Further, the first heating device 4 in this embodiment is a multi-heating wheel type heating device.
In a fourth embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, a spraying device is added, specifically:
spray set, spray set includes spray tube or shower nozzle 23, pipeline, valve, material pump, filter equipment, spray tube or shower nozzle 23 set up in the top of the rolling device to towards the position between first roll 2 and the second roll 3, spray tube or shower nozzle 23 is connected with silo 16 through the pipeline, filter equipment, valve and material pump all connect on the pipeline, spray tube or shower nozzle 23, silo 16, pipeline, valve, material pump and filter equipment form a circulation that supplies liquid to flow.
Further, the trough 16 or/and the spraying device are/is also provided with an ultrasonic oscillation device, air between cloth gaps is eliminated through the cavitation oscillation effect of the ultrasonic oscillation device, and the dye or the coating is homogenized. The ultrasonic oscillation device is arranged on the side wall of the material tank or connected with the pipeline, and comprises an ultrasonic generator, an amplitude transformer, an energy converter and a vibrator; the amplitude transformer is connected with the ultrasonic generator, amplifies or reduces the amplitude of the ultrasonic generator and then transmits the amplified or reduced amplitude to the transducer, piezoelectric ceramics in the transducer can convert electric energy into vibrating mechanical energy, and then the vibration is transmitted to the dye liquor by the vibrator.
The ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation device is between 20 and 80 KHz. The input power of each group of ultrasonic vibration devices is between 0 and 5-5 KW.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the dye liquor in the trough 164 is pumped to the spray pipe or the spray head 23 through the pipeline by the material pumping pump, the spray pipe or the spray head 23 arranged above the first roller 2 and the second roller 3 can spray the dye liquor onto the surface of the cloth, the cloth can be better adsorbed and dyed, so that the dyeing effect of the cloth is better, and the pipeline is provided with the filtering device, which can filter the impurities in the dye liquor, so as to avoid the impurities from being sprayed onto the cloth, thereby causing the finished product to have variation.

The working principle of the padding machine of the embodiment is as follows: the cloth is sent out from the cloth sending device 1, enters between the second roller 3 and the third roller 21 under the guidance of the first cloth guide wheel 6, is pressed for the first time, enters between the third roller 21 and the first heating device 4 along with the operation of the third roller 21, is pressed for the second time, enters between the first roller 2 and the second roller 3 to be heated and dried, and exits at the discharging end of the first heating device 4, passes through the third cloth guide wheel 8, the fourth cloth guide wheel 13 and the fifth cloth guide wheel 14 in sequence under the guidance of the second cloth guide wheel 7, is pressed for the third time, at the moment, the dye liquor is sprayed onto the cloth by the spray pipe or the spray head 23 positioned above the first roller 2 and the second roller 3, enters between the second roller 3 and the third roller 21 along with the operation of the second roller 3, and is pressed for the fourth time, the dye liquor on the cloth is distributed for the second time, wherein a part of the dye liquor permeates the cloth which is subjected to the first rolling, the cloth enters between the third roller 21 and the first heating device 4 along with the operation of the third roller 21, the cloth is subjected to the fifth rolling, the dye liquor on the cloth is distributed again at the moment, a part of the dye liquor permeates the cloth which is subjected to the second rolling, the cloth enters into the first heating device 4, is heated and dried in the first heating device 4, then is discharged from the discharge end of the first heating device 4, enters into the cloth steering device 20 under the guidance of the second cloth guide wheel 7, the cloth is subjected to 90-degree steering for four times in the cloth steering device 20 so as to avoid other moving cloth in the process flow, the cloth then enters between the third roller 21 and the first heating device 4, the cloth is subjected to the sixth rolling, the dye liquor on the cloth is distributed again at the moment, and a part of the dye liquor permeates the cloth which is subjected to the fifth rolling, the dye liquor of one part permeates into the cloth subjected to secondary rolling, the cloth enters the first heating device 4 for the last time, and is heated and dried by the first heating device 4, and then is recovered by the finished product collecting device 5 at the discharge end of the first heating device 4. Along with the process, three layers of cloth are dried on the first heating device 4, namely the cloth which is subjected to the second rolling, the cloth which is subjected to the fifth rolling and the cloth which is subjected to the sixth rolling, and the three layers of cloth are heated in a coating state in the operation process, so that a certain steaming effect is achieved.

