The air conditioner generally includes an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, the outdoor unit is mainly provided therein with a compressor, an outdoor fan, and an outdoor heat exchanger (generally referred to as a condenser), the indoor unit is mainly provided with an indoor fan (hereinafter referred to as a fan), an indoor heat exchanger (generally referred to as an evaporator), an electric cabinet, and the like, and the compressor → the condenser → the evaporator → the compressor forms a refrigerant circulation loop. When the refrigerant circulates along the compressor → the outdoor heat exchanger → the indoor heat exchanger → the compressor, the air conditioner is in a refrigerating cycle. When the refrigerant circulates along the compressor → the indoor heat exchanger → the outdoor heat exchanger → the compressor, the air conditioner is in a heating cycle.
The indoor unit of the air conditioner comprises a shell 1 which is installed (such as suspended on a wall or a ceiling) or placed in an indoor space, wherein a fan, an evaporator, a water receiving disc 3, an electric cabinet and the like are arranged in the shell 1, an air supply opening 11 and an air return opening 12 are formed in the shell 1, and when the air conditioner refrigerates/heats the indoor space, air in the indoor space is pumped into the shell through the air return opening under the action of the fan, exchanges heat with the surface of an indoor heat exchanger and then is sent into the indoor space through the air supply opening again, so that the air temperature in the indoor space is reduced through circulation. The shell is provided with a water receiving tray drainage joint 13 for discharging water of the water receiving tray outwards, a refrigerant pipeline joint 14 for filling refrigerant, a water source joint 15 (supplying water to a spray component in the following) and a lifting lug 16, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner is fixed in an indoor space through the lifting lug.
In the present invention, a new functional module is further provided in the housing, and specifically, a humidification module 2 for performing humidity increasing treatment on air entering the indoor space is further provided in the housing. The humidifying module is positioned between the indoor heat exchanger and the air supply outlet along the air supply direction. When the humidifying module works, under the action of the fan, air in the indoor space enters the shell through the air return opening, exchanges heat with the surface of the indoor heat exchanger, is subjected to humidity increasing treatment by the humidifying module and then is sent into the indoor space through the air supply opening.
It will be appreciated that cooling and/or heating may be stopped or performed simultaneously during the humidification of the air. The function of increasing the humidity by using the humidifying module of the present invention can be accomplished in a short time, so that the conventional cooling and/or heating of the air conditioner can be suspended during the humidity increase. In addition, because the fan only serves the humidification function, the running condition of the fan can be adjusted more flexibly according to the humidification requirement, and the realization degree of the humidification function is ensured.
It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the number and the positions of the fans according to actual situations, for example, two fans (17 a, 17 b) can be set, and one or both of the fans can be operated according to different air supply requirements. Under the condition of general humidification requirements, one of the fans can be operated, so that the problems of noise, power use and the like possibly caused by the simultaneous operation of the two fans are avoided on the premise that the humidification target can be realized. And under the condition that the humidification requirement is urgent, the two fans can be operated simultaneously, and the arrangement can meet the humidification requirement in a short time.
The humidifying module 2 comprises a humidifying box 21, a spraying component 5 is arranged in the humidifying box 21, the spraying component is provided with a pair of nozzles 55, after the pair of nozzles spray water in the direction facing each other (for example, the speed of the sprayed water flow is 5-10 m/s), a water film is formed in the cavity of the humidifying box, when the air flows through the water film at the position of the heat exchanger, the air collides with the water film and takes away part of water in the water film, so that the humidity is increased, and then the air is delivered to the indoor space through an air supply outlet, so that the humidifying function is realized.
The spray member 5 is disposed in the humidifying box 21 in the following manner: a horizontal support frame 23 is installed in the humidifying box 21, and a plurality of installation positions on which the spray member 5 can be installed are provided on the support frame. If both installation sites are installed with spray members of the same specification, the installation sites should generally be identical. If the structure of the spraying component is different in details, or the spraying component can be installed on the support frame in different modes, and different installation positions can be different. Such as: the specification of spraying the component is the same, and the installation position includes two kinds, and one kind is the structure of fixing the component on the support frame for spraying through the mode of joint, and another kind is the structure of fixing the component on the support frame for spraying through the spiro union mode.
