Abstract

Background
In the oil and gas well cementing construction process, after the rubber plug is pressed, whether the sealing performance of the float collar one-way valve is effective can be judged by observing the pressure fluctuation of the displacement fluid. And if no displacement liquid is gushed out, the sealing performance is proved to be reliable, at the moment, the pressure building waiting set is not needed, and then the cement head is dismantled, the waiting set is carried out, and the preparation for casing pressure test is carried out. However, the sealing performance of the float collar check valve is reduced due to the factors such as the change of the temperature and the pressure at the bottom of the well, the quality of the float collar check valve (which is washed by a large amount of discharged cement slurry) and the like. The upper part of the floating collar has no downward pressure, and the unset cement paste is pushed by the bottom hole pressure to return upwards and is solidified in the casing above the floating collar to form a cement plug, so that the artificial bottom hole is lifted, and the length of the cement plug can reach 100-400 meters in severe cases. The formation of the cement plug greatly increases the workload of drilling plugs of a drilling team, and simultaneously causes part of cement rings in the well to be loose, thereby influencing the well cementation quality.

The invention aims at providing a floating hoop and rubber plug interlocking device with stronger safety and stability and an application method, which overcome the defects of other prior art, and the device comprises a rubber plug, a lock groove body, a lock pin, a spoiler, a guide groove, a blocking plate, a spring and a guide key, wherein the lower part of the rubber plug is provided with an aluminum lock groove body which is concentric with the rubber plug and is vulcanized into a whole at high temperature; the upper part of the spoiler is provided with four telescopic lock pins, guide grooves are formed in the lock pin mounting holes, guide keys are arranged on the lock pins, and the lock pins do not rotate in the radial direction, so that the arc surfaces of the lock pins are ensured to be upward all the time, and the reliability is improved; after the four sets of lock pins and the springs are installed in the holes, the blocking plate is welded on the flow blocking plate to form a new flow blocking plate assembly, and then the flow blocking plate assembly is installed in the floating hoop.
The upper part of an inner hole of the spoiler is provided with an R4 round corner, and the excircle of the lower part of the lock groove body is provided with a 15-degree conical surface, so that the spoiler can conveniently enter the spoiler ring.
The upper portion of the lock pin is an R25 arc surface, so that the rubber plug lock groove body can conveniently enter, and the lower portion of the lock pin is a straight surface, so that the phenomenon of interlocking failure caused by withdrawing the lock pin when the pressure of the lower portion is increased can be avoided.
The application method of the invention is as follows: under the pressure of the displacement liquid, the rubber plug is pushed out from the cement head to enter the sleeve and move downwards, when the rubber plug reaches the upper part of the spoiler, the lock groove body enters the spoiler hole, the 15-degree conical surface of the lock groove body collides and presses the upper R25 arc surfaces of the four lock pins, the rubber plug continues to move downwards under the guidance of the arc surfaces, meanwhile, the lock pins horizontally contract inwards along the guide keys and the guide grooves, when the lower part of the lock groove body is in contact with the lower part of the spoiler hole, the annular groove of the lock groove body is completely aligned with the axis of the lock pins, the lock pins have no outward pressure, the rubber plug horizontally stretches out of the annular groove of the lock groove body under the pushing of the spring, and at the moment, the rubber. When the check valve fails, the cement slurry at the bottom of the well returns upwards, the lock groove body cannot move upwards due to the fact that the lower portion of the lock pin is a straight surface, the rubber plug and the lock groove body are of an integrated structure and cannot naturally move upwards, and it is guaranteed that the rubber portion of the rubber plug is in close contact with the casing pipe to achieve sealing at the same position of the casing pipe. Therefore, under the condition that the one-way valve fails, the rubber plug can also play a role in sealing, time is gained for waiting for setting, and the redundant cement plug is formed in an inorganic mode.
The significance of the invention is as follows: the basic functions of the floating hoop and the rubber plug are not changed, and the interlocking is realized after the collision and the pressing, so that the upward movement of the rubber plug is avoided; the safety and stability of well cementation are improved, and the well cementation quality is improved.