In this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment and the fourth embodiment, the rolling device is improved, specifically, the rolling device includes:

When the cloth is pressed for the fifth time, the dye liquor in the cloth is distributed, wherein a part of the dye liquor permeates into the cloth pressed for the first time. When the cloth is rolled for the eighth time, the dye liquor in the cloth is redistributed, wherein a part of the dye liquor permeates into the cloth rolled for the second time. Along with the process, three layers of cloth are dried on the first heating device 4, and the three layers of cloth are heated in a coating state in the operation process, so that a certain steaming effect is achieved, and energy is effectively saved.
Example eight
In this embodiment, the first heating device 4 is improved on the basis of the first embodiment, specifically:
the first heating device 4 in this embodiment is a large-diameter heating wheel;
the excircle of the heating wheel is also provided with a conveyer belt 17 device in a surrounding manner, the conveyer belt 17 device comprises a conveyer belt 17, a supporting wheel 18, a tension adjusting device, a deviation correcting control device and the like, and the supporting wheel 18 supports the conveyer belt 17, so that the conveyer belt 17 is arranged on the excircle of the heating wheel in a surrounding and covering manner and runs along with the heating wheel.
The conveyor belt 17 is one of a circular silica gel belt, a teflon belt, and a stainless steel belt. The cloth enters the first heating device 4 after being output from the rolling device and is coated between the large-diameter heating wheel and the conveying belt 17, because the dye liquor carried by the cloth after being output from the rolling device contains moisture, dye and auxiliary agent, the cloth, the moisture, the dye and the auxiliary agent are heated at high temperature between the large-diameter heating wheel and the conveying belt 17, the cloth fiber is melted and expanded at high temperature, the moisture and the auxiliary agent have the plasticizing effect on the cloth fiber at high temperature, and the kinetic energy of the cloth fiber molecules, the dye molecules, the water molecules and the auxiliary agent molecules is enhanced at high temperature, so that the combination between the dye molecules and the cloth fiber molecules is facilitated. The conveyer belt 17 not only has played the effect of carrying, has still played the heat retaining effect simultaneously, and more importantly because the cladding of conveyer belt 17, unable effluvium to the outside of conveyer belt 17 after vapor, dyestuff, auxiliary agent are heated is restricted between major diameter heating wheel and conveyer belt 17 for cloth fibre can fully with vapor, dyestuff, auxiliary agent contact of high temperature, reaction, combination.
Further, the rolling device in this embodiment further includes a seventh roller 24, one or more seventh rollers 24 are disposed on the circumference of the heating wheel, and the seventh roller 24 is disposed in pressing fit with the heating wheel to apply pressure to the cloth passing between the heating wheel and the seventh roller 24 or/and the conveyer 17.

In this embodiment, the first heating device 4 is improved on the basis of the first embodiment, specifically:
the first heating device 4 in this embodiment is a multi-heating wheel type heating device, and the multi-heating wheel type heating device is composed of at least two heating wheels.