It will be appreciated that, in addition to the mounting of the spray member on the support frame, the spray member may also be mounted at other locations, such as the top, side walls, etc. of the humidification chamber, if so desired.
Referring primarily to fig. 8A and 8B, in one possible embodiment, the spray member 5 comprises a base body having a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the water outlet end being provided with a pair of nozzles 55 with their spray directions facing each other, the water inlet end and the pair of nozzles each forming a flow path therebetween such that water entering from the water inlet end can reach the nozzle through the flow path corresponding to each nozzle. Specifically, the base member includes the first body 51 as being responsible for, and first body extends outward has two pipe diameters to be less than the second body 52 of first body, and the nozzle sets up in the one end that first body was kept away from to the second body. Specifically, the second pipe body includes a first branch pipe 521 extending radially outward along the first pipe body and perpendicular to the first pipe body, the first branch pipe extends at one end far away from the first pipe body along the axial direction of the first pipe body and to another nozzle to form a second branch pipe 522 having a pipe diameter smaller than that of the first branch pipe, and the nozzle 55 is disposed at one end far away from the first branch pipe of the second branch pipe. In addition, the second branch pipe extends outwardly with a ring stand 5221 at a position close to the nozzle, so that the nozzle is located just in the middle of the ring stand.
It can be seen that the flow path corresponding to the two nozzles consists of the first tube → the first branch → the second branch. In order to ensure the quality of the water film, the two pipelines corresponding to the nozzles are of a symmetrical structure. It is understood that the structural flow channel of each pipe may also be in other forms, such as a flow channel dividing the interior of the first pipe body into two cavities, each cavity corresponding to one nozzle, the first branch pipe and the second branch pipe being an arc pipe, the second branch pipe being a reducing structure along the water flow direction, etc.
The first body has the third body 53 in the position that corresponds to the end of intaking outwards extending, should be provided with the first mounting structure who corresponds with the third body in the corresponding position of support frame, for example first mounting structure is for can freely holding or fixed structure with the third body, the part of stretching out the hole has the external screw thread that can be connected with the pipeline if the third body, through dispose the connecting tube (like the silicone tube) that matches with the external screw thread on the third body, can be connected to outside water source with the component that sprays, so, after the water source lets in first body through the silicone tube, respectively through (first, second) branch pipe send the pair of nozzle of relative setting, water produces the splash after the nozzle department accelerates, form the water film of certain radius in the humidification box. The connecting pipeline is provided with a special pump 56 and a water inlet valve, so that the quality of the water film can be adjusted by adjusting the parameters of the pump and the opening degree of the water inlet valve. If a pump and a water inlet valve are respectively arranged for each spraying component, the pump and the water inlet valve can be respectively arranged in other modes. Preferably, the humidifying module is integrally placed at the position close to the right side of the whole machine, and the water source is arranged on the right side of the humidifying module, so that the humidifying module is convenient to overhaul.
The first pipe body extends outwards along the direction opposite to the extending direction of the second branch pipe to form two mounting ends 54, for example, the mounting ends are cylindrical structures with internal threads, a second mounting structure corresponding to the mounting ends is arranged at the corresponding position of the support frame, for example, the second mounting structure is a structure capable of being matched with the mounting ends, and for example, the spraying component can be connected to the support frame through direct matching of the second mounting structure and the mounting ends or through introducing fasteners and matching of the fasteners and the second mounting structure and/or the mounting ends. Preferably, the two mounting ends are located on both sides of the third pipe body in the axial direction of the first pipe body. It can be understood that the number, the specific form, the setting position and the like of the mounting ends can be flexibly selected according to actual conditions, and if two mounting ends can be respectively arranged on two sides of the third pipe body, the mounting ends can be flexibly selected.
