Abstract
The invention discloses a light heat-insulating decorative composite board, and relates to the technical field of building boards. The composite board comprises a composite board body and a connecting pin, wherein the composite board body is respectively provided with a decorative layer, a heat insulation layer and an installation layer; the decorative layer comprises a decorative plate, a support plate and a waterproof plate; the heat insulation layer comprises a first heat insulation plate, a second heat insulation plate and a heat insulation plate; the mounting layer includes a first flexible plate, a second flexible plate, and a fixed plate. the composite board is mainly formed by mutually connecting and assembling a composite board body 1 and a connecting pin 2; the composite board body 1 is respectively provided with a decorative layer 101, an insulating layer 102 and a mounting layer 103; the first connecting plate 1014 on the surface of the decorative layer 101 and the second connecting plate 1034 on the surface of the mounting layer 103 are both simultaneously connected with the partition plates of the composite plate body 1, so that the transverse connection is increased on the basis of the original glue joint between the plates, and the phenomena of dislocation and the like caused by deformation between the plates are avoided;
in addition, the decorative sheet 1011 contained in the decorative layer 101 enables the surface of the composite board body 1 to have a decorative function directly through decorative grooves or decorative graffiti; the supporting plate 1012 supports the decorative plate 1011 to prevent the plate from deforming and collapsing and protect other plates inside; the waterproof board 1013 separates the wall from the room, so as to avoid the leakage of water such as vapor and the like, and achieve obvious waterproof effect; the insulation board 1022 is firmly wrapped by the first insulation board 1021 and the second insulation board 1023 in the insulation layer 102, so that the rapid loss of the heat of the board is avoided; meanwhile, the heat of the heat insulation plate 1022 is more concentrated; the first flexible board 1031, the fixing board 1032 and the second flexible board 1033 are respectively arranged in the installation layer 103, the composite board body 1 is tightly attached to a wall surface by utilizing the soft characteristic of the flexible boards, and the boards and the wall body are separated by utilizing the second flexible board 1033, so that a certain protection effect is exerted on the boards; the two flexible plates are clamped with the fixed plate 1032, so that the rigidity and toughness of the mounting layer 103 are both maintained, the service life of the plate is prolonged, and the plate is prevented from being damaged by natural factors;
example 2:
referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present embodiment is a method for assembling a light thermal insulation decorative composite board:
when the composite board is installed in a building, firstly, according to the wall surface to be laid, the proper number of the composite board bodies 1 is selected, the clamping grooves 1041 and the clamping blocks 1051 of the two adjacent composite board bodies 1 are mutually clamped and matched, and the gaps between the two composite board bodies 1 are filled with rubber materials for fixing, the operation is repeated to assemble the composite board groups, then, the composite board groups are laid on the wall surface to be operated one by one, and the gaps between the composite board groups are filled with the rubber materials; note that during the laying process, the mounting layer 103 should be tightly attached to the wall surface, and the decorative layer 101 is laid facing the interior of the room; meanwhile, in the installation process, air in the adaptation grooves 1035 should be rolled from the center to the periphery on the composite board body 1, so that air residue in installation is avoided, and laying looseness is caused.

referring to fig. 5, the present embodiment is a method for assembling and cutting various boards of a light thermal insulation decorative composite board:
when cutting the plates in the composite board body 1, the plates are strictly cut according to the shapes and sizes among the layers, wherein in the cutting of the decorative layer 101, the shapes and sizes of the decorative layer 1011 and the connecting part of the supporting plate 1012 and the waterproof plate 1013 are required to be the same, meanwhile, a layer of waterproof plate in the vertical direction is adhered to the side surface of the waterproof plate 1013, and meanwhile, the decorative layer 101, the heat insulation layer 102 and the mounting layer 103 are covered;
when the insulating layer 102 is cut, the shape and size of the first insulating board 1021, the second insulating board 1023 and the insulating board 1022 are cut to be the same as those of the decorative board 1011 or the support board 1012;
when the mounting layer 103 is cut, the shape and size of the connection portion between the second flexible board 1033 and the first flexible board 1031 and the fixing board 1032 are cut to be the same as the decorative board 1011; meanwhile, a vertical flexible board is adhered to the side surface of the second flexible board 1033, and the decoration layer 101, the insulation layer 102 and the installation layer 103 are covered at the same time.

The light-weight thermal insulation decorative composite board according to claim 1, wherein the connecting pin (2) comprises a pin plate (201) and a pin column (202); one surface of the pin plate (201) is adhered to the pin column (202); the pin column (202) is matched with the connecting notch (106) in a clamping way; one surface of the pin plate (201) is adhered to the decorative layer (101).

The light-weight thermal insulation decorative composite board according to claim 1, wherein the decorative layer (101) comprises a decorative board (1011), a support board (1012) and a waterproof board (1013); one surface of the supporting plate (1012) is adhered to the decorative plate (1011), and the other surface is adhered to the waterproof plate (1013).

The lightweight thermal insulating decorative composite board as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first connecting plate (1014) is bonded to one side of the decorative layer (101); one side surface of the first connecting plate (1014) is adhered to the heat-insulating layer (102); one surface of the first connecting plate (1014) is adhered with the mounting layer (103).

The lightweight thermal decorative composite panel according to claim 1, wherein the thermal insulation layer (102) comprises a first thermal insulation panel (1021), a thermal insulation panel (1022), and a second thermal insulation panel (1023); one surface of the heat insulation plate (1022) is adhered to the first heat insulation plate (1021), and the other surface of the heat insulation plate is adhered to the second heat insulation plate (1023); a plurality of compact small holes are formed in the first heat insulation plate (1021), the heat insulation plate (1022) and the second heat insulation plate (1023).

The light-weight thermal insulating decorative composite board according to claim 1, wherein the mounting layer (103) comprises a first flexible board (1031), a fixing board (1032) and a second flexible board (1033); one surface of the fixing plate (1032) is adhered to the first flexible plate (1031); the other surface is adhered to the second flexible board (1033).

The lightweight thermal decorative composite board according to claim 1, wherein a second connecting plate (1034) is bonded to one side of the mounting layer (103); one side surface of the second connecting plate (1034) is adhered to the heat-insulating layer (102); one surface of the second connecting plate (1034) is adhered to the decorative layer (101); a plurality of adaptive grooves (1035) are formed in one surface of the second flexible board (1033).

The light heat-insulating decorative composite board as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of composite board bodies (1) are sequentially connected in a clamping manner to form a composite board group; a plurality of the composite plate groups are adhered through a sizing material; all the plates in the composite board body (1) are adhered through double-sided adhesive tapes.

The light-weight thermal insulation decorative composite board according to claim 1, wherein the decorative board (1011) is provided with a decorative coating on one surface; the decorative coating comprises decorative grooves or decorative graffiti; the cross-sectional shape of the pin plate (201) comprises a rectangle or a circle or a pentagram.