In this embodiment, the first heating device 4 is improved on the basis of the first embodiment, specifically:
the first heating device 4 in this embodiment is a stainless steel belt conveying and drying device, which at least includes a frame, a heating device, two sets of stainless steel conveyor belts, supporting guide wheels thereof, and a power device, wherein the first stainless steel conveyor belt is fixed in the frame through the supporting guide wheels thereof, the second stainless steel conveyor belt surrounds and covers the upper and lower surfaces of the first stainless steel conveyor belt and the outside of the turning part far away from the rolling device, and a reverse U-shaped cloth conveying channel is formed at the joint of the two sets of stainless steel conveyor belts. The cloth padded with the dye liquor enters the stainless steel belt conveying and drying device from the inlet of the cloth conveying channel, runs in an inverted U shape along with the stainless steel conveying belt, is heated by the heating device at the same time, and is output to the finished product collecting device 5 from the outlet of the cloth conveying channel.
Example twelve
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, one or more of the first roll 2, the second roll 3, the third roll 21, the fourth roll 22, the fifth roll 25, the sixth roll 26, and the seventh roll 24 mentioned in the above embodiments are negative pressure microporous permeable rolls, which include a roll main body 28, shaft end portions 29 connected to both ends of the roll main body 28, and a permeable coating layer 30; the roller main body 28 comprises an outer wall and an inner cavity, the water-permeable coating layer 30 is wound on the outer wall, a plurality of water-permeable micropores 27 are formed in the outer wall, a water-permeable groove which is mutually communicated is formed between every two adjacent water-permeable micropores 27, the water-permeable micropores 27 are communicated with the inner cavity, a through hole 33 is formed in the center of at least one shaft end part 29, and the through hole 33 is communicated with the inner cavity; the water passing groove, the water passing micropores 27, the inner cavity and the through hole 33 jointly form a flow passage 31; the through hole 33 is communicated with a rotary joint 32; a negative pressure suction device is connected to the rotary joint 32.
It should be noted that, when the fabric passes between two adjacent rollers, and the rolling wheel is pressed together, the excess dyeing liquor or slurry is pressed out of the fabric by the rollers, and is sucked to the negative pressure suction device by the negative pressure through the flow channel 31, and further, the dyes can be conveyed to the trough 16 through the pipeline.
EXAMPLE thirteen
The cloth sending device 1 in this embodiment further includes a deviation correcting device, the deviation correcting device includes a cloth edge detecting device, a control device and an executing device, the cloth edge detecting device is a travel switch or a photoelectric sensing switch, the cloth edge detecting device is electrically connected with the control device, the executing device includes a power device, a deviation correcting device and a fixing device thereof, and the power device is fixed on the frame and connected with the fixing device of the deviation correcting device.
An air draft device is arranged at the outlet of the first heating device 4 and consists of a fan, a pipeline and the like, and the fan is connected with the pipeline and used for pumping away dye and waste gas which are not completely adsorbed by the cloth.
The air draft device is also provided with a dust filtering device, and the dust filtering device is detachably arranged on the air draft device.
Furthermore, the inlet or/and outlet of the first heating device 4 is provided with an openable inspection door plate, the inspection door plate is opened during operation or inspection, and the inspection door plate is closed during normal operation, so as to be beneficial to safety and energy conservation,
furthermore, a cloth unfolding device is arranged in front of the inlet of the cloth crumpling and pressing device and/or the first heating device 4, and the unfolding device is an arc-shaped unfolding roller, a spiral unfolding roller, an aluminum sheet type unfolding roller or the like.
Further, in order to adjust and control the operation speed, a tension control device is arranged in front of an inlet of the rolling device and/or the first heating device 4, the tension control device is a swing arm type tension controller or a pressure sensor, and the rotation speed of a motor of the rolling device or/and the first heating device 4 is controlled by detecting the tension condition of the cloth cover.
Furthermore, a swing arm type cloth dropping device is arranged at an outlet of the first heating device 4, and cloth is fed into the cloth dropping vehicle in a cloth swinging mode.
Further, a cloth winding unit is arranged at an outlet of the first heating device 4, and the winding unit is wound in a surface friction mode or wound by adopting a central shaft.
Further, a plasma processing device or/and an on-line desizing and washing device or/and a functional slurry coating device are/is arranged between the cloth sending device 1 and the rolling device, for example: the cloth is subjected to plasma treatment before the dye is rolled by adding the plasma treatment device, so that the adsorption force of the cloth on the dye is increased, impurities on the surface of the gray cloth are removed by adding the online desizing and washing device, and the subsequent dye adsorption is facilitated by rolling and coating a swelling agent or a penetrating agent;
further, an online washing device or/and a functional slurry coating device are arranged between the first heating device 4 and the finished product collecting device 5, a hot drying device is arranged behind the online washing device or/and the functional slurry coating device, the online washing device is used for removing floating color of dyed cloth surfaces, and the functional slurry coating device is used for coating various functional coatings such as softening agents, mildew preventive and the like.
Since the production process is carried out continuously, the movement trajectory of the cloth is reversible, that is, the positions of the cloth delivery device 1 and the finished product collection device 5 (including the cooling device) are interchangeable, in which case, of course, the cloth is put into reverse operation. The position of the relevant cloth guide wheel should be adjusted as required.
Example fourteen
Referring to fig. 4, in order to make the liquid carrying amount of the cloth 19 more uniform before the pressing, a plurality of impregnation wheels 34 are disposed in the trough 16, and the impregnation wheels 34 are sequentially pressed from bottom to top. Preferably, in order to prevent the fabric 19 from being stretched and deformed during the impregnation process, a power unit is connected to the shaft end of the impregnation wheel 34 located at the bottom, the shaft end is rotatably connected to the side wall of the trough 16 through a bearing provided with a sealing device by passing through the side wall of the trough 16, the power unit is connected to the outer surface of the side wall of the trough 16, and the remaining impregnation wheel 34 transmits power by friction of the wheel surface. Furthermore, in order to facilitate cleaning of the trough 16, the shaft ends are simultaneously rotatably connected to the side wall of the frame, the power unit is connected to the frame, and the trough 16 is rotatably disposed inside the frame with the axis of the shaft ends as a center line.
The cloth 19 is guided by the cloth guide wheel to enter the trough 16, sequentially passes through the impregnation wheels 34 from bottom to top, is sequentially extruded by the impregnation wheels 34, and then is guided by the cloth guide wheel device to enter between the first roller and the second roller for the rolling operation.
While the multilayer co-rolling padding machine with a cloth turning device provided by the present invention has been described in detail, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the concept of the embodiments of the present invention can be modified in the specific implementation manners and applications, and in view of the above, the present disclosure should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