In this embodiment, the axes of the (first, second and third) tubular bodies are coplanar, and the axes of the (first and second) branch pipes are respectively collinear with the axes of the (first and second) mounting ends.
As in a specific embodiment, the first mounting structure is a bar hole 531, the third tubular body is freely movable within the length of the bar hole 531, and the second mounting structure is a mounting circular hole 541 matched with the mounting end. Each bar-shaped hole is provided with three mounting round holes along the two sides of the width direction of the bar-shaped hole respectively, so that one bar-shaped hole and three pairs of mounting round holes actually form three mounting positions of the spraying component.
It is understood that the three mounting positions formed by the strip-shaped hole and the three pairs of mounting circular holes are only an exemplary description of the mounting positions for mounting the spray member, and those skilled in the art can use other mounting positions to fix the spray member on the humidifying box. If the structure of the spraying component is the same, other installation modes are adopted, or when the structure of the spraying component is changed, the specific form of the installation position is adjusted correspondingly, and the like.
The humidifying module 2 is positioned above the water receiving tray 3. The humidifying box is arranged at a position close to the water receiving tray, and the region of the humidifying box close to the bottom is provided with a drainage structure so as to discharge water sprayed by the pair of nozzles out of the humidifying box after the water participates in humidifying treatment. If the drainage structure comprises a first drainage hole 211 and a second drainage hole 212 which are respectively arranged at the bottom of the humidifying box and the positions, close to the bottom, of the side walls of the two sides of the humidifying box, the diameter of the second drainage hole is preferably smaller than or equal to that of the first drainage hole, so that the phenomenon that water splashes out of the humidifying box from the second drainage hole in the process of colliding air and water films is avoided as much as possible. Preferably, the water in the (first and second) drain holes is guided to the water pan and then drained out of the air conditioner, and of course, a drain pipe may be connected to any one of the holes to directly drain the water out of the air conditioner.
Still take three installation positions formed by one strip-shaped hole and three pairs of installation round holes as an example, the air conditioner of the invention is explained by combining a supporting frame.
The support frame 23 is transversely disposed in the humidifying box so as to divide the cavity of the humidifying box into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, and the pair of nozzles of the spraying member is located in the upper cavity.
Referring mainly to fig. 5A to 5E, in a possible embodiment, the supporting frame 23 is substantially a long-strip-shaped plate-shaped structure, the cross section of the supporting frame is substantially convex, the strip-shaped hole 531 is disposed in the middle of the supporting frame along the width direction (i.e., disposed on the high surface of the convex), and two hole groups consisting of three mounting circular holes 541 are disposed on two sides of the strip-shaped hole 531 (i.e., disposed on the low surface of the convex), respectively.
As an improvement, a preset structure corresponding to the installation position may be formed at the high side and/or the low side, so as to better set the installation position. Such as may be: three tracks are formed along the length direction of the support frame, specifically, a first track at the middle part and two second tracks arranged on two sides of the first track respectively, the strip-shaped holes are arranged on the first track, and the mounting round holes are arranged on the second tracks on the corresponding sides. The cross section of convex type makes the lower surface of support frame can form an accommodation space of settling the silicone tube in the position at the middle part, the stringing of being convenient for.
In a possible embodiment, the supporting frame 23 includes square plates at two ends, which are fixedly connected with the humidification cartridge or integrally formed as the first portion 231, and a second portion located between the two first portions, the second portion 232 includes a plurality of supporting frame units 2320 distributed along the length direction of the supporting frame, the supporting frame units are connected with each other, and the two outermost supporting frame units are fixedly connected with the square plates at corresponding positions as the first portions. In this embodiment, the supporting frame single body is substantially the same as the base structure of the first part, and is also substantially a square plate; the number of the support frame monomers is four; no matter be as support frame monomer or as first part, all set up a set of three installation position that constitutes by aforementioned a bar hole and three pairs of installation round hole on every square slab.
