The chain bag of the electric hoist is fixed on the electric hoist body through the bolt connection, but when the chain bag is damaged, the whole chain bag needs to be replaced, so that not only is the cost increased, but also the resource waste is caused, and the improvement is needed.

2. the locking mechanism which is simple in structure and easy and convenient to operate is arranged, so that the mounting block is quickly locked and unlocked, and the bag body is quickly disassembled, assembled, maintained and replaced;
3. the outer wall of the chain is oiled by the oiling brush, so that the lubrication of the outer wall of the chain is ensured, the phenomenon of blocking or rusting of the chain is avoided, and the smoothness and the service life of the chain in use are improved;
4. the automatic oil supplement and real-time oil supplement of the oil painting brush are realized by arranging the oil storage box with automatic oil supplement, and the oil painting effect of the oil painting brush is ensured, so that the lubrication of the outer wall of the chain is ensured;
5. through setting up the oil scraping brush, strike off unnecessary fluid on the chain, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing the smooth work of chain, reduce the waste of fluid resource.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electric hoist includes an electric hoist body 1 and a chain pocket 2. The chain bag 2 comprises a mounting ring 21, a pair of supporting frames 22 are arranged on the upper end face of the mounting ring 21 side by side, the upper ends of the supporting frames 22 are fixedly connected to the electric hoist body 1 through bolts, and a bag body 23 is arranged below the mounting ring 21.
When the chain bag 2 is installed, the pair of support frames 22 are fixed to the electric block body 1 by using bolts, so that the installation and fixation of the installation ring 21 are realized. Then the bag body 23 is fixed on the mounting ring 21, and the chain bag 2 can be mounted and fixed.
And when chain bag 2 during operation, the chain can be stored in chain bag 2 automatically, can avoid the chain to block or the adhesion impurity when the whereabouts, makes the chain be in completely clean smooth state simultaneously, guarantees the normal work of chain.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the two opposite inner walls of the mounting ring 21 are horizontally provided with support rods 3, a support ring 31 through which a chain passes is provided between the pair of support rods 3, and an oil brush 32 is provided on the inner wall of the support ring 31.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, one end of each of the pair of support rods 3 close to each other is provided with an oil wiper 33, the oil wiper 33 is located right below the support ring 31, and the oil wiper 33 is rotatably connected to the support rods 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, an oil storage box 4 with an opening at the upper end is arranged on the bottom wall of the bag body 23, a pressing plate 41 is horizontally arranged in the oil storage box 4, and the periphery of the pressing plate 41 abuts against the peripheral inner wall of the oil storage box 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pressure plate 41 is vertically slidably connected to the inner wall of the cartridge 4, and a plurality of return springs 42 are provided between the lower end surface of the pressure plate 41 and the bottom wall of the cartridge 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the oil outlet pipe 43 communicating with the lower end of the oil storage box 4 is provided on both opposite outer walls of the oil storage box 4, the oil discharge pipe 34 communicating with the oil painting brush 32 is provided on the support ring 31, and the connecting pipe 44 is provided between the oil outlet pipe 43 and the oil discharge pipe 34.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a backflow hole 45 is formed in the pressing plate 41 in a penetrating manner, the backflow hole 45 is gradually tapered from top to bottom, the backflow hole 45 is located at the center of the pressing plate 41, the upper end surface of the pressing plate 41 is concave, and the middle position of the backflow hole is lower than the periphery of the pressing plate.
When the electric hoist body 1 works, the chain slides along the inner wall of the support ring 31 and is accumulated in the bag body 23. At this time, the outer wall of the chain can be oiled by the oiling brush 32, so that the lubrication of the outer wall of the chain is ensured.
And when the chain is piled up in the bag body 23, the pressing plate 41 is driven by the self gravity of the chain to automatically slide downwards, and the pressing plate 41 presses the return spring 42 to compress. Meanwhile, the pressing plate 41 extrudes the oil in the oil storage box 4, and the oil is discharged into the oil coating brush 32 after sequentially passing through the oil outlet pipe 43, the connecting pipe 44 and the oil discharge pipe 34, so that the automatic oil supplement and the real-time oil supplement of the oil coating brush 32 are realized.
