing ring belt 6 rotates between the belt wheels 7 at the two ends, and in the rotating process, the sealing ring belt 6 always seals the side wall of the opening groove 5 to avoid the leakage of dust. The connecting sleeve 8 can draw the sealing ring belt 6 close to the inner side wall of the opening groove 5, so that the problem that the sealing ring belt 6 is not tightly connected with the opening groove 5 due to too long distance in the moving process is solved.
In the process, the air pipe 2 is always fixedly arranged and does not need to move along with the dust removal moving block 40, so that the problems that the service life of the air pipe is short and friction is easily generated between the air pipe and an air conditioner indoor unit in the pulling process due to the fact that the conventional air pipe moves back and forth along with the moving dust removal device in the using process are solved;
because the connecting sleeve 8 is used as a boundary, a plurality of blast ports 601 are arranged on the sealing ring belt 6, which is not less than the length of the air pipe 2, on one side of the boundary close to the dust blowing fan 1. When the dust blowing fan 1 ventilates the air pipe 2, a part of air flow is ejected from the plurality of air blowing ports 601, namely, an impact force on the surface of the surface to be cleaned is formed on the side of the opening groove 5, and the dust cleaning device is more favorable for cleaning dust adhered to the surface to be cleaned 20 by combining the adsorption force of the dust removing device 4 moving above the surface to be cleaned 20.
In addition, the piston of the movable dust removal device 4 reciprocates in the piston cylinder, so that the device has the functions of intermittently extracting dust and discharging the dust, the dust is adsorbed when the dust is extracted, the surface to be cleaned (an air conditioner screen) is slightly lifted, the surface to be cleaned (the air conditioner screen) is recovered because of no adsorption force above the surface to be cleaned when the dust is discharged, and the surface to be cleaned (the air conditioner screen) is continuously shaken in the alternate process of extracting the dust and discharging the dust, so that the falling of the dust on the surface to be cleaned is facilitated.
Example 2:
a mounting process of a temperature-adjusting ventilation air conditioner with a self-dust-removing function comprises the following steps:
s100, dismantling the machine: the panel of the machine body 10 is detached, so that the surface 20 to be cleaned is exposed outside;
s200, mounting and adjusting the air pipe 2 and the sealing ring belt 6, comprising the following steps:
s201, sleeving the air pipe 2 and the sealing ring belt 6: the sealing ring belt 6 is clamped inside the air pipe 2 along the open slot 5 on the side wall of the air pipe 2, so that the sealing ring belt 6 radially surrounds the air pipe 2;
s202, mounting and adjusting an air pipe 2: the air pipe 2 is arranged on the machine body 10 between the dust blowing fan 1 and the dust collection box 3, and the open slot 5 on the air pipe 2 is adjusted to face the surface 20 to be cleaned;
s203, mounting and adjusting the sealing ring belt 6: the two ends of the sealing ring belt 6 are respectively sleeved on the belt wheels 7, and the orientation of the two belt wheels 7 is adjusted, so that the sealing ring belt 6 is attached to the inner wall of the air pipe 2, and the sealing ring belt 6 just blocks the open slot 5 on the air pipe 2;
s300: installing a mobile dust removal device 4: the movable dust removing device 4 is arranged on a walking track 11 which can enable the movable dust removing device to move along the surface 20 to be cleaned, then the movable dust removing device 4 is moved along the walking track 11, so that a dust exhaust pipe 403 on the movable dust removing device 4 is just positioned at one side of a connecting sleeve 8 arranged on a sealing ring belt 6 in the air pipe 2, the dust exhaust pipe 403 and the connecting sleeve 8 are connected, and the sealing ring belt 6 connected with the dust exhaust pipe 403 can synchronously reciprocate along with the movable dust removing device 4. The device of the invention is easy to install and adjust.