In one possible embodiment, the first part is integrally formed with the humidifying box, and substantially uniform connection is adopted among the plurality of support frame single bodies and between the outermost support frame single body and the first part at the corresponding position. The following description will be made by taking the connection between two adjacent single supporting frames as an example.
In a possible embodiment, two adjacent support frame single bodies are provided with a first buckle 61 on one of the parts close to each other, and a butt hole matched with the first buckle is arranged on the other part.
By such an arrangement, installation is facilitated and components such as fasteners need not be introduced. In consideration of the flatness of the structure, for example, in a state that the first fastener is fastened with the abutting hole, the two adjacent support frame units should be in a coplanar state.
As a modification, the above-described butting hole may be omitted. For example, the structure of the first buckle 61 can be extended appropriately or the strip-shaped hole 531 on the single support frame can be extended, so that the first buckle 61 can be directly clamped to the strip-shaped hole 531.
In a specific embodiment, the elongated hole 531 on the single support frame is lengthened until the first buckle can be snapped into the elongated hole. Preferably, in order to ensure the stability of the clamping, a vertical flange 5311 may extend from the outer edge of the strip hole 531, and the first clamp abuts against the flange in the clamped state.
In a possible embodiment, at portions close to each other, two adjacent support frame units are provided, one of the support frame units is provided with a protruding end 71 extending along a length direction of the support frame unit 2320, the protruding end is provided with a protrusion 72 extending along a thickness direction of the support frame unit, and the other is provided with a recessed hole 73 matching with the protrusion, for example, the protrusion may be a base structure with no difference in surface distribution, or may be an improved structure in which one or more protruding structures are additionally provided on an outer surface of the base structure, and the recessed hole may be a blind hole or a through hole.
In a preferred embodiment, the protrusion extends from bottom to top at the protruding end, such that in an assembled state, another single support unit is overlapped to the protruding end, and the recess hole of the other single support unit is matched and connected with the protrusion 72.
In a specific example, the protrusion 72 is a cylindrical structure, and for convenience of installation, an upper end face of the cylindrical structure is cut into an inclined plane at an outer side far away from the single support frame, so that a guiding function can be achieved in the installation process.
In order to further ensure the stability of the connection, in one possible embodiment, a support rib 74 is provided on the single support frame body provided with the protrusion 72, and the protruding end 71 is formed by extending the support rib to the other single support frame body. Thus, in the assembled state, the concave hole 73 is in matched butt joint with the protrusion 72, and the other support frame single body is lapped on the extending end on one hand and is also lapped on the support rib on the other hand, so that the stability is further improved.
Preferably, the brace rod sets up in the free lower surface of support frame, and the brace rod is covered with the support frame monomer roughly along the structure of type on length direction, and the brace rod divide into coupling part and overlap joint portion on width direction, thereby the overlap joint portion stretches out the support frame monomer and is used for supporting another support frame monomer, and coupling part is located the inboard mainly used of support frame and increases the free intensity of support frame to and can realize reliably in order to guarantee the function of brace rod self.
As an alternative to the support rib, a plurality of protruding ends may be provided on the support frame single body, wherein a protrusion is provided on one portion of the protruding ends, and the other portion of the protruding ends is only used for supporting the support frame single body by overlapping with the support frame single body.
It can be understood that the support rib, the protruding end and the protrusion may be integrally formed or fixedly connected, and the support rib may be integrally formed or fixedly connected between the support rib units, which may be flexibly adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions.
In a specific embodiment, two adjacent support single bodies are arranged at the parts close to each other, wherein the high surface of one support single body is provided with a first buckle, the lower surfaces of the two low surfaces are respectively provided with a protruding end, and the protruding end is provided with an upward bulge. Accordingly:
on another support frame monomer, the bar hole is handled by the extension and is provided with decurrent turn-ups in it, and first buckle stretches into in the bar hole and joint to the turn-ups internal surface. And the support frame monomer is provided with a sunken hole matched with the bulge, and the sunken hole is a through hole.