1. A multilayer co-rolling padding machine with a cloth steering device is characterized by comprising a frame, a cloth sending device, a cloth guide wheel device, a rolling device, a cloth steering device, a first heating device, a material groove and a finished product collecting device;
the material groove is arranged below the rolling device, the first heating device is arranged at the discharge end of the rolling device, the rolling device at least comprises a first roller and a second roller, and the rolling device and the first heating device continuously perform multiple rolling operations and at least two heating operations on the cloth;

The multilayer co-calender type padding machine with a cloth turning device according to claim 1, wherein the padding device comprises a first padding device and a second padding device, the second padding device is arranged above the first padding device, the trough is arranged below the first padding device, the first padding device comprises a first roller and a second roller which are padded with each other, and the second padding device comprises a third roller and a fourth roller;
the cloth turning device is arranged between the cloth sending device and the rolling device;
the first cloth guide wheel is arranged on one side, close to the cloth sending device, of the third roller, the first cloth guide wheel guides cloth to enter a space between the third roller and the fourth roller, the second cloth guide wheel guides the cloth to sequentially pass through the third cloth guide wheel, the fourth cloth guide wheel, the fifth cloth guide wheel and the sixth cloth guide wheel, and the sixth cloth guide wheel guides the cloth to enter a space between the first roller and the second roller.

the first cloth guide wheel is arranged above the second roller and guides cloth to enter between the second roller and the third roller; the second cloth guide wheel is arranged at the discharge end of the first heating device; the fifth cloth guide wheel is arranged below the space between the third roller and the fourth roller and guides cloth to the space between the third roller and the fourth roller; the sixth cloth guide wheel is arranged in the material groove and guides cloth to enter between the first roller and the second roller.
6. The multilayer co-roll padding machine with cloth turning device according to claim 1, wherein the first heating device is a large diameter heating wheel;
the excircle of the heating wheel is also provided with a conveying belt device in a surrounding manner, the conveying belt device comprises a conveying belt, a supporting wheel, a tension adjusting device, a deviation correcting control device and the like, and the supporting wheel supports the conveying belt, so that the conveying belt is arranged on the excircle of the heating wheel in a surrounding manner and rotates along with the heating wheel.

The multilayer co-calender type padding machine with cloth turning device according to claim 1, further comprising a spraying device, wherein the spraying device comprises a spraying pipe or a spraying head, a pipeline, a valve, a pumping pump and a filtering device, the spraying pipe or the spraying head is arranged above the calendering device and faces to the position between the first roller and the second roller, the spraying pipe or the spraying head is connected with the trough through the pipeline, the filtering device, the valve and the pumping pump are all connected to the pipeline, and the spraying pipe or the spraying head, the trough, the pipeline, the valve, the pumping pump and the filtering device form a circulation for liquid to flow.
