Detailed Description
To illustrate the technical features of the present invention in detail, the following preferred embodiments are described in conjunction with the drawings, in which:
as shown in fig. 1 to 6, a drainage pump 10 for an air conditioner with a mounting structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises a lower housing 11, a main housing 21 and a cover 31, wherein:
the lower housing 11 has a suction port 12 formed at the bottom and a discharge port 14 formed at the side.
The main housing 21 is cylindrical, a water discharge chamber 18 is formed above the lower housing 11 and between the main housing and the lower housing 11, the water suction port 12 and the water discharge port 14 are both spatially communicated with the water discharge chamber 18, and the main housing 21 has a motor accommodating chamber 22 and an overflow accommodating chamber 24. The drainage chamber 18 is internally provided with a drainage blade 19, the motor chamber 22 is internally provided with a motor 23, the overflow chamber 24 is positioned below the motor chamber 22, the main shell 21 is provided with a plurality of overflow holes 241 at the side of the overflow chamber 24 for discharging water in the overflow chamber 24 outwards, the bottom of the main shell 21 is provided with a through hole 26 which is communicated with the drainage chamber 18 in space, and the drainage blade 19 is connected with a driving shaft of the motor 23 by the through hole 26.
The cover 31 covers the main housing 21 and covers the motor chamber 22.
The top edge of the main housing 21 extends upward and outward in an inclined manner to form three fixing legs 28 with a predetermined length, each fixing leg 28 has a plate-shaped body 281 and two reinforcing ribs 282 located at two sides of the plate-shaped body 281, and the two reinforcing ribs 282 of each fixing leg 28 are parallel to each other. In addition, each of the fixing legs 28 has a platform 284 at the top, and the platform 284 has a fixing hole 285, and the fixing hole 285 is used for passing the bolt 99 to be locked on an air conditioner 91. In practical implementation, the three fixing legs 28 are integrally formed with the main housing 21, and the two reinforcing ribs 282 of each fixing leg 28 increase in thickness upward along the bottom end of the surface of the plate-shaped body 281, where the thickness is increased outward in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the plate-shaped body 281 with the plate-shaped body 281 as the bottom, and the plate surface of the plate-shaped body 281 is lower than the surface of the two reinforcing ribs 282, as shown in fig. 6. In the present embodiment, the number of the fixing legs 28 is three, however, in actual implementation, two or four fixing legs may be adopted as required, and the number is not limited to three.
The cover 31 has three receding spaces 32 recessed inward from the edge, and each of the receding spaces 32 is for each of the fixing legs 28 to pass through, so that the cover 31 can cover the top edge of the main housing 21.
In addition, the cover 31 extends outwardly to form a plurality of lugs 311, the outer surface of the main housing 21 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of fixing posts 211 extending vertically, and the lower housing 11 also extends outwardly to form a plurality of lugs 111. The structure of the present embodiment is explained above, and the state of use of the present embodiment is explained next.
Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 6, before use, the present invention is mounted on an air conditioner 91, which is locked to the air conditioner 91 by a plurality of bolts 99 passing through the fixing holes 285 of the three fixing legs 28. In use, since the three fixing legs 28 of the present invention extend upward and outward from the top edge of the main housing 21, the three fixing legs 28 are fixed to directly pull the main housing 21, which provides a more stable fixing effect than the fixing legs on the cover in the prior art. In addition, since the three fixing legs 28 have a predetermined length at the top of the main housing 21, the main housing 21 is suspended under the air conditioner 91, and when the motor 23 is running, the vibration generated by the rotation of the drainage blade 19 is absorbed by the suspension of the three fixing legs 28, so as to reduce the vibration and the noise.
In addition, since there is no connection relationship between the three fixing legs 28 and the cover 31, and only the cover 31 and the main housing 21 are directly covered, the motor 23 only needs to be directly placed into the motor accommodating chamber 22 in the main housing 21, and then the cover 31 is covered to complete the assembly of the motor, which does not need to consider the assembly problem between the motor housing and the housing in the prior art, and solves the aforementioned problems in the prior art.
In summary, the fixing legs 28 of the present invention are disposed on the main housing 21, rather than on the cover 31, so as to solve the problem of the loose structure caused by the fixing legs 28 disposed on the cover 31 in the prior art. In addition, the fixing legs 28 are disposed on the main housing 21, and the cover 31 can be covered on the main housing 21 without interfering with the fixing legs 28 by the yielding space 32 formed by the cover 31, so that the problem of mounting the motor housing in the prior art is solved, the problem of assembling the motor housing and the housing in the prior art is solved, the efficiency is improved, and the structure is different from that in the prior art.
The present invention is capable of other embodiments, and various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