On this basis, be provided with a first buckle on the free high face of support frame in the outside, the lower surface of two low faces is provided with the brace rod respectively, sets up on the brace rod and stretches out the end, stretches out to serve and is provided with ascending arch. Accordingly:
on the first part of being connected with this support frame monomer, the bar hole is handled by the extension and is provided with decurrent turn-ups in it, and first buckle stretches into in the bar hole and joint to turn-ups's internal surface. And the first part is also provided with a sunken hole matched with the bulge, and the sunken hole is a through hole.
It can be understood that under the prerequisite that can realize the connection between two adjacent support frame monomers, first buckle and bellied structural style, number, setting position, matching direction etc. all can be selected according to actual conditions in a flexible way.
It can be understood that the first portion and the humidification box may also be fixedly connected, such as screwed, inserted, or clamped, and obviously different connection methods may be adopted between the plurality of support frame monomers and between the outermost support frame monomer and the first portion, such as: other connection modes such as threaded connection and the like can be added between the outermost support frame monomer and the first part; or divide into several groups between a plurality of support frame monomers, can set up the difference to the connected mode between every group and the connected mode of each support frame monomer in the same group etc..
It is understood that the foregoing structure in which the first portion is discontinuous and the second portion is continuous is only an example, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the composition of the first portion and/or the second portion according to actual needs. For example, the first portion may be a continuous structure (e.g., a ring structure, etc.), and the second portion may be an intermittent structure, for example, the second portion includes a plurality of portions separately disposed, and the plurality of portions are respectively fixed to the first portion nearby, and some of the plurality of portions are the aforementioned structures formed by a plurality of single scaffolds.
In order to ensure the installation stability of the spraying component and the installation stability of the support frame, the second part and the humidifying box are also directly and fixedly connected on the basis of the fixed connection between the support frame monomers and between the support frame monomers on the outer side and the first part at the corresponding position.
In a possible embodiment, the second part spliced by the single supporting frames comprises an elongated main body, the main body comprises a transverse part 2321, the transverse part is respectively extended downwards at two sides along the width direction thereof with a vertical part 2322, the vertical part is provided with a second buckle 62 serving as a connecting member, and the second part is connected with the humidifying box through the second buckle.
It will be appreciated that the first portion may also have the above-mentioned transverse portion, vertical portion and second catch for batch processing of products.
As a specific embodiment, a fastening hole 621 corresponding to the second fastener is provided at the bottom of the humidifying box, so that the supporting frame is substantially seated at the bottom of the humidifying box in an installed state. In order to ensure the uniformity of stress, if a second buckle is respectively arranged on two sides of each square plate, the clamping holes corresponding to the second buckles can be arranged in a one-to-one manner with the second buckles as shown in the figure, and the clamping holes can also be properly lengthened along the length direction of the support frame to form long and thin clamping holes, i.e. a plurality of clamping holes are combined, so that the installation requirements of the second buckles can be met by one long and thin clamping hole.
In the case where the shower member 5 is mounted at any one of the mounting positions, the pair of nozzles 55 form a substantially semicircular water film in the upper cavity. In order to ensure the continuous operation of the humidification module, the water collected in the upper chamber needs to be discharged in time. In view of this, in addition to the strip-shaped holes and the mounting circular holes for mounting, a communication structure for draining water is provided on the support frame, and as in the present embodiment, the communication structure includes a plurality of drain circular holes 8 provided on the support frame, specifically, a plurality of drain circular holes are provided outside the mounting circular hole 541 on each side, the diameter of the drain circular holes is smaller than the mounting circular holes and the number thereof is greater than the mounting circular holes. Therefore, the water in the upper cavity can be discharged to the lower cavity through the circular drainage hole, then discharged to the water-receiving tray 3 through the drainage holes (211, 212), and finally discharged out of the air conditioner through the water-receiving tray drainage joint 13.