When the chain gradually moves outwards, the return spring 42 extends out and drives the pressing plate 41 to move upwards, negative pressure is generated in the oil storage box 4 at the moment, oil liquid remained on the surface of the pressing plate 41 is sucked into the oil storage box 4 again through the return hole 45, and meanwhile, the oil liquid in the oil outlet pipe 43, the connecting pipe 44 and the oil discharge pipe 34 is sucked into the oil storage box 4 again, so that the automatic recovery of redundant oil liquid is realized.
When the chain moves outwards gradually, the chain passes through the oil scraping brush 33 firstly, the oil scraping brush 33 is driven to rotate automatically, and at the moment, redundant oil on the chain can be scraped by the oil scraping brush 33, so that scraping and recycling of the redundant oil are realized on the premise of ensuring smooth work of the chain, and waste of oil resources is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the upper end surface of the bag body 23 is provided with a plurality of mounting blocks 24 at intervals and uniformly, the lower end surface of the mounting ring 21 is provided with mounting grooves 25 into which the mounting blocks 24 are fitted, and the mounting ring 21 is provided with a locking mechanism 5 for fixing the mounting blocks 24.
When the bag body 23 is installed, the installation block 24 at the upper end of the bag body 23 is embedded into the installation groove 25 at the lower end of the installation ring 21, and then the installation block 24 is fixed by the locking mechanism 5, so that the installation of the whole bag body 23 can be realized. And when the chain bag 2 is operated, the bag body 23 is mainly used for storing the chain.
When the bag body 23 is damaged, the locking mechanism 5 is directly unlocked, then the bag body 23 is driven to drive the mounting block 24 to move downwards, and the whole bag body 23 can be detached independently until the mounting block 24 is separated from the mounting hole. Then, the new bag body 23 is taken out, the mounting block 24 is inserted into the mounting groove 25, and then the mounting block 24 is fixed by the locking mechanism 5, so that the bag body 23 can be independently replaced and mounted.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lock mechanism 5 includes a plurality of arc-shaped lock levers 51, and the number of the lock levers 51 is the same as the number of the mounting blocks 24. The same side wall of the plurality of mounting grooves 25 is provided with a locking hole 26 for the locking rod 51 to slide, and the mounting block 24 is provided with a locking groove 27 for the locking rod 51 to be inserted.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, an upper end surface of one end of the locking rod 51 facing away from the mounting block 24 is vertically provided with an adjusting rod 52, the upper end surface of the mounting rod is provided with an adjusting groove 28 communicating with the locking hole 26 and allowing the adjusting rod 52 to slide, and a return spring 53 is arranged between one end of the locking rod 51 facing away from the mounting block 24 and the bottom wall of the locking hole 26.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a drive ring 29 is provided above the mount ring 21, and upper ends of a plurality of adjustment rods 52 are fixed to a lower end surface of the drive ring 29.
When the lock mechanism 5 is released, the control drive ring 29 drives the plurality of adjustment levers 52 to move synchronously, at which time the adjustment levers 52 drive the lock lever 51 to slide synchronously, and the lock lever 51 gradually disengages from the lock groove 27 and presses the return spring 53 to compress. The lock lever 51 is completely disengaged from the lock groove 27 and fitted into the lock hole 26, and the lock mechanism 5 is released.
When the locking mechanism 5 is locked, the adjustment lever 52 is released, the return spring 53 expands and drives the locking lever 51 and the adjustment lever 52 to move reversely, and the locking lever 51 is gradually inserted into the locking groove 27. The locking mechanism 5 is locked until the locking lever 51 is completely inserted into the locking groove 27.
The working principle is as follows: when the chain bag 2 is installed, the pair of supporting frames 22 are fixed on the electric hoist body 1 to realize the installation and fixation of the installation ring 21. Then, the bag body 23 is taken out, the mounting block 24 at the upper end of the bag body 23 is inserted into the mounting groove 25 at the lower end of the mounting ring 21, and then the mounting block 24 is fixed by the locking mechanism 5, so that the whole chain bag 2 can be mounted. When the electric hoist body 1 works, the chain slides along the inner wall of the support ring 31 and is accumulated in the bag body 23. At this time, the outer wall of the chain can be oiled by the oiling brush 32, so that the lubrication of the outer wall of the chain is ensured. Meanwhile, the pressing plate 41 is controlled to move downwards by the gravity of the chain, oil in the oil storage box 4 is extruded into the oiling brush 32, automatic oil supplement and real-time oil supplement of the oiling brush 32 are achieved, and lubrication of the chain is guaranteed.
