本发明涉及门窗领域,特别是涉及一种轻便式自平衡提升窗。
背景技术
现有的提升窗大多是由一扇固定窗和一扇活动窗构成,固定窗可安装在窗框顶部或底部,而活动窗是可竖直滑动的安装在窗框上。随着门窗行业的发展,整体玻璃的使用频率也逐渐增高,现有的窗户为了防止窗框影响看面,大多采用大窗面的整体玻璃,而这种大窗面由于体积大,其重量也比较重,在开启或关闭时通过人力难以完成,因此大多是使用驱动电机实现启闭,但由于大窗面的重量较重,对驱动电机的功率高,这无疑增加了门窗的成本,因此亟需一种轻便式的提升窗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻便式自平衡提升窗,该提升窗利用两扇重量相等的活动窗实现重量平衡,使得仅需要较小功率的驱动电机就能控制提升窗的启闭。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种轻便式自平衡提升窗,包括窗框、窗扇、支撑轮、钢绳、驱动电机和传动杆,所述窗框顶部加工有空腔,所述窗框安装有两个可沿窗框上下滑动的窗扇,两个窗扇之间的窗框两侧顶端均安装有支撑轮,所述支撑轮上绕置有钢绳,钢绳的两端分别与两个对应的窗扇连接,所述窗框顶部的空腔中安装有驱动电机,驱动电机通过传动杆与支撑轮转动连接。
所述驱动电机为双输出轴电机,驱动电机两端的输出轴通过两根传动杆与对应的支撑轮转动连接。
所述窗框内设有锁住窗扇的限位机构。
所述限位机构包括马达、齿轮和齿条,所述马达的输出轴上安装有齿轮,齿轮上啮合有齿条,所述齿条水平安装在窗框两侧的空腔内,齿条靠近窗扇一端加工有用于锁住窗扇的锁舌,窗扇上加工有与锁舌配合的锁孔。
所述限位机构包括电动机、主动磁铁和被动磁铁,所述窗框上安装有电动机,电动机的输出轴上安装有主动磁铁,主动磁铁一侧的窗框内壁上设有被动磁铁,窗框上加工有供被动磁铁往复运动的限位槽,所述被动磁铁靠近窗扇的侧壁上成型有锁住窗扇的销体。

(1)通过在窗框两侧顶部安装支撑轮,并在支撑轮上绕置钢绳,通过钢绳使两个悬挂的窗扇相互配重,使驱动电机仅需要较小的功率就能带动窗户实现闭合或开启;
(2)两扇窗扇通过钢绳吊起,使窗扇在开启后会形成一个顶部通口和底部通口,可应用于特殊环境的换气,现有的窗户只有一个通口,很难实现气体更换,而采用这种结构,使窗户形成了上下两个通口,提高了室内的换气效率。

如图3或图4所示,靠近外支撑板12的窗扇2底部设有与靠近内支撑板14的窗扇2配合的搭接钩22,当窗扇2关闭时,靠近外墙的窗扇2会置于窗框1内顶部,靠近内墙的窗扇2会置于窗框1内底部,两个窗扇2之间通过搭接钩22实现密封,这样可防止雨水溅落,以及蚊虫进入,同时在搭接钩22处还设有隔音胶条,通过隔音胶条还可起到降低噪音的作用。另外在靠近外墙的窗扇2关闭后,钢绳4会被收入靠近内墙的窗扇2两侧,此时,钢绳4与外墙之间会间隔外支撑板12和分隔条板15,可以防止从外部破坏钢绳4,起到较好的保护作用。

限位机构7可以采用这种方式实施,如图5所示,限位机构7包括马达711、齿轮712和齿条713,所述马达711的输出轴上安装有齿轮712,齿轮712上啮合有齿条713,所述齿条713水平安装在窗框1两侧的空腔11内,齿条713靠近窗扇2一端加工有用于锁住窗扇2的锁舌714,窗扇2上加工有锁孔21,且锁孔21与锁舌714配合。使用时马达711带动齿轮712转动,齿轮712转动时带动齿条713往复运动,使安装在齿条713上的锁舌714插入锁孔21或拔出锁孔21。
限位机构7还可以采用这种方式实施,如图6所示,限位机构7包括电动机721、主动磁铁722和被动磁铁723,所述窗框1上安装有电动机721,电动机721的输出轴上安装有主动磁铁722,主动磁铁722一侧的窗框1内壁上设有被动磁铁723,窗框1上加工有供被动磁铁723往复运动的限位槽,限位槽会对被动磁铁723进行转动限位,以防止被动磁铁723的磁极位置变化,所述被动磁铁723靠近窗扇2的侧壁上一体成型有锁住窗扇2的销体724,所述电动机721每次的转动角度为0~180°。使用时电动机721带动主动磁铁722转动180°,此时主动磁铁722上的正极与被动磁铁723上的正极相对、主动磁铁722上的负极与被动磁铁723上的负极相对,在磁力的推动下,被动磁铁723在限位槽内朝向远离主动磁铁722的一端滑动,直到销体724插入锁孔21;打开时,电动机721带动主动磁铁722再次转动180°,此时主动磁铁722上的正极与被动磁铁723上的负极相对、主动磁铁722上的负极与被动磁铁723上的正极相对,被动磁铁723被吸往主动磁铁722,此时销体724从锁孔21内拔出。
限位机构7最方便的实施方式是直接使用电磁阀731,如图7所示,将电磁阀731的关闭件作为插入锁孔21内的限位部使用。使用时电磁阀731的电磁体通电,通过吸附或弹开的方式控制电磁阀731上的关闭件往复运动,以实现对窗扇2的限位。
本发明的使用方法是:
开启时,限位机构7离开窗扇2,此时两个窗扇2在相互的配重下向窗框1中部运动,随后在窗扇2的上方和下方会形成两个开口,若遇到失火时,浓烟会从窗扇2上方的开口排出,而窗扇2下方的开口会为室内提供空气,可保证室内人的安全,为救援提供宝贵的时间;关闭时,由于两个窗扇2相互配重,因此驱动电机5仅需要较小的力就能拖动窗扇2,当窗扇2移动到位后,限位机构7再配合窗扇2上的锁孔21锁住窗扇2,同时两个窗扇2上相对的搭接钩22相互靠接,形成一个相对封闭环境,用于保证隔音效果。

9.根据权利要求8所述的轻便式自平衡提升窗,其特征在于:所述内支撑板的内壁上加工有一圈线槽,线槽上安装有盖板,所述盖板上还安装有用于控制驱动电机和限位机构的开关。