Besides the drainage communicating structure arranged on the support frame, the water gathered in the upper cavity can be timely drained in other modes such as a gap is reserved between the support frame and the inner wall of the humidification box, the communicating structure is arranged on the humidification box corresponding to the position of the upper cavity, and the like.
In the invention, the humidifying box is integrally arranged in the air conditioner shell so as to facilitate the addition and removal of the humidifying module in the air conditioner. Referring mainly to fig. 3C, in one possible embodiment, a bracket 213 is disposed on a sidewall of the humidification cartridge, the bracket 213 includes a lateral sub-bracket 2131 extending outward and a vertical sub-bracket 2132 extending from the lateral sub-bracket, the vertical sub-bracket is provided with a connection assembly, and the humidification cartridge is fixed to the housing through the connection assembly. The connecting assembly includes two connecting members, specifically, a connecting hole 214 located at the upper side and a hook 215 located at the lower side. Thus, when mounting the humidification cartridge to the housing, the hook 215 is first inserted into the groove corresponding to the hook on the housing, and the weight of the humidification cartridge is supported by the housing, so that the installer can release both hands. The humidifying box can then be fixed to the housing by means of screws, bolts, or like fasteners in cooperation with the connection holes 214 and corresponding holes in the housing. Through such setting, the installation of humidification box can be accomplished to one-man operation, has improved the simple operation nature.
The humidifying box has a first open structure and a second open structure along an upstream side and a downstream side of an air flow, respectively, and at least a part of the first open structure and/or the second open structure is provided with a water blocking member which allows air to flow into the humidifying box therethrough on the one hand and enables at least a part of the water to splash out of the humidifying box on the other hand. That is, the water blocking member mainly functions to prevent water droplets splashed from the nozzle or water droplets on a water film after being collided with air from splashing outside the humidifying box within a range where good air exchange is ensured.
For example, the water retaining member is usually a net structure, such as a porous nonmetal screen, and the thickness of the water retaining net is 0-20mm, preferably 10mm; the mesh density of the water retaining net is 20-100 meshes, and preferably 20-40 meshes. As an example, the water blocking member is a polyurethane water blocking net (hereinafter simply referred to as a water blocking net) having a mesh density of 40 mesh. It is obvious that a person skilled in the art may also use water deflector elements with other mesh density, thickness, material, structure, etc., provided that the function is satisfactory.
In a possible embodiment, the first open structure comprises a first opening and a second opening arranged at the rear side and the top of the humidification box, the second open structure comprises a third opening arranged at the front side of the humidification box, the first opening is provided with a first water blocking net 41, the second opening is provided with the humidification cover 22, a second water blocking net 42 is arranged below the humidification cover, and the third opening is provided with a third water blocking net 43. Preferably, the water blocking nets (41, 42, 43) are detachably disposed at the first opening, the second opening and the third opening, respectively. Illustratively, the top second water blocking net 42 is fixed on the humidifying cover by a snap, and the front third water blocking net 43 and the rear first water blocking net 41 are fixed in the following manner: the front side and the rear side of the humidifying box are reserved with inward edges 2251, the inner walls of the two side parts of the humidifying box are respectively provided with a vertical baffle 2252, the inner baffle, the side wall of the humidifying box and the edges of the two side parts form two stop grooves 225, and the water blocking nets (41, 43) are respectively and directly inserted into the corresponding stop grooves, for example, a rigid polyurethane water blocking net with the thickness of 8-10mm and the mesh density of 40 meshes is installed in the stop grooves. Obviously, the baffle plate can be a whole piece or composed of several spaced pieces, and in addition, the baffle plate can also be added on the inner side of the bottom of the humidifying box. It is clear that this is only an exemplary illustration of a retaining groove, which can be designed in any reasonable manner, as long as it fulfils the function of fixing the water retaining net.
