Technical Field
The invention relates to deinking equipment, in particular to flotation deinking equipment for waste paperboards.
Background
Deinking of waste paper is one of the effective measures for realizing sustainable development of the paper industry. Deinked pulp is the fastest growing feedstock in the market. Surfactant deinking is a waste paper deinking method which is widely used all over the world, and the deinking method is characterized in that a deinking agent is added into a hydrapulper, printing ink is separated from the surface of fibers under the combined action of a physical method and a chemical method, and different post-treatment methods are selected according to the size and the state of ink particles to remove the printing ink from pulp. The deinking is mainly classified into alkaline deinking and neutral deinking according to the process conditions, and also classified into washing deinking and flotation deinking according to the process. The existing waste paper flotation deinking equipment has single function, so the following problems exist in the using process:
1) the standing reaction rate is low, and the deinking efficiency is low; 2) the floating speed of the printing ink is low; 3) when the ink is recycled, the foam on the surface of the ink cannot be quickly removed, and the quality of the recycled ink is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a waste paper board flotation deinking device to solve the problems of low deinking efficiency, low floating speed of ink and incapability of quickly removing foam on the surface of the ink of the existing waste paper flotation deinking device in the background technology.
