1. A bathroom chassis is characterized by comprising a first chassis and a second chassis compounded with the first chassis, wherein the back surface of the first chassis is connected with the upper surface of the second chassis;
the second chassis comprises a bottom plate and a rib structure integrally poured with the bottom plate, the rib structure is located on the bottom side of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is a super-performance concrete material plate.
2. The sanitary ware chassis of claim 1 wherein said first chassis is integrally formed with said second chassis.
3. The sanitary chassis of claim 1, wherein said sanitary chassis comprises a first region and a second region connected, said first region being disposed higher than said second region, said second region being provided with a drainage structure.
4. The sanitary ware chassis of claim 3 wherein said drainage structure comprises a drainage channel and a drainage hole in communication with said drainage channel, said drainage channel extending from an end of said second region connected to said first region to said drainage hole.
5. The sanitary ware chassis of claim 3 wherein said first chassis, said second chassis located in said first area are sloped toward said second area;
and the first chassis and the second chassis positioned in the second area find slopes towards the direction of the drainage structure.
6. The sanitary ware chassis of claim 3, further comprising an anti-threshold structure disposed along an edge of the first region and an edge of the second region.
7. The sanitary napkin of claim 6 wherein said rib structure comprises longitudinally running ribs and transversely running ribs, wherein said transversely running ribs intersect said longitudinally running ribs.
8. Assembled sanitary ware, characterized in that the assembled sanitary ware comprises a door body and a sanitary ware base according to any one of claims 1-7, the sanitary ware base being connected to the door body.
9. A workpiece integral forming method is applied to manufacture the bathroom chassis as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, and comprises the following steps:
covering an integrated forming mould on the back of a first chassis, so that the open end of the integrated forming mould is abutted against the back of the first chassis;
filling a gap between the back surface of the first chassis and the integrated forming die with structural adhesive;
when the structural adhesive is solidified and formed, super-performance concrete is injected into the integral forming die to form the bathroom chassis.
10. The method of integrally forming a workpiece as defined in claim 9, wherein prior to said injecting super performance concrete into said integrally forming mold to form said sanitary base, said method further comprises:
when the first chassis comprises two or more chassis units which are spliced, the structural adhesive is used for filling a gap between the two chassis units.