The top peripheral edges of the humidifying cover and the humidifying box are preferably hermetically assembled so as not to allow water in the humidifying box to spill through a gap therebetween. In one possible embodiment, the humidifying cover includes a cover body and a humidifying cover flange extending downward from an outer edge of the cover body, the humidifying cover flange overlapping the humidifying box. Specifically, the first attenuate part 2241 that the lower extreme of humidification lid turn-ups has the outside-in attenuate, and the inner wall upper end of humidification box has the inside-out attenuate second attenuate part 2242, and under the good state of overlap joint, the surface butt joint of first attenuate part is in the internal surface of second attenuate part. Wherein, since the front side and the rear side of the humidifying box are respectively provided with the (third, first) water blocking nets, the inner surfaces of the first thinned portions corresponding to the front side and the rear side of the humidifying box are respectively abutted to the outer surfaces of the (third, first) water blocking nets. It will be appreciated that other possible ways of sealing the connection between the humidifying cover and the humidifying box may be used, such as sealing strips.
Based on foretell first open architecture, the air conditioner humidifies the air of indoor space through the mode of mixed air humidification, and the process of mixed air humidification is: under the effect of fan, inside indoor air was taken into the casing, the inside air branch of casing is two the tunnel, specifically: the water passes through the first water blocking net 41 and the humidification cover-second water blocking net 42 of the humidification module respectively to be decelerated and enter the humidification box, then passes through the water film to collide with the water film, and takes away part of liquid in the water film in the process of passing through the water film, so that the increase of air humidity is realized. And then reaches the outside of the humidifying box through the third water blocking net 43, and finally enters the indoor space through the air blowing port. The air in the indoor space can be humidified by circulating the air humidifying device.
It will be appreciated that the specific form of the first open structure may be adapted to the circumstances to distinguish the humidifier mechanism of the air conditioner. As the first open structure may include only the first opening or the second opening as described above, the air conditioner humidifies the air of the indoor space by front air humidification or top air humidification, respectively.
On the basis of realizing the sealing connection, the left side and the right side of the humidifying cover 22 are additionally connected with the humidifying box in a buckling manner, so that the second water retaining net 42 below the humidifying cover is convenient to replace. The specific form of the snap connection can be as follows: two vertical bar plates 2231 extending downwards are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side, two triangular holes 2232 are arranged at the positions below the vertical bar plates, and triangular protrusions 2233 corresponding to the triangular holes are arranged at the corresponding positions of the humidifying box. In order to increase the air inlet area, the humidifying cover is of a structure which is inclined downwards from left to right, and in order to ensure the area of a water film simultaneously, the included angle between the humidifying cover and the horizontal plane is preferably not more than 30 degrees. In order to ensure the ventilation performance at the second opening, a plurality of communicating structures are designed on the humidifying cover, and meanwhile, in order to ensure the humidifying function, the humidifying cover is arranged to be a closed structure at a position corresponding to the water film so as to prevent water drops in the water film from leaking. If the humidifying cover 22 includes an elongated first region 221 corresponding to a water film, two second regions 222 are respectively disposed on two sides of the first region, and the position of the water film is different according to the installation position of the spraying member, so the two second regions may be the same or different, and each second region is provided with a plurality of air holes 2221, for example, in a specific example, the diameter of each air hole is about 3mm, and the distance between the air holes is about 5mm. Obviously, the aperture, the density and the like of the air holes can be flexibly arranged according to actual conditions. In addition, the communicating structure can also be any other structure except the air holes, such as a strip-shaped hole, a star-shaped hole and the like.
It can be seen that the present invention can perform a process of increasing humidity of indoor air by introducing the water film generated by the shower member. By adding the support frame, the shower member can be attached. By providing the support frame as the first portion and the second portion, the shower member can be more flexibly and more stably provided in the humidification case.
It should be noted that, although the air conditioner having the spray member, the support bracket, and the set installation manner of the spray member in the support bracket as described above in the specific manner is described as an example, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention should not be limited thereto. In fact, the user can flexibly adjust according to situations such as actual application scenes.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
