The working state of the vehicle lamp may be a normal working state or a fault state, and the fault state may specifically be that the vehicle lamp is in an open-circuit fault state or a short-circuit fault state, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the manner of obtaining the working state of the vehicle lamp may be to detect the working state of the vehicle lamp through a lamp starting and diagnosis detection module inside the vehicle body controller.
And S120, if the vehicle lamp is in a normal working state, obtaining model information of the vehicle lamp, switch working time corresponding to the vehicle lamp and fault time of the vehicle lamp.
The switch working time corresponding to the vehicle lamp needs to be obtained first, and the switch working time corresponding to the vehicle lamp needs to be obtained first.
The failure time of the vehicle lamp refers to a time when the vehicle lamp fails and the switch corresponding to the vehicle lamp is in the working state, for example, if the switch corresponding to the vehicle lamp is in the working state and the vehicle lamp is in the short-circuit state, the time when the vehicle lamp is in the short-circuit state is acquired.
Specifically, if the vehicle lamp is in a normal working state, the model information of the vehicle lamp, the switch working time corresponding to the vehicle lamp, and the fault time of the vehicle lamp are obtained. For example, if the operating state of the vehicle lamp is a normal operating state, the model information of the vehicle lamp, the on-off operating time corresponding to the vehicle lamp, and the failure time of the vehicle lamp may be acquired.
And S130, calculating the working time of the vehicle lamp according to the corresponding switch working time of the vehicle lamp and the fault time of the vehicle lamp.
Specifically, the manner of calculating the working time of the vehicle lamp according to the switching working time corresponding to the vehicle lamp and the fault time of the vehicle lamp may be to use a difference value between the switching working time corresponding to the vehicle lamp and the fault time of the vehicle lamp as the working time of the vehicle lamp.
S140, determining the target service time corresponding to the vehicle lamp according to the model information of the vehicle lamp.
And the target service time corresponding to the vehicle lamp is the theoretical life of the vehicle lamp. The target service time corresponding to the vehicle lamp can be obtained through table lookup or other methods, which is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.

In another specific example, the ignition switch is turned ON, and when the lamp driving and diagnosing detection module in the vehicle body controller detects an open circuit or short circuit fault of the vehicle lamp, the lamp fault code is sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal through the CAN bus to be displayed, so that a driver is reminded to replace and maintain the vehicle in time. And the ignition switch is turned off, when a lamp bulb is maintained and replaced, lamp maintenance information is input ON an operation interface of the vehicle-mounted terminal, the lamp maintenance information is sent to the vehicle body controller through the CAN bus, and the vehicle body controller resets the actual working time of the lamp. The method comprises the steps that an ignition switch is turned ON, a dipped headlight switch is turned ON, a vehicle body controller controls the dipped headlight To be turned ON, meanwhile, the dipped headlight switch working time sigma Tsw is calculated, the open-circuit time sigma To and the short-circuit time sigma Ts of the lamp are calculated according To a lamp diagnosis result, the actual working time sigma Tlamp is obtained through calculation, the actual working time sigma Tlamp is equal To the real working time sigma (Tsw-To-Ts), and when the actual working time sigma Tlamp is larger than 85% (configurable) of the theoretical service life T of the lamp, the lamp early warning information is sent To an instrument through a CAN bus To be displayed, and a driver is reminded of timely maintaining.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the analysis and calculation are carried out and early warning is carried out according to the theoretical service life and the actual use condition of the lamp, so that a user can pertinently prepare parts and replace bulbs in time, and the driving safety at night is improved.
